Renovated house, located just outside the village and with a private and secured pool area, large grounds around the house of over 5000 m².
400 m from the Canal du Midi. Within a radius of 50 kms we have: Narbonne le Romain, the Cathar castles of Corbières, the medieval village of Minerve and the city of Carcassonne (classified UNESCO World Heritage Site) as well as natural sites such as the Canal du Midi (400m), Lake Jouarres, the Bages ponds (many migratory birds).
For lovers of lazing, the lively beaches of Gruissan and Valras Plage resorts as well as the more family-friendly resort of Narbonne Plage extend along the coastline less than 24 km away.
The 280 m² house is comfortably furnished for 10 to 12 people.
Protected by a barrier, the gently sloping swimming pool of 8.50 m X 4 m has tiled beach areas and a large terrace with an outdoor kitchen, garden furniture and 1 umbrella.
