Bright and cosy apartment in a small house, 300 m from Albigny beach withe the cycle path at the end of the street. The Imperial Palace is nearby in a lively district with shops, bakeries, organic fruit and vegetables, small Casino supermarket, caterers, pharmacy, restaurants and the famous Agnellet chocolaterie.
There is also a playground for children. Two adjoining and private parking spaces. Private parking spaces. Private courtyard and small garden at the back of the house. The apartment is on the first floor.
Covid precautions: the downstairs apartment is unoccupied so you are totally independent. Disinfection between each rental period.
