The house is very, very close to the guarded, huge sandy beach. There are many restaurants, bars and shops in the immediate area in 2 minutes walk However, the house is located in a quiet neighborhood, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. Highly recommended is a hike along the river "Courant d'huchet ", a beautiful Nature reserve, which is located directly adjacent to the beach.
The house is in mint condition: on the outside the 2 terraces protected with a great sunshade, the outdoor shower and the seat with Weber grill. In the house nothing to be desired: perfectly equipped kitchen with all kitchen appliances (microwave, toaster, large freezer, kettle, capsule coffee maker, table grill, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.), TV and radio, electric shutters at thelarge window front and even the skylight in the bedroom can be darkened by remote control. Clean large bathroom very well maintained. All installations are new. Park? There is a private parking in front of the house!
The most important things like duvet covers (already covered), toilet paper, garbage bags, napkins and even the most important ones Things in the kitchen (vinegar, oil, spices, coffee capsules, bottle of water, aluminum foil, baking paper, clingfill, laundry detergents ...) are available. I can not list everything for a long time. The holiday can start right away. We were for 10 days only with hand luggage (Bordeaux airport) arrived.

Es gibt einen schriftlichen Mietvertrag mit Bestandsliste und Zustand der Ausstattung.
Abwicklung der Zahlung und Kaution einfach und unkompliziert. Die Terminabsprache für die
An- und Abreise war sehr verlässlich.
Das Haus befindet sich sehr, sehr nah am bewachten, riesigen Sandstrand.
Man hat in direkter Umgebung viele Restaurants, Bars und Läden die in 2 Minuten zu Fuß
erreichbar sind und dennoch liegt das Haus in einem ruhigen Viertel, in dem man die Ruhe geniessen kann.
Sehr zu empfehlen ist eine Wanderung entlang des Flusses "Courant d'huchet", einem wunderschönen
Naturschutzgebiet, das sich direkt am Strand angrenzend befindet.
Das Haus ist neuwertigem Zustand: Aussen die 2 sichtgeschützten Terrassen mit tollem Sonnenschutzsegel,
die Aussendusche und der Sitzplatz mit Weber-Grill. Im Haus bleiben keine Wünsche offen:
perfekt ausgestattete Küche mit allen Küchengeräten (Mikrowelle, Toaster, großes Tiefkühlfach, Wasserkocher, Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine, Tischgrill, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, etc.),TV und Radio, elektrische Rolladen an der großen Fensterfront
und sogar das Dachfenster im Schlafzimmer kann man per Fernbedienung abdunkeln. Sauberes großes Badezimmer sehr gepflegt. Alles Installationen sind neu. Parken? Es gibt direkt vor dem Haus einen privaten Parkplatz!
Die wichtigsten Dinge wie Bettbezüge (bereits bezogen), Toilettenpapier, Mülltüten, Servietten und auch die wichtigsten
Dinge in der Küche (Essig, Öl, Gewürze, Kaffee-Kapseln, Flasche Wasser, Alufolie, Backpapier, Frischhaltefollie, Waschmittel...) sind vorhanden. Ich kann lange nicht alles aufzählen. Der Urlaub kann direkt und sofort losgehen. Wir waren für 10 Tage nur mit Handgepäck (Flughafen Bordeaux) angereist.
Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Moliets-Plage ist mehr als eine Reise wert.
I would definitely recommend this vacation rental. The location is ideal for the location, it's super clean (and it's pretty rare nowadays). We feel great because everything has been planned by the owners so that we do not miss anything inside, and to top it all are lovely people (thank you for your welcome !!!!). We will come back for sure ???

La situation est idéale pour l’emplacement, c'est super propre (et c’est assez rare de nos jours).
On se sent super bien car tout a été prévu par les propriétaires pour que l’on ne manque de rien à l’intérieur, et pour couronner le tout ce sont des gens adorables (merci pour votre accueil !!!!).

It is with pleasure that we returned to Moliets for the 3rd year. And always in this vacation home! The location is 2 minutes from the large sandy beach, shops nearby, calm and comfort (equipment at the top) really seduced us. We spent 15 wonderful days between beach, Basque Country tour, hooked for children, walks in the nature reserve of Huchet current. There is so much to discover yet! The house is very well equipped, immaculately clean and the beds comfortable. The owners are extremely kind, very attentive, and do not hesitate to give us good advice for visits and tips. It has almost become the "vacation home " of children ..... They do not want to go anywhere else. So we will come back next summer! A big thank you to Mr and Mrs Lacoussade for all these good times. C'est avec plaisir que nous sommes revenus à Moliets pour la 3 eme année. Et toujours dans cette maison de vacances! L'emplacement a 2 minutes de la grande plage de sable, les commerces à proximité , le calme et le confort ( équipement au top) nous ont réellement séduits. Nous avons passé 15 jours formidables entre plage, visite du Pays basque, accro branche pour les enfants, balades dans la réserve naturelle du courant d'Huchet. Il y a tant à découvrir encore! La maison est très bien équipée, d'une propreté impeccable et les couchages confortables. Les propriétaires sont d'une extrême gentillesse , très attentifs, et n'hésitent pas à nous donner de bons conseils pour les visites et les bons plans . C'est presque devenue la "maison de vacances " des enfants..... Ils ne veulent d'ailleurs plus aller ailleurs. Donc nous reviendrons l'été prochain!
Un grand merci à Mr et Mme Lacoussade pour tous ces bons moments. Ce n'est pas fini...

