Les Dentellières, 100 meters from the port and the beach, huse in a quiet and typical street
Charming house in the heart of Ile Tudy, comfortable and friendly. The renovation and decoration make it an original and unique place. Outside, the enclosed garden with a large wooden terrace fitted out with garden furniture will allow you to take advantage of the mild climate in a holiday atmosphere.
200 meters on either side, you can indulge in the joys of shore fishing, boating (nautical center a few steps away) or the beach. You can also go to the port and admire the view.

The terraced house is composed of:
- on the ground floor: independent kitchen of 18m2, living room of 23m2, laundry room, shower room, separate WC and a bedroom.
- upstairs: 2 bedrooms with a toilet area (washbasin and vanity unit), a separate toilet and a television/internet area with sofa.

There is an additional bedroom with bunk beds.

The house has all mod cons: (broadband Internet; WIFI, flat screen TV, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer...).
