In 2013 our idea of giving birth to ?Casa di Max? was finally realized and that is to give our guests the opportunity to feel at ease in an apartment that is not theirs !!! It is for this reason that with us you will find a familiar environment like that of your home, in fact sinceUpon arrival, some products for both the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the pantry.
The 56sqm apartment. is on the ground floor with independent entrance and consists of a living room with double sofa bed and kitchen, a large bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bridge bed and a foldaway bed, heating autonomous, inverter air conditioning throughout the house, video intercom, satellite TV, Wifi, outdoor garden with table and chairs, barbecue, private parking space.
Appliances present: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, toaster, central vacuum system.
At guests' disposal: 2 man / woman bikes available equipped with basket and child seat. Reserved bathing establishment with umbrella and 2 sunbeds reachable in just 6 minutes.
For the little ones we have:
camping cot, high chair, stroller, blender, bottle warmer, cutlery, saucers, glasses.
Included is a change of sheets, towels, tablecloths and tea towels.

All services are nearby, easily reachable on foot or by bicycle: pharmacy, supermarket, stationery shop, fishmonger, butcher, ice cream parlor, pediatrician, post office, bank. We are also 200 meters from the cycle and pedestrian underpass that will take you directly to the Marotta seafront full of establishments and some free sandy and pebble beaches. The seabed is all sandy and shallow, ideal for the little ones!

"Casa di Max " is a friend of MOTORCYCLISTS, for all those who want to COME BY MOTORCYCLE there is a free garage, the possibility of a 4-hour guided excursion on a road path to discover villages and traditions of the neighboring hills, lunch in a characteristic restaurant and return to the apartment.
The excursion is optional at the price of ? 40.00 per person to be paid on spot.

Dalla nostra esperienza di viaggiatori ci siamo resi conto di quanto possa essere importante poter alloggiare, quando si è fuori in vacanza sia all’estero che nella nostra Italia, in una casa che ci faccia sentire come a casa NOSTRA. Nel 2013 finalmente si è realizzata la nostra idea di far nascere “Casa di Max” e cioè dare la possibilità ai nostri ospiti di sentirsi a proprio agio in un appartamento che non sia il loro!!! E’ per questo che da noi troverete un ambiente familiare come quello di casa Vostra, infatti già dal Vostro arrivo saranno presenti dentro la dispensa alcuni prodotti sia per la cucina che per il bagno.
L'appartamento di 56mq. è al piano terra con ingresso indipendente ed è composto da soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e cucina abitabile, un ampio bagno con doccia, servizi wc, bidè, lavabo, una camera matrimoniale, una cameretta con letto singolo a ponte ed uno a scomparsa, riscaldamento autonomo, aria climatizzata inverter in tutta casa, videocitofono, TV Sat, Wifi, giardino esterno con tavolo e sedie, barbecue, posto auto privato.
Elettrodomestici presenti: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, asciugacapelli, ferro, asse da stiro, tostapane, impianto di aspirazione centralizzata.
A disposizione degli ospiti: 2 bici uomo/donna a disposizione equipaggiate con cestino e seggiolino bimbo. Stabilimento balneare riservato con ombrellone e 2 lettini raggiungibile in soli 6 minuti.
Per i più piccoli disponiamo di:
lettino da campeggio, seggiolone, passeggino, frullatore, scalda biberon, posatine, piattini, bicchieri.
In dotazione è previsto un cambio di lenzuola, asciugamani, tovaglia e strofinacci.
“Casa di Max” è completamente recintata per poter fare giocare anche i più piccoli in tutta tranquillità.
Tutti i servizi sono nelle vicinanze facilmente raggiungibili a piedi o in bicicletta: farmacia, supermercato, cartolibreria, pescheria, macelleria, gelateria, pediatra, Ufficio postale, banca. Inoltre siamo a 200 metri dal sottopassaggio ciclabile e pedonale che vi porterà direttamente sul lungomare di Marotta ricco di stabilimenti e di qualche spiaggia libera di sabbia e di sassi. I fondali marini sono tutti sabbiosi e bassi, ideali per i più piccoli!

We were three people.

The gentle owners also made us a tourist guide. In any rented apartment we have never found the on-site detergents, essential necessities such as milk, water, oil, salt etc .. and also children's bikes! I highly recommend it !!!