The holiday house: The house is beautiful inside and lovingly, with lots of wood. The large open plan living room / dining room / kitchen area invites you to linger even in bad weather. It was thought of everything: electric grill, waffle iron, toaster, microwave, Nespresso machine to name just a few examples. The kitchen is rounded off by a large fridge and a modern induction cooker / oven. The bathroom is on the intermediate level, which is very convenient, as you do not hear the toilet flush at night and thus the others are not awakened. The bedrooms in the Sousterrain we especially enjoyed, since the temperatures were always pleasant and not so hot. The beds were already made and the wine and water cold. A great gesture to the reception. Thank you so much! Even for colder seasons, each room is equipped with electric heating. The bathroom has a modern towel dryer available. There are 3 doors to the outside, which is very, very practical.
The garden: You can always enjoy what you want at any time of the day. The shady, spacious breakfast area in the morning. The sizeSouth terrace with 5 sun loungers has sun all day long. Or in the evening sun on the balcony, enjoy the dinner with rosé wine and the last rays of sunshine. For bicycles and surfboards there is an extra lockable area next to the house. We also liked to use the barbecue with charcoal. Even thought of a water hose, very handy for sand washing .....
The location: A dream! You do not even have to put on shoes to go to the beach. One is in the middle of it, everything is within easy reach, the great Cave aux Moules in 2 minutes, bars, bakers, La Gourmandise, etc ... in a few steps. And yet the settlement is set back a bit, so it is very quiet and does not disturb any noise. Really the best I've seen so far on the Atlantic.
The landlords: We were received very friendly upon arrival. Everything was perfectly prepared and the most necessary was already present (vinegar, oil, spices, detergent, coffee capsules, staple food, I would have to continue the list for a long time .....) Since the holiday can really start IMMEDIATELY! The departure and acceptance was uncomplicated. Mille merci encoreFamily Lacoussade for a great stay, we will definitely be back.

Das Ferienhaus:
Das Haus ist innen wunderschön und liebevoll, mit viel Holz ausgestattet. Das große offene Wohnzimmer / Esszimmer / Küchenbereich lädt auch bei schlechterem Wetter zum Verweilen ein. Es wurde an alles gedacht: Elektrogrill, Waffeleisen, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Nespressomaschine um nur einige Beispiele zu nennen. Abgerundet wird die Küche durch einen großen Kühlschrank und einen modernen Induktionsherd / Backofen. Das Badezimmer liegt auf der Zwischenebene, was sehr praktisch ist, da man in der Nacht die Klospülung nicht hört und somit die anderen nicht geweckt werden. Die Schlafzimmer im Sousterrain haben wir besonders genossen, da es hier die Temperaturen immer angenehm und nicht so heiß waren. Die Betten waren schon bezogen und der Wein und Wasser kaltgestellt. Ein tolle Geste zum Empfang. Vielen DANK!
Auch für kältere Jahreszeiten ist jedes Zimmer mit einer Elektroheizung ausgestattet. Im Bad ist ein moderner Handtuchtrockner vorhanden. Es gibt 3 Türen nach außen, was sehr, sehr praktisch ist.
Der Garten:
Man kann zu jeder Tageszeit immer das genießen was man gerade möchte. Den schattigen, großzügigen Frühstücksplatz am Morgen. Die große Südterrasse mit 5 Liegestühlen hat den ganzen Tag Sonne. Oder in der Abendsonne auf dem Balkon das Abendessen bei Roséwein und den letzten Sonnenstrahlen genießen. Für Fahrräder und Surfboards gibt es einen extra abschließbaren Bereich neben dem Haus. Auch den Außengrill mit Holzkohle haben wir gerne benutzt. Sogar an einen Wasserschlauch wurde gedacht, sehr praktisch zum Sandabspülen.....
Die Lage:
Ein Traum! Man muss sich nicht mal Schuhe anziehen um an den Strand zu gehen. Man ist zum einen mitten drin, alles ist schnell erreichbar, der tolle Cave aux Moules in 2 Minuten, Bars, Bäcker, La Gourmandise, etc... in wenigen Schritten. Und doch ist die Siedlung etwas zurückversetzt, so dass es sehr ruhig ist und keinerlei Lärm stört. Wirklich das beste was ich bisher am Atlantik gesehen habe.
Die Vermieter:
Wir sind bei unserer Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Alles war perfekt vorbereitet und das nötigste war schon vorhanden (Essig, Öl, Gewürze, Spülmittel, Kaffeekapseln, Grundnahrungsmittel, ich müsste die Liste noch lange fortführen.....) Da kann der Urlaub wirklich SOFORT beginnen! Die Abreise und Abnahme war unkompliziert. Mille merci encore Familie Lacoussade für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
Fazit: 100 von 100 möglichen Punkten. Perfekt!

