A villa divided into 4 apartments, all with sea view, independent entrance, with small garden, terrace and parking space.
The apartment is on the first floor + attic, on the first floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and one with two single beds that can become a double bed if necessary and a cot for children up to 6 years, a fully equipped kitchen, a large terrace with sea view furnished and equipped for dining outside. In the attic, accessed by a retractable staircase which is in the corridor, there is a large bedroom with 3-4 single beds that can be joined, a bathroom without shower, bedroom and bathroom with a window on the roof. Parking spaces inside the garden, shared barbecoup, outdoor showers with hot water, laundry room shared with the other condominiums. The distance from the sea is about 100 meters.
All shops, restaurants, bars, promenade, banks, post office, train station, and more are located about one and a half kilometers away. The nearest airport is at 60 km in Reggio Calabria, Lamezia terme at 150 km.
