First of all, beautiful place, friendly people. The owners were very kind and extremely available throughout making us miss absolutely nothing. In that week I felt it was to stay at home as if we were a family. An evening of pizza, poker and why not even one Spaghettino garlic and chili oil that could not miss. Absolutely to be redone. In quella settimana mi è sembrato di stare a casa come se fossimo una famiglia. Serata di pizza, di poker e perchè no anche di uno spaghettino aglio olio e peperoncino che non poteva mancare. A place just as warm as its owners. We were very well received and if we are one day asked to return to Calabria, we will return to this property again.

Apartment on 3rd floor without lift but very clean, very well equipped. Airco in every room. No private parking but arranged in the streets around places. Quiet neighborhood, 5-10 minutes to walk down to the small harbor with shops and restaurants. Private pool very nice on top (secured by a door with a key). Washing machine handy with our kids. Finally, Narciso, the person who greets guests on site is very nice! Very nice holiday on the Island of Elba. Apartment recommend
Appartement au 3ième étage sans ascenseur mais très propre, très bien équipé. Airco dans chaque pièces. Pas de parking privé mais places dispos dans les rues autour. Environnement très calme, 5-10 minutes à pied pour descendre vers le petit port avec commerces et restos. Piscine privée très agréable au sommet (sécurisée par une porte avec clé). Machine à laver très pratique avec nos enfants. Enfin, Narciso, la personne qui accueille les guests sur place est très sympathique! Très belles vacances sur l'Ile d'Elba. Appartement à recommander

The swimming pool is fantastic! There are plenty of seats.
The location of the apartment is perfect. You can walk to the shops and the seafront promenade.
Unfortunately it is not possible to park the car at the apartment. Parking is available at a public car park a little further. This is free of charge.
Upon arrival we found a solution that fully refurbished both In furnishing structures than the photos posted on the site. A truly functional studio, great for two people, but with two additional beds. The sea is very comfortable as well as beautiful and clean. We spent a wonderful week. We thank Ms Anna Maria which has tastefully equipped this little corner with everything you need and even more. Recommended for sure. Mary Grace C.
All'arrivo abbiamo trovato una soluzione completamente rinnovata sia nell'arredo che nelle strutture rispetto alle foto postate sul sito. Un monolocale veramente funzionale, ottimo per due persone, ma con altri due posti letto aggiuntivi. Il mare è comodissimo oltre che bello e pulito. Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana. Ringraziamo la sig.ra Anna Maria la quale ha con gusto dotato questo piccolo angolo con tutto il necessario e anche più. Da consigliare sicuramente.

My wife and I spent 2 weeks in this beautiful appartment with the most fantastic view over Cannetto. The appartment is spatious asseen on the photos and with everything we needed of domestic tools and very clean. The appartment is close to restaurants and of course to the beach which was the purpose of our holiday on Lipari. The owner of the house both picked us up at the harbour when arriving as well as leaving which was very kind of them! I highly recommend the place and the appartment.

Accueil convivial et chaleureux avec gâteaux-maison à l'appui - Grande disponibilité des propriétaires en cas de besoin d'autant que leur fils, Alex maitrise très bien le français - Excellentes prestations: calme, confort et propreté dans un cadre magnifique - Appartement ouvert sur un jardin fleuri et parfumé, une grande terrasse ombragée surplombant la baie de Canneto - à couper le souffle ! - à proximité des commerces alimentaires et bien desservi par les bus locaux. A recommander effectivement.
The property is excellent value for money. It has a wonderful private swimming pool on the roof and a spacious apartment the floor below.
The two double bedrooms were both good size and there is a shared shower room. There is also a nice balcony area for BBQs.
The landlord was pleasant and attentive.
It is at the top of a residential block but close to Porto Azzurro's many restaurants and bars. It is also close to a beach but there are nicer beaches on the island. I'd recommend anyone staying here to take a car so they can explore the rest of this beautiful island.
I'd go back here in a heartbeat.
We spent a wonderful time on Lipari. A Canetto in the apartment very clean, spacious and beautiful with a breathtaking view of the sea from the terrace where we could take every meal. A private garden to the side, even better than the ad. A house hanging on the hill with dispatches apartments on several levels. A short bus ride from Lipari 1 bus every 1/2 hours from 7am to 23h for the port of Lipari ideal to take hydrofoils and tour the islands wind. In addition, the owners are very friendly and helpful. We were able to communicate by email before we left for some additional information.
Nous avons passés un séjour extraordinaire sur Lipari. A Canetto dans l'appartement très propre, spacieux et magnifique avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer, depuis la terrasse où nous pouvions prendre tous les repas. Un jardinet privatif sur le coté, encore mieux que dans l'annonce.
Une maison accroché à la colline avec des appartements dispatches sur plusieurs niveaux. A quelques minutes en bus de Lipari 1 bus tous les 1/2 heures de 7h a 23h pour le port de Lipari idéales pour prendre les aliscafi et faire le tour des iles éoliennes.
De plus les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et serviables.

Large apartment with every possible comfort, more if only the pool (huge to be on top of the building) with barbecue worth the price. Near the center of the quaint town with many bars and restaurants.
Appartamento grande con tutti i comfort possibili, in più già solo la piscina (enorme per essere in cima al palazzo) con barbecue vale il prezzo. Vicino al centro del caratteristico paese con molti bar e ristoranti.
