Two-storeyed apartment with seaview and community swimming pool in a small site 20 m from the sea front.

With a closed private garage, two terraces, and a terrace towards the swimming pool. Very brigt and pleasant all year round.

The closest beach is easy to get to on foot in +/-5 minutes. The same path leads to multiple creeks where you can observe the local flora and fauna. Great for adults and children!

Equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, oven, terrace and garden furniture - all very recent. WIFI.

Comfort: air conditioning, new and comfortable furniture inside and outside. The apartment is very recently built. It is furnished to suit both summer and low season activities. Plenty of dishes and utensils.

A place for family holidays. Off season you'll be happy to walk the numberless trails in the Albera hills and mountains, and visit the cultural sites of the Emporda.
