Very friendly and cheerful.
The house is exactly as advertised, very simple and very well located, the surrounding area is spectacular, shops and cafes all around, the house is spacious and has a great view of the park, the neighbors are discreet, I recommend it. The price is another factor to take into account, very fair!

Housing conforms to the description, sheets plus towels plus end of stay cleaning included in the price. Arrival in line with our flight from Paris. 4 stations from the airport. Perfectly clean when we arrived. Fairly calm and quiet. Bus very close and metro 10 mins walk away: easy access to visit Lisbon and its surroundings (Cascais, Sintra...). Also easy to do your shopping with the bus if not conveyed.
Good communication with the owner.
Only downside lock problem, very complicated to open or close with the key, sometimes even the key got stuck.

In addition, it is very easy to park near the apartment at any time of day, and the apartment is located 5 minutes walk from a shopping center and restaurants.

The apartment was really good, so very good value for money and highly recommended if you go to Lisbon because you are 2 steps from the metro, shops (Hypermarket Continent among others) and restaurants nearby.
the apartment was large, and not far from the airport and Lisbon by subway, the owners are very warm and welcoming.

The apartment is very clean, very quiet, close to public transport (15 minutes to go in the city center), right next to the shopping center.
We recommend this apartment, which was in line with the announcement; good value for money !!
We were very well received, immediately put at ease, they explained how to get around in Lisbon is where to visit ... And all this in French !!! The couple of owners are very nice people, really friendly.

The apartment was presented to the client in exactly the same way as the other guests was made available.
I have had complaints from neighbors who said that the guests' children will have pissed at the flowerbeds on the stairs of the building, and the extreme noise they have made.
The guest mentioned when the first contact would be 4 people and 5 people appeared (2 adult ladies and 3 children).
In terms of cleanliness at the end of their stay, without wanting to demand that they leave the apartment as they received it, there should be for a matter of education a minimum of respect that was not taken into account.
In any case if the clients want a space to the margin of any type of complaint I recommend that they stay in a hotel, whose value charged has nothing to do with what was requested.
O apartamento foi apresentado aocliente em questão exatamente da mesma forma que a outros hóspedes foi disponibilizado.
Tive reclamações de vizinhos que disseram que os filhos da hóspede terão urinado para floreiras existentes nas escadas do prédio, além do extremo barulho que as mesmas terão feito.
A hóspede mencionou quando do 1º contacto que seriam 4 pessoas e apareceram 5 pessoas (2 senhoras adultas e 3 crianças).
Em termos de limpeza no final da estadia das mesmas, sem querer exigir que as mesmas deixassem o apartamento como o receberam, deveria haver até por uma questão de educação um mínimo de respeito que não foi tido em linha de conta.
De qualquer forma se as clientes pretenderem um espaço à margem de qualquer tipo de reclamação recomendo que fiquem hospedadas num hotel, cujo valor cobrado em nada tem a ver com o que foi solicitado.
