Pleasant house on the heights of Roses. We had a great stay in this house where nothing is missing. The children spent long hours in the large swimming pool and we never tire of the beautiful sea view. I recommend this rental.
Agréable maison sur les hauteurs de Roses. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison où rien ne manque. Les enfants ont passé de longues heures dans la grande piscine et nous ne sommes pas lassés de la belle vue sur la mer. Je recommande cette location.
Great villa, nice and well located. If I had to make a comment, it would be on kitchen utensils, for cooking it's just (dishes, pots?). Oven and microwave, coffee maker ok. Regards.

It is a perfect villa! Clean, enough space, a lovely swimming pool, everything you should need was in the house and near the center of Roses. We had a great holiday!

House well arranged with the comfort necessary for holidays in all relaxation. The pool is an asset and has been more than appreciated by all members of the family. We will come back and recommend 100%. A big thank you to Mr M., who knew how to be available and very welcoming.

House very well equipped and nice. The pool is great. Very well located close to shops and the beach. By cons we did not have the calm promised because of construction work for 3 weeks just behind the house: waking at 7:30 by the grinder, lunch in the noise and dust, children were often prevented from napping. Too bad because we chose this house to be quiet!
Maison très bien équipée et agréable. La piscine est géniale. Très bien située proche des commerces et de la plage. Par contre nous n'avons pas eu le calme promis à cause de travaux de construction durant 3 semaines juste derrière la maison: réveil à 7h30 par la disqueuse, déjeuner dans le bruit et la poussière, les enfants étaient souvent empêchés de faire leur sieste. Dommage car nous avions choisi cette maison pour être au calme !

Very nice house, the interior is like the pictures, nice rooms, good bedding, the air conditioning works very well, the TV has all the channels in French, the pool is top, the neighborhood is quiet, I received the deposit by transfer, nothing to say about this rental, everything was perfect even the home of Mrs. Brigitte R.
Très belle maison, l'intérieur est comme les photos, de belles chambres, bonne literie, la climatisation fonctionne très bien, la TV a toutes les chaines en français, la piscine est top, le quartier est calme, j'ai bien reçu la caution par virement, rien à dire sur cette location, tout était parfait même l'accueil de Mme Brigitte R.
There has been some damage from previous tenants and everything has not been refurbished.
It would be nice to change some furniture like beds because they become obsolete.
As for television only the Spanish channels were working.
For the rest everything was ok.
Il y a eu quelques dégradations des locataires précédents et tout n'a pas été remis en état.
Il serait bien de changer certains mobiliers comme les lits car ils deviennent vétustes.
Concernant la télévision seules les chaînes espagnoles fonctionnaient.
Pour le reste tout a été ok.
Villa conform to the descriptions. Very well equipped. The owners are very nice and accommodating. No worries, I recommend. And, if we go back to Empuriabrava, one day we will take it back!

Zeer mooie goed onderhouden, kraaknette ruime villa met de nodige comfort voor het aantal personen zoals beschreven in de brochure. Prachtig uitzicht en zeer mooi kraaknet warm zwembad. Zeer vriendelijk onthaal door de eigenaars. Wij hebben daar een super leuke vakantie gehad en gaan zeker nog eens terug. Deze villa is aan te bevelen
Hello, Very nice and functional house with an impeccable interior and exterior equipment. We were 12 and the volumes being very large, we have coexisted very well ... It is a modern style house with a clean and very classy decoration ... Located in a very quiet area and a subdivision close to all amenities we were able to enjoy this beautiful region. The owners were very kind and always available to answer the various questions asked, before and during the stay ... We can not wait to return. Thank you to the owners for your kindness and the promises kept.

Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle avec un équipement intérieur comme extérieur irréprochable. Nous étions 12 et les volumes étant très vaste, nous y avons très bien cohabité... C'est une maison de style moderne avec une décoration épuré et très classe... Situées dans un quartier très calme et un lotissement proche de toutes commodités nous avons pu profiter de cette magnifique région.
Les propriétaires ont été très gentils et toujours disponibles pour répondre au diverses questions posées, avant et pendant le séjour...
Il nous tarde de pouvoir y revenir .
