Very nice house on the heights, large enough to accommodate 7 people (4 bedrooms, 3 double beds and a single bed), a little rustic but at an unbeatable price given the surface area and the location a few minutes from the first beach. There is everything you need, several terraces, 2 bathrooms, an air-conditioned bedroom... However, you need good calves because everything is on a slope (difficult in the middle of a heat wave!), and access by car to the 'dedicated location a bit difficult with a large car (we finally parked ours on the road below). The garden around is very beautiful, as is the view of the sea and the Milky Way :)
Très belle maison sur les hauteurs, assez grande pour loger 7 personnes (4 chambres, 3 lits doubles et un lit simple), un peu rustique mais à un prix imbattable au vu de la surface et de l'emplacement à quelques minutes de la première plage. Il y a tout le nécessaire, plusieurs terrasses, 2 salles de bains, une chambre climatisée... Il faut néanmoins de bons mollets car tout est en pente (difficile en pleine canicule !), et l'accès en voiture jusqu'à l'emplacement dédié un peu galère avec une grande voiture (nous avons finalement garé la nôtre sur la route en contrebas). Le jardin autour est très beau, tout comme la vue sur la mer et sur la voie lactée :)
A beautiful house with very good equipment for 6 people and with a great view of the sea and a great distance to the beach! A very and reliable landlady. We would definitely recommend it or book it again.

Villa with a lot of charm, with beautiful and warm furniture, we lived a week of happiness, with a whole family from 14 to 73 years old, ie 12 people, without any discomfort. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful crockery, large indoor table and around the pool with many deckchairs, as well as a plancha. Good bedding and above all a special arrangement for 2 bedrooms, my grandchildren being in armchairs, the whole house is wheelchair accessible and all in impeccable cleanliness. Thank you again Carole for your generosity. I highly recommend this Provencal farmhouse.
Villa avec beaucoup de charme, avec de beaux meubles très chaleureux, nous avons vécu une semaine de bonheur, en famille complète de 14 à 73 ans soit 12 personnes, sans aucune gêne.
Cuisine sur équipée, belle vaisselle, grande table intérieure et autour de la piscine avec de très nombreux transats, ainsi qu'une plancha.
Bonne literie et surtout un aménagement spécial pour 2 chambres, mes petits enfants étant en fauteuil, toute la maison est accessible en fauteuil et le tout dans une propreté irréprochable.
Merci encore Carole pour votre générosité. Je recommande vivement ce mas provençal.

Un endroit hors du temps, une parenthèse enchantée, un séjour bercé par la chanson des vagues, une vue à couper le souffle, un appartement, très propre et confortable où on se sent, tout de suite, comme à la maison.. Negative points: Leaving too early, we would have happily stayed an extra week. Only drawback: the hill to climb to reach the parking lot, but you are not responsible and we are no longer twenty years old. Good points: In addition to the superb view and the changing colors of the sea, very functional apartment, very well equipped, tasteful, with pleasant, predominantly green colors. We felt at home. Le fait de repartir trop tôt, nous serions volontiers restés une semaine supplémentaire.
Seul inconvénient: la côte à gravir pour rejoindre le parking, mais vous n'êtes pas responsable et nous n'avons plus vingt ans.
Points positifs:
Outre la vue superbe et les couleurs changeantes de la mer, appartement très fonctionnel, très bien équipé, avec goût, aux couleurs agréables à dominante verte. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous.
Une location a vivement conseiller et à recommander.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, la location comporte des prestations même supérieures au descriptif, la vue est magnifique. The location is ideal: the admittedly small balcony offers a magnificent view of Aiguebelle beach and the Mediterranean. It is a treat in the morning to discover this view. The apartment is functional: the bathroom is quite large, the bedrooms upstairs are spacious with plenty of storage. The kitchen and living area is small for 4 but in Le Lavandou the weather is nice so we often go out or sit on the beach. We really liked the freezer. The residence was very quiet with Mimi the guardian at the Top! We had a great time !
L'emplacement est idéal : le balcon certes petit offre une vue magnifique sur la plage d'Aiguebelle et sur la Méditerranée. C'est un régal le matin de découvrir cette vue. L'appartement est fonctionnel : la sdb est assez grande, les chambres à l'étage spacieuses avec de nombreux rangements. L'espace cuisine, salon est petit pour 4 mais au Lavandou il fait beau donc on sort souvent ou on s'installe sur la plage. On a beaucoup apprécié le congélateur. La résidence était très calme avec Mimi la gardienne au Top! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
We had an excellent 2-week stay with the family, feet in the water. At the top, everything was great and Mrs. N. listened to us and was very kind. It is true that the air conditioning would have been a plus but with the ceiling fan, it was great with a baby. We look forward to returning next year.

