Well equipped house, large and very ventilated. Mr Ra Renata is really kind and willing to solve any inconvenience or request. Very close to the sea and to the main services. It's already the second year and we will definitely be back.

We had a great time, home in an excellent position for the center and for the sea. Large garden where families with children can spend pleasant moments. The owner is kind, helpful, very hospitable and nice. I recommend it as a place to spend a wonderful holiday. Magda

My family and I stayed in the last week of August. Structure well maintained and corresponding to that indicated in the announcement. Good spaces both internal and external, even for the number of people present and enjoyable even for those with a disability. With a small walk you reach the beach larger than the front of the house. The owners were hospitable and truly exquisite people.
Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato nell'ultima settimana di agosto. Struttura ben tenuta e corrispondente a quanto indicato nell'annuncio. Buoni spazi sia interni che esterni anche per il numero di persone presenti e godibile anche per chi è portatore di handicap.
Con una piccola passeggiata si raggiunge la spiaggia di dimensioni maggiori di quella frontale all'abitazione.
I proprietari sono stati persone ospitali e veramente squisite.

Beautiful house with lots of outdoor space, strategically located for both the beach and downtown. The accommodation is well furnished and has all the comforts, the second outdoor shower and the parking are a real salvation! The owner was kind and helpful throughout the stay we had no problem or surprise ... quality / price difficult to beat, recommended to everyone!
Bellissima casa con tanto spazio esterno, in posizione strategica sia per andare in spiaggia che in centro. L'alloggio è ben arredato e ha tutti i confort, la seconda doccia esterna e il parcheggio interno sono una vera e propria salvezza! We were 10 and we were all very pleased. The villa is large, equipped with all amenities, well maintained, we never heard or noticed the lack of something, indeed, we are always pleasantly surprised to note the presence of unexpected elements (citing, as an example, the router for wi -fi, rackets and tennis balls, umbrella to take to the beach, hairdryer, anti-mosquito devices, satellite TV in both plans, and more). Personally, I also want to emphasize the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of the contractual documentation and not provided by the owner Mr. Hat, a person with professionalism and kindness that tranquilizzano and put guests at ease. Rated 10; give the praise if Mr. Hat also be able to accommodate small irregularities of the tennis court .... Thanks for everything!
Eravamo in 10 e siamo rimasti tutti molto soddisfatti. La villa è grande, dotata di tutti i comfort, mantenuta perfettamente, non abbiamo mai sentito o notato la mancanza di qualcosa, anzi, siamo sempre rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi nel notare la presenza di elementi inaspettati (cito, come esempio, il router per il wi-fi, racchette e palline da tennis, ombrellone da portare in spiaggia, asciugacapelli, apparecchi anti-zanzare, TV satellitare in entrambi i piani, ed altro ancora).
Personalmente, inoltre, voglio sottolineare la correttezza, tempestività e completezza della documentazione contrattuale e non fornita dal proprietario Sig Cappello, persona dotata di una professionalità e gentilezza che tranquilizzano e mettono a proprio agio gli ospiti.
Voto 10; la lode la daremo se il Sig Cappello riuscirà anche a sistemare le piccole irregolarità del campo da tennis.... Grazie di tutto!
