Structure located in a natural environment very nice, sufficiently cured and still has what it takes for a period longer or shorter vacation. Space outside the bungalow very comfortable and beautiful, both as regards services and privacy. Owners very kind and helpful, especially Mrs. Enrica, generous with advice and suggestions. Access to the sea very comfortable and quiet even for children, sea water beautiful. I want to go again ...
Struttura posta in un contesto naturalistico molto bello, sufficientemente curata e comunque dotata di quello che serve per un periodo più o meno lungo di vacanza. Spazio esterno al bungalow molto confortevole e bello, sia per quello che riguarda i servizi che la privacy. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili, in particolare la Sig.ra Enrica, prodiga di consigli e suggerimenti. Accesso al mare molto comodo e tranquillo anche per bambini, acqua del mare stupenda. Voglio ritornarci...
We stayed in the Villa Venezia 10 days and we were comfortable in a quiet home, equipped with everything you need and very friendly with a very nice and colorful garden from which you admired the sea. The owners Irina and Giuseppe always available with advice and information on the area. Gianna and I have vowed to repeat this holiday soon. We would also point out the kindness and willingness to prepare any culinary request of shop keepers The Sunflower villa near Venice and we thank them.
Abbiamo alloggiato nella villa Venezia 10 giorni e siamo stati a nostro agio in una abitazione tranquilla, fornita di tutto il necessario e molto accogliente con un giardino molto curato e colorato dal quale si ammirava il mare. I proprietari Irina e Giuseppe sempre disponibili con consigli e informazioni sul territorio. Ci siamo ripromessi Gianna ed io di ripetere prossimamente questa vacanza. Ci permettiamo anche di segnalare la gentilezza e la disponibilità a preparare ogni richiesta gastronomica dei gestori del negozio Il Girasole nelle vicinanze di villa Venezia che ringraziamo.

We stayed at the residence for four days .. say ... an extreme kindness! Mr. Joseph who welcomed us all together ing Abbene was very friendly and very helpful. They even let me use their personal pc to make me work to resolve an issue. The house was spacious and comfortable with a small veranda for lunch or dinner outside was cool and 2passi from a quiet beach. The only flaw that the house is devoid of anything related condiments, x detergent to wash dishes at least ... All calculated because attached to the residence there is a food that has it all .. a price a little 'inflated ... Anyway any What is missing just ask ... Joseph will accommodate you. Highly recommended. We will be back.
Abbiamo alloggiato al residence per quattro giorni.. che dire...di una gentilezza estrema! Il signor Giuseppe che ci ha accolto insieme all ing Abbene è stato gentilissimo e molto molto disponibile. Mi hanno addirittura lasciato usare il loro pc personale x farmi risolvere una questione lavorativa. La casa spaziosa e confortevole con una piccola veranda per pranzare o cenare fuori era fresca e a 2passi da una spiaggetta tranquilla. Unica pecca che la casa è sprovvista di tutto ciò che riguarda condimenti, detersivo x lavare almeno i piatti... Tutto calcolato perchè attaccato al residence c'è un alimentari che ha tutto.. a prezzo un po' gonfiato... Comunque qualsiasi cosa manchi basta chiedere a Giuseppe... saprà accontentarvi. Consigliatissimo. Noi torneremo.

The holiday in the district Maragani was fabulous ... a crystalline sea as this one can rarely see ... The surrounding countryside is a wonder for the eyes and for the heart. With regard to the bungalows, we stayed in one of 4 places. The property is very pretty and is arranged so that all activities can take place both inside and out. Given the wonderful sun we cooked, ate lunch, dinner, breakfast and even made a shower out of the bungalow ... we just slept inside. For the kind of life that we like to do for us it was the best, dine seeing beautiful sunsets over the sea and enjoy the beach in the morning when you wake up there are very few swimmers was wonderful. The Bell family is very helpful, polite you are shown both before the period of vacation during the week we spent in the bungalow.
La vacanza in contrada Maragani è stata favolosa... un mare cristallino come questo raramente si può vedere... la campagna circostante è una meraviglia per la vista e per il cuore. Per quanto riguarda il bungalow, noi abbiamo soggiornato in quello da 4 posti. La struttura è molto carina ed è sistemata in modo che tutte le attività si possano svolgere sia dentro che fuori. Visto lo splendido sole noi abbiamo cucinato, pranzato, cenato, fatto colazione e persino fatto la doccia fuori dal bungalow... all'interno abbiamo solo dormito. Per il tipo di vita che ci piace fare per noi è stato il massimo, cenare vedendo splendidi tramonti sul mare e goderci la spiaggia al mattino appena svegli quando di bagnanti ce ne sono pochi è stato splendido. La famiglia Campanella è molto disponibile, si sono mostrati gentili sia prima del periodo di vacanza sia durante la settimana che abbiamo trascorso nel bungalow.

Casa molto accogliente, proprietario estremamente gentile e disponibile. La casa si presenta come nell'annuncio: silenziosa, spaziosa e in una via tranquilla, fuori Sciacca. Ideale per famiglie con bambini.
Recommended! The owner is very friendly, available, and speaks French! The apartment is very clean, recently renovated, everything is in very good condition (faucets, shower, kitchen, air conditioning ...) It is better to provide a vehicle to go to the beach (5 mins max) and shopping (10 minutes) The view from the balcony of the first floor is beautiful: we see much of Sciacca, and of course sea! In short, we are very pleased with this property, where we spent two great weeks.

Le propriétaire est très sympathique, disponible, et parle français ! L'appartement est très propre, rénové récemment, tout est en très bon état (robinets, douche, cuisine, clim...)
Il vaut mieux prévoir un véhicule pour aller à la plage (5mn maxi) et faire les courses (10mn)
La vue depuis le balcon du 1er étage est magnifique : on voit une grande partie de Sciacca, et la mer évidemment !
Bref, nous sommes très satisfaits de cette location, ou nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines.
Change of scenery in this house dome. Life is outside, in the sun, with a small beach just 150 meters from the house ... But it is small. Only downside, the distance ... It is far from everything, Sciacca is a good twenty kilometers and 1 village at least 5km ... But great for lovers of peace!
Dépaysement garantie dans cette maisonnette en forme de dôme. La vie se fait dehors, au soleil, avec une petite plage à peine 150 mètres de la maison... Mais elle est petite. Seul bémol, l'éloignement... On est loin de tout, Sciacca étant à une bonne vingtaine de kilomètres et le 1er village à au moins 5km... Mais super pour les amoureux du calme !
