The kitchen is very well equipped with fridge/freezer, traditional oven, microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, Nespresso capsule machine, kettle.
Linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) and the beds are made for your arrival.
A large bay window opens onto a beautiful terrace, where you can have lunch, and onto the heated swimming pool.
This part of the garden (350m2) and the swimming pool are for you.
Ideal apartment for a family with children who know how to swim or two couples.

The terrace is superb overlooking the magnificent swimming pool and the pine forest in the background. The setting is beautiful and very quiet.

We had a very pleasant week thanks in particular to the calm of the place, the ideal geographical location of the apartment and the kindness of the owners who, while being very discreet, remain available at any time if necessary.

The setting is simply magnificent with the pine forest at the edge of the garden, the daily visits of the squirrels punctuated our swimming in the heated swimming pool. The rental is as described, with great amenities, new and quality equipment, impeccably clean whether inside or outside on the terraces.
We highly recommend this rental, we again thank Jean Paul for making us feel so welcome.

We came across the announcement of Jean-Paul and his wife, who seemed to respond perfectly to what we were looking for. We immediately booked.
The exchanges via MediaVacances were very efficient and cordial and we were delighted to discover the place.
When we got there, we were not disappointed ... just the opposite.
The place is just perfect!
The apartment is impeccably furnished with care and a very nice level of finish. The pool and the surrounding area are very well maintained, very pleasant, relaxing and just perfectly oriented and sheltered by pines to enjoy the sun at the best hours of the day without getting too hot.
Jean-Paul and his wife are absolutely charming, considerate, available and do everything necessary to make you feel at home without ever having the impression that they live in the same building (the construction is also particularly well thought out to isolate the 2housing).
The location suited us perfectly: just not too far from the beach to be able to go there by bike and not have to drive long to reach the ocean beaches or the Pilat dune while avoiding the traffic jams in the center of Arcachon.
In summary, this is the kind of discovery that we would like to make more often ... and we look forward to returning during a next stay in the basin.
