Small, clean and very well appointed studio. I recommend it for a couple. view of the port des minimes, small shop just below the rental, 40 minutes walk from the 2 towers of La Rochelle, 20 minutes if you take the maritime bus. thank you for the good advice from the owner for outings in La Rochelle and the surrounding area and restaurants.

The bedroom window, which overlooks the hall, does not open .... For ventilation, this is a bit of a drawback. Quiet apartment, well located, with no road to cross to access the beach. Very pleasant terrace overlooking the sea.
La fenêtre de la chambre, qui donne sur le hall, ne s'ouvre pas.... Pour l'aération, c'est un peu un inconvénient.

A very well located apartment, the owner is very far-sighted and available if necessary. The area is ideal for a couple. Apparently very well located. The view of the sea is as described, the proximity to the port of Minimes and various shops is more than appreciable. The possibility of being able to rent a secure garage at a very reasonable price is also very interesting. On the other hand, the apartment could use a good refreshment. Everything is a bit "run down " except the shower and the worktop which have probably been replaced. However, this did not prevent us from having a very good stay.
Apparemment très très bien situé. La vue sur la mer est telle que décrite, la proximité avec le port des Minimes et de différents commerces est plus qu’appréciable. La possibilité de pouvoir louer un garage sécurisé à prix très raisonnable est très intéressante également. Par contre, l'appartement aurait bien besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement. Tout y est un peu "vétuste" sauf la douche et le plan de travail qui ont été probablement remplacés. Cela ne nous a cependant pas empêché d'y passer un très bon séjour.

We had a great vacation. Apartment in accordance with the announcement, beautiful view of the sea, well-designed walking tours for pedestrians and bikes, we took advantage of shellfish fishing and its beach located at the bottom of the apartment. Various shops accessible on foot so very practical to avoid taking the car. To redo because the corner is nice. Pleasant and very responsive owner. Thank you for this great time and I recommend it to everyone.
Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances. Appartement conforme à l'annonce, belle vue sur la mer, balades à pied bien conçues pour les piétons et vélos, nous avons profité de la pêche aux coquillages ainsi que sa plage située en bas de l'appartement. Commerces divers accessibles à pied donc très pratique pour éviter de prendre la voiture. A refaire car le coin est sympa. Propriétaire agréable et très réactif. Merci pour ce bon moment et je le recommande à tous.

Very correct apartment of satisfactory size for the holidays. Close to all commerce and the beach. Clean and quiet building with wifi connection. Only small defect bed bedstead style defective broken foot.