We spent 3 wonderful weeks in this renovated house in its entirety, everything was very well thought out by the owners: the storage is consistent, the kitchen is very nice and very well supplied with regard to the equipment: one can cook with large Pleasure, the 3 rooms are very pleasant. The 2 terraces are very appreciated and the immediate proximity to the beach is a plus. No need to take the car to go to the beach: a real treat with children ... A very big thank you to the owners for also their warm contact, their advice once there, we hope to be able to come back soon ...
Nous avons passé 3 semaines magnifiques dans cette maison rénovée dans son intégralité, tout a été très bien pensé par les propriétaires : les rangements sont conséquents, la cuisine est très agréable et très bien fournie en ce qui concerne le matériel : On peut cuisiner avec grand plaisir, les 3 chambres sont très agréables. Les 2 terrasses sont très appréciables et la proximité immédiate de la plage est un vrai plus. Nul besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage : un vrai bonheur avec des enfants... Un très grand merci aux propriétaires pour également leur contact chaleureux, leurs conseils une fois sur place, nous espérons pouvoir revenir prochainement...
We were very well received by the owners (very accomodating and considerate). We had a great stay in the house. It is extremely well equipped, very functional and bright. It is also very well located, 2 steps from the beach and shops.

Already before our holiday the contact with Mme Lacoussade was very friendly! On arrival, she welcomed us, showed us the whole house and explained everything. It is very well equipped - with dishes, everything you need for cooking, with kitchen roll, toilet paper, etc. with umbrellas, beach mats, games, ... Also a welcome bottle of wine for us, coffee, tea, one First meal, spices, ... And: it was all very clean! The house is absolutely sufficient for 6 people! Bereits vor unserem Urlaub war der Kontakt mit Mme Lacoussade sehr freundlich!
Bei Ankunft hat sie uns herzlich begrüßt, uns das gesamte Haus gezeigt und alles erklärt. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet- mit Geschirr, allem, was man zum Kochen braucht, mit Küchenrolle, Toilettenpapier, etc. mit Sonnenschirmen, Strandmatten, Spielen, ... Außerdem stand zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein für uns bereit, Kaffee, Tee, eine erste Mahlzeit, Gewürze, ... Und: es war alles sehr sauber!!!
Das Haus ist für 6 Personen absolut ausreichend!
Außerdem ist der Garten um das Haus sehr schön und man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand.
Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder mieten!!!

Ideally located rental (10 minutes walk from all shops, restaurants), close to the forest. Despite the joint ownership, calm and quiet house. Well equipped. Owners friendly and available if needed. Points perhaps to improve, the tired bedding, blinds on the kitchen windows would be a plus, the window of the house opposite opens directly into the kitchen, a little annoying in the morning when you get up. A rental located 2 steps from the sea, 3 steps from the inland lake and 5 steps from the center and its ice cream parlor "Le Coconut" or how to do everything on foot to spend a superb holiday (even if the sun is not was only moderately at the appointment).
The accommodation is clean, really nice and well equipped, perfectly consistent with the images and the description (yes everything is well renovated). The bedding is comfortable and what a pleasure to find the beds made on our arrival after long hours of driving.
The icing on the cake, the owners are very friendly.
In short, a rental to recommend (and to rent again for our part).

Une location située à 2 pas de la mer, 3 pas du lac intérieur et 5 pas du centre et de son marchand de glace "Le Coconut" ou comment tout faire à pieds pour passer de superbes vacances (même si le soleil n'était que moyennement au RDV).
Le logement est propre, vraiment agréable et bien équipé, parfaitement conforme aux images et à la description (oui tout est bien rénové). La literie est confortable et quel plaisir de trouver les lits faits à notre arrivée après de longues heures de route.
Cerise sur le gâteau, les propriétaires sont forts sympathiques.
Bref, une location à recommander (et à relouer pour notre part).
