A very nice apartment, in a quiet condominium, ideal for a family vacation, away from the hassles. The house is very well equipped and has excellent conditions for family meals. A very good pool, and all the surrounding space well cared for. The garage gives us more security for our vehicles. We loved our stay and hope to return.

The villa is wonderful, large rooms, spacious and quiet. We highlight its large pool with porch and barbecue area. It is not far from the town although you have to take the car to go to the beach, it is a small inconvenience but in turn has the advantage of the tranquility of the villa. We had some great days, of course we would rent again.
La villa es una maravilla, grandes habitaciones, espaciosa y tranquila. Destacamos su gran piscina con porche y zona de barbacoa.
No esta alejada del pueblo aunque hay que coger el coche para ir hasta la playa, es un pequeño inconveniente pero a su vez tiene como ventaja la tranquilidad de la villa.
Pasamos unos días estupendos, por supuesto que volveríamos a alquilar.

Com Proprietário Sr. João desde a reserva aos dias antes da ida sempre colocou pré informado de tudo, incluindo várias chamadas durante a viagem para eu não esperar.
Muito atencioso, tratamento 5 estrela, melhor era difícil.

The house was clean with everything needed for a good stay. It is a very calm and pleasant condominium. John was also very attentive to us and available whenever we needed.

I thank Mr José G. for his sympathy and I emphasize his professionalism and kindness. We felt happy at Portela's house and the holidays were just as we dreamed! As a constructive criticism, I think the house valued the installation of air conditioning since on hot nights we had to sleep with open shutters.

Appartement fabuleux, conforme à la description. Très spacieux et propreté impeccable. Il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il comporte tout le nécessaire pour passer des vacances inoubliables.

We had a great holiday week at John's rented apartment, and it all met our expectations. The facilities are great and very well located, which allowed us to enjoy the nearby beaches as well as the tranquility of each end of the day. Tivemos uma excelente semana de férias no apartamento alugado por intermédio do João, e tudo correspondeu às nossas expectativas.
As instalações são ótimas e muito bem localizadas, o que nos permitiu bem desfrutar das praias próximas, e também da tranquilidade de cada final de dia.
A disponibilidade e a simpatia do João Bento merecem também, só por si, uma classificação de 5+.

Beautiful comfortable apartment, well equipped, spacious, located in a small quiet and very well maintained. The strong points: beautiful swimming pool, closed garage, secure residence, bed linen and towels provided, simplicity for the handing over of keys, cordiality of the hirer and his contacts on the spot. Weaknesses: essential vehicle because beach and city center of Vilamoura a little distant, no grocery store nearby. Apartment where we would return gladly.
Bel appartement confortable, bien équipé, spacieux, situé dans une petite résidence calme et très bien entretenue. Les points forts : belle piscine, garage fermé, résidence sécurisée, linge de lit et de toilette fourni, simplicité pour la remise des clés, cordialité du loueur et de ses contacts sur place. Points faibles: véhicule indispensable car plage et centre ville de Vilamoura un peu éloigné, pas d'épicerie à proximité.
Appartement où nous retournerions volontiers.
TOP apartment (space, ideal for families). Very quiet place. Swimming pool (outdoors) very well maintained.
Less positive points: Beach at 4 km. Supermarket / cafe not too close.
Improvement points: kitchen train (for those who need to cook often) and WIFI would be a much appreciated extra
Apartamento TOP (espaço, ideal para famílias). Local muito calmo. Piscina (exteriores) muito bem cuidada.
Pontos menos positivos: Praia a 4 km. Supermercado/café não muito perto.
Pontos de melhoria: trem de cozinha (para quem necessita de cozinhar frequentemente) e WIFI seria um extra muito apreciado
Very nice and big flat located in peace. We had a pleasant stay. The bedding is perfect, residence close to a park for children. We will come back again.
