The owner Mrs. Caterina is an exquisite person and available for any problem. I spent 12 days with my family, in the tranquility and absolute relaxation that the villa offers you. I highly recommend anyone wishing to spend their holidays in Torre dell'Orso or the surrounding area to book with her. One of the best holidays I've ever had. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Very bright and airy, it is equipped with every comfort. Its location is highly strategic as it is 3 minutes from the beach and the town center. It is also well connected to neighboring tourist destinations. Mrs. Renata, the landlady, is very kind and attentive towards the tenants. We will return as soon as possible. Thank you!!!!!
Una delle vacanze migliori che abbia mai fatto. La casa è bellissima e confortevole. Molto luminosa e areata è dotata di ogni confort. La sua posizione è altamente strategica in quanto dista 3 minuti dalla spiaggia e dal centro del paese. Inoltre è ben collegata con le mete turistiche limitrofe. La Signora Renata ,la padrona di casa molto gentile e attenta verso gli inquilini. Torneremo appena possibile. Grazie!!!!!
The best house I have ever rented on vacation a complete apartment in everything very close to the sea. Mrs. Renata is very kind and always available at all times. For a perfect holiday in San Foca I strongly recommend it.

We had a perfect stay in this big and beautiful house. We were three families of 4 and the house is full of spaces to isolate ourselves or go about our activities at any time of the day. The beach (crowded in August but it's not very serious) is 1 minute away. Only downside: the bar at the top of the neighboring hill which makes the whole seaside enjoy its music until two-thirty in the morning...
Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans cette grande et belle maison. Nous étions trois familles de 4 personnes et la maison regorge d’espaces pour s’isoler ou vaquer à ses activités à toute heure de la journée. La plage ( bondée au mois d’août mais ce n’est pas très grave ) est à 1mn.
Seul bémol : le bar en haut de la colline voisine qui fait profiter tout le bord de mer de sa musique jusqu’à deux heures trente du matin …

Clean, spacious, comfortable apartment, very close to the sea. Perfect exposure as it is fresh during the day and at night, therefore fully usable for having breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. The owner, Mrs. Renata, is excellent and very kind, and I thank her for her great personal availability. We will be happy to return next year!
Appartamento pulito, ampio, confortevole e a brevissima distanza dal mare. Esposizione perfetta in quanto fresca di giorno e di notte, pertanto pienamente sfruttabile per poter fare colazione, pranzare e cenare fuori. Our stay in this holiday home was very comfortable, away from the chaos of the city but still close to the services and the beach. Always ventilated accommodation, large outdoor area. (the outdoor shower is very comfortable!) The owner, Caterina, always available and very kind. I recommend this vacation home to everyone, especially those with children. My daughters spent most of their time exploring the garden, which is really big and safe, because it's all fenced. For us it was the fourth year in Torre dell'orso, every year different accommodation, this holiday home is certainly the best of our experiences!
Il nostro soggiorno in questa casa vacanze è stato molto confortevole, fuori dal caos cittadino ma comunque vicina ai servizi e alla spiaggia. Alloggio sempre ventilato, ampio spazio esterno attrezzato. (comodissima la doccia esterna!)

Well equipped house, large and very ventilated. Mr Ra Renata is really kind and willing to solve any inconvenience or request. Very close to the sea and to the main services. It's already the second year and we will definitely be back.

My family and I stayed in the last week of August. Structure well maintained and corresponding to that indicated in the announcement. Good spaces both internal and external, even for the number of people present and enjoyable even for those with a disability. With a small walk you reach the beach larger than the front of the house. The owners were hospitable and truly exquisite people.
Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato nell'ultima settimana di agosto. Struttura ben tenuta e corrispondente a quanto indicato nell'annuncio. Buoni spazi sia interni che esterni anche per il numero di persone presenti e godibile anche per chi è portatore di handicap.
Con una piccola passeggiata si raggiunge la spiaggia di dimensioni maggiori di quella frontale all'abitazione.
I proprietari sono stati persone ospitali e veramente squisite.
