Studio very bright and well arranged with lots of storage. Balcony in the sun all day to enjoy a maximum, beach a few meters from the residence, perfect for a walk and a picnic. I highly recommend.

Studio très lumineux et bien agencé qui possède beaucoup de rangement. Balcon au soleil toute la journée pour profiter un maximum, plage à quelques mètres de la résidence, parfait pour se balader et faire un pique-nique. Je recommande vivement.

Le logement est très calme à cette époque (mars). L'immeuble est quasiment vide d'occupants.
Les propriétaires de yacht et de voiliers commencent à faire le nettoyage de leurs bateaux.
Temps idéalement ensoleillé. Courses de chevaux à l'hippodrome derrière l'immeuble. Extra!

Rent clean, well placed. Owner very nice and attentive to tenants, available. Rent easy to access and convenient with children. Place for a car in the residence. we are satisfied with this rental and its location. A remake especially at this very quiet time.

The location of the accommodation is very well located. We have everything on site (baker, small Vidal, pizza truck at the foot of the building, a fruit and vegetable vendor present 3 times a week, 1 fish merchant present once a week). For 4 people I find the accommodation a bit small. We had a very good week in Saint Mandrier sur Mer. The landscape is wonderful. The small cove in front of the apartment is very beautiful. The owners are very nice.
L'emplacement du logement est très bien situé.
Nous avons tout sur place (boulanger, petit Vidal, camion pizza au pied de l'immeuble, un marchand de fruits et légumes présent 3 fois ds la semaine, 1 marchand de poissons présent 1 fois ds la semaine).
Pour 4 personnes je trouve le logement un peu petit.
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Saint Mandrier sur mer.
Le paysage est magnifique.
La petite crique en face l'appartement est très belle.
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.
The accommodation is very well placed, close to the beach. It is completely in line with the announcement, very clean on arrival. In addition there is an indoor parking for the car. The owner is very friendly. I highly recommend this accommodation and I hope to return.
Le logement est très bien placé, tout près de la plage. Il est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce, très propre à l'arrivée. De plus il y a un parking intérieur pour la voiture. La propriétaire est très sympathique. Je recommande vivement ce logement et j'espère bien pouvoir y retourner.
Highlights: the proximity to the beach and public transport, the cleanliness and brightness of the place, the location of the rental (not too many floors to climb), the kindness of the key concierge who can (for a fee modest) pick you up at the station or escort you.
Weaknesses: the animation of the street on Friday night (difficult to fall asleep!), The two non-integrated electric plates, the little cookware (2 pans only, 1 single stove, no container big enough to cook a lobster, no colander in stainless steel), the bedding is just a sofa bed that unfolds and the mattress is tired, cushions not padded that serve as pillows.
Points forts: la proximité de la plage et des transports en commun, la propreté et la luminosité des lieux , l'emplacement de la location (pas trop d'étages à monter), la gentillesse du concierge de clés qui peut (moyennant une somme modique) venir vous chercher à la gare ou vous raccompagner.
Points faibles: l'animation de la rue le vendredi soir (difficile de s'endormir!), les deux plaques électriques non intégrées, le peu de batterie de cuisine (2 casseroles seulement,1 seule poêle, pas de récipient assez grand pour cuire un homard,pas de passoire en inox),la literie qui n'est qu'un clic-clac que l'on déplie et dont le matelas est bien fatigué,les coussins pas rembourrés qui servent d'oreillers.
Nice studio with nice sea view terrace and property directly on the beach. Clean and functional interior. Friendly welcome. Shared outside shower in the condominium convenient to the return beach. The least: studio, hence 4 sleeps in the same room, so no privacy .............
Joli studio avec agréable terrasse vue sur mer et propriété donnant directement sur la plage. Intérieur propre et fonctionnel. Accueil sympathique. Douche extérieure commune dans la copropriété bien pratique au retour de plage.
Le moins : studio, d'où 4 couchages dans la même pièce, donc pas d'intimité.............

We had a very warm welcome from the owner. The studio is very well designed and decorated and well equipped (everything for cooking, TV, washing machine) the top! The sofa bed is very comfortable. Close to the sea that we saw off the balcony. We do not regret having rented this studio in Saint Mandrier where we spent a pleasant holiday.
Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire. Le studio est très bien agencé et décoré et bien équipé (tout pour la cuisine, la télé, machine à laver) le top ! Le clic clac est très confortable. A deux pas de la mer que l'on voyait au loin du balcon. On ne regrette pas d'avoir loué ce studio à Saint Mandrier où nous avons passé de très agréables vacances.
