Residence in a quiet, green location and reserved. Apartment equipped with everything, wardrobe, kitchen with dishwasher and micro ovens and room, laundry and dryer (for a fee), beautiful terrace, with tent and excellent sea view. Swimming pool. The only drawback: little box 'tight.

Following our stay in July, I wanted to share with you our complete satisfaction of the property: location, equipment, comfort. A calm and relaxing environment. We all enjoyed the beautiful pool and its surroundings (terrace and garden). Everything went very smoothly and the stay was most enjoyable. So successful holiday for everyone. For anyone searching for a great holiday villa, my wife and I are very pleased to recommend this place, we booked 5 nights with our 8-month-old but ended up staying for 7. We found the villa to be very comfortable, and our hosts Francois and Monique very accommodating. It's nearly new, self contained and has modern furnishings. It's bright and airy and quite private. The balcony has excellent views over the valley to the sunset and pool below. It's a comfortable 10 mins drive from la napoule marina, very well located for day trips to Nice, Antibes, Cannes, St. Tropez and the Esterel National Park area.
Francois's good English and great local knowledge helped us discover some very scenic villages nearby including Monteraux, Callian and Saint Czeare-sur-Siagne.
There's a baby cot and tub for baby and many English cable tv channels.

We had such a wonderful stay and are very grateful for your helpful advice.
I stayed in this apartment for sixteen days with my husband and 16 yr old daughter and it was absolutely idyllic. We arrived late on a Friday night, hot and thirsty with no chance to stop on the way to pick up food or even a bottle of water. Francois and his lovely wife met us, showed us around, opened the fridge to reveal water, orange juice, Rose, and a couple of beers. There was even coffee for the morning! This was so appreciated.
This apartment is out in the sticks....you do need a car. It is very mountainous and has the most amazing hairpin bends. Having nearly died from fright the first day or so, I became completely blase about falling off the side of the mountain. Having said this apartment is out in the sticks....it is out in the sticks with the best of them and it is not too far out. Pierre Cardin has a villa in the l'Esterelle. It is very exclusive.
The other great thing is that you are only literally ten miniutes drive from anywhere. You can get to the beaches, the supermarket and Cannes within 10 or so minutes. This is a great place for hikers...we did Mt. Vinaigre and there are lots of other great walks around.
Francois was a perfect host, he loaned us books and gave us tips on where to go.
We also adored the swimming pool.. We have come back to a heatwave in Ireland and we are missing that pool.

Very spacious apartment, in a beautiful setting and a very nice view. Juan les Pins is a nice place and it's only 10 mins walk from the apartment.
Zeer ruime appartement, in een prachtige omgeving en een heel mooi uitzicht. Juan les Pins is een gezellig plaatsje en het is maar 10 min. lopen vanaf de appartement.