Very nice accommodation that combines modern and old. The kitchen equipment is very extensive. There are different seating options and the property is spacious and well fenced. The short walk across the street to the sea is unique. The communication with the landlord was flawless. The only downside is the directly adjacent main road, since the noise level is quite high. On the other side of the house, this is no longer so noisy. We really enjoyed our time and can recommend the villa with a clear conscience.
Sehr schöne Unterkunft, die Modern und Alt miteinander vereint. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr umfangreich. Es gibt unterschiedliche Sitzmöglichkeiten und das Grundstück ist weitläufig und gut umzäunt.
Der kurze Fußweg über die Straße zum Meer ist einmalig.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief einwandfrei.
Einziger Nachteil ist die direkt angrenzende Hauptstraße, da der Lärmpegel doch recht hoch ist. Auf der anderen Seite des Hauses ist dies nicht mehr so geräuschintensiv.
Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und können die Villa mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.
Today is our last day in this beautiful place where we spent two lovely weeks. The location is perfect , walking distance to the seaside and close to the village. The modern design of the house is great, it was just renovated and you appreciate being among the first tenants! Plenty of space inside with very comfortable bedrooms.
We liked the inside / outside living room which was so enjoyable in the evening . But the best is definitely the pool area and the view over the sea in the evening!
We will definitely come back if we can!!
The apartment is very well located with a panoramic view of the sea but far enough (400m) to avoid nuisance and noise. The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The bedroom is at the back and therefore quiet. A place we would rent again without hesitation.

Apartment conforms to the photos of the announcement. Very clean. Nothing was missing (household appliances, crockery, cleaning accessories). Very nice view of the bay of Ste Maxime. Very friendly welcome by the person responsible for handing over the keys and the inventory. Small improvement suggested: put some self-adhesive dots on the large bay window, indicating in a conspicuous way that the latter is closed. Also note that access to the apartment from the parking lot is a little difficult if the tenant is a little old, (41 steps in total, in several steps, separated by fairly steep paved passages, but nevertheless practical with a wheeled suitcase). Very attentive owner, with sending of plan, photos and who answers any request for information.
Appartement conforme aux photos de l'annonce. Très propre. Rien n'y manquait (électro-ménager, vaisselle, accessoires d'entretien). Très belle vue sur la baie de Ste Maxime. Accueil très sympathique par la personne chargée de la remise des clés et de l'état des lieux.
Petite amélioration suggérée : mettre quelques pastilles auto-collantes sur la grande baie vitrée, indiquant de façon voyante que cette dernière est fermée.
Signaler aussi que l'accès à l'appartement depuis le parking en hauteur est un peu difficile si le locataire est un peu âgé, (41 marches au total, en plusieurs fois, séparées par des passages bitumés assez pentus, mais néanmoins pratiques avec une valise à roulettes).
Propriétaire très attentionné, avec envoi de plan, photos et qui répond à toute demande de renseignements.
The rental exceeded our expectations! A breathtaking 180° view of the sea A functional house decorated with great taste Crush on the outside with the swimming pool and its little robot, the kitchen and the bar as well as the different places to settle down to "chiller" and enjoy every moment... A lot of trouble to leave but one thing is certain we will return! Thanks to Liliane and Michel for their warm welcome.
