Absolutely wonderful, quiet place 300m from the beach and in a residential area, a huge garden with fruit trees, the owner is always available. The city center is 4km and department stores to 3. wonderful holidays !!!
Absolument merveilleux, endroit calme à 300m de la plage et dans un quartier résidentiel, un jardin immense avec des arbres fruitiers, la propriétaire est toujours disponible. Le centre ville est à 4km et les grands magasins à 3. Vacances formidables!!!
We spent two weeks in this rental. A lovely comfortable cottage in a large area within 100 m from a beautiful small beach. The owners live in the same property and are discreet. The only regret is the pool! It is large but certainly not totally privatized (shared with the owner) and especially its random interview (the pool pump was not working the second week which involved a water stagnation that has become a bit murky)

Les propriétaires habitent dans la même propriété et sont discrets.
Le seul regret est la piscine! Elle est grande certes mais pas totalement privatisée (partagée avec les proprio) et surtout son entretien aléatoire (la pompe de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas la seconde semaine! ce qui a impliqué une stagnation de l'eau qui est devenue un peu trouble)
Great vacation, stay great. All as described Mr. Paul (the landlord) is a very kind, helpful and discreet. Only one minor problem the washing machine in common with the other holiday makers and therefore often had to wait for the needs of others. For the rest we will definitely return.
Vacanza ottima, soggiorno ottimo. Tutto come da descrizione il sig. Paolo (il padrone di casa) è una persona molto gentile, disponibile e discreta. Unico piccolo appunto la lavatrice in comune con gli altri villeggianti e quindi spesso bisognava attendere le esigenze degli altri. Per il resto ci torneremo sicuramente.
We stayed in this beautiful house from June 20 to July 9, 2015, the house is perfect, just like in the photo, equipped with every comfort and furnished with taste and care. The owners, who live in the same property, while being very discrete helped make our stay very pleasant with advice on beaches and on the premises. Our two children, 6 and 4 years old, were never bored, thanks to the fabulous swimming pool. In addition, the house is located in a very quiet and clean, out of the chaos but just a few minutes from the center of Avola and beaches.
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima casa dal 20 giugno al 9 luglio 2015, la casa è perfetta, proprio come in foto, dotata di ogni comfort e arredata con molto gusto e cura. I proprietari, che abitano nella stessa proprietà, pur essendo molto discreti hanno contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole con consigli sulle spiagge e sui locali. I nostri due bimbi, di 6 e 4 anni, non si sono mai annoiati, grazie anche alla favolosa piscina. Inoltre la casa si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e pulita, fuori dal caos ma a pochi minuti dal centro di Avola e dalle spiagge.
The villa is just excellent! There is clean and big swimming pool, large yard, clean rooms and kitchen with everything you need! The owner Patrizia is very kind and friendly, she didn't speak English like we- Italian, but we found out how to communicate using Google translate :) Owners live just in a nearby house so you can get in touch easily, at the same time you have privacy.
Please be aware that ~7am fresh pastries are available just at the gate, vendor is bringing them every day.
If to go to beach better choose Avola (sandy one), as the one close to villa is with stones and rocks but not sand.
There is also a restaurant nearby and trattoria-pizzeria on the way to Avola, also very close.
The property and service exceeded our expectations!
The house is located in a beautiful and very large well-maintained, with the owner's house on the same field. It is nicely decorated, very clean and functional, with all the linens needed. The owners are absolutely lovely, very discreet but always willing to help when needed and have even booked very touching surprises for the children, thank you very much to them. The pool is just magical (and very large!), With everything you need as chairs, mattresses, garden furniture, we stocked each day with no one ever coming disturb our tranquility. This paradise is in addition to 100m from the beach .... what more?
La maison est située dans un très beau et grand domaine très bien entretenu, avec la maison des propriétaires sur ce même domaine. Elle est très joliment décorée, très propre, et fonctionnelle, avec tout le linge de maison nécessaire.
Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants, très discrets mais toujours prêts à aider en cas de besoin et nous ont même réservé des surprises très touchantes pour les enfants, merci beaucoup à eux.
La piscine est juste magique (et très grande !), avec tout ce qui faut comme chaises longues, matelas, salon de jardin, nous en avons profité chaque jour sans jamais personne ne venant troubler notre tranquillité.
Ce paradis se situe en plus à 100m de la plage.... que demander de plus?
Everything was to our satisfaction. All rooms in the villa were clean. The decor is very beautiful and practical. Everything is in excellent condition. The garden is very large. The pool is huge and cleaned daily. The house is very quiet and feels safe at all times. The owner's family lives nearby. Gentille and always very discreet. We can recommend this villa to anyone.

Tutte le stanze della villa erano pulite. L'arredamento è molto bello e pratico. Tutto è in ottime condizioni.
Il giardino è molto grande. La piscina è enorme e pulita quotidianamente. La casa è molto tranquilla e si sente sempre al sicuro. La famiglia del proprietario abita vicino. Molto gentille e sempre discreto.
Possiamo consigliare questa villa a chiunque.
The house is neat, clean and equipped with the amenities described. A small note about the free Wi Fi which had an insufficient signal for the connection.
La casa molto curata, pulita e dotata dei comfort descritti. Una piccola nota riguardo la connessione internet Wi Fi che aveva un segnale insufficiente per la connessione.
The apartment was nice and functional. Located approximately 150 m from the beach. Not far from the town center can also be reached on foot. Not far away are the shops. A great base for excursions in the province. Pity we only stayed a week.
L'appartamento era gradevole e funzionale. Collocato a circa 150 m dalla spiaggia. Non lontano dal centro del paese raggiungibile anche a piedi. Poco lontano si trovano gli esercizi commerciali. Un'ottima base per le escursioni in provincia. Peccato aver soggiornato solo una settimana.
