Perfect home for a family and friends. Clean, tidy nothing was missing. Great location. In the small town center there was everything, two grocery stores at newsstands .. in short, I can only give full marks to this house because I found the right habitat for a SUPER holiday.

Ottima posizione. Nel centro piccolo del paese c’era tutto, due alimentari posta edicola .. insomma non posso che dare il punteggio pieno a questa casa perché ho trovato l habitat adatto per una vacanza SUPER.
The house is located in a strategic area for visiting the southern coast of Sardinia. Idelma and Adriano are wonderful people who with their kindness made us feel at home.The house is clean and has all the comforts to make the holiday perfect , from linen to beach equipment and even coal for the barbeque, nothing was missing.Thank you again we will definitely see you again.
La casa si trova in una zona strategica x visitare la costa del sud della Sardegna .Idelma e Adriano sono delle persone meravigliose che con la loro gentilezza ci hanno fatto sentire in famiglia.La casa è pulita e ha tutti i comfort x rendere la vacanza perfetta ,dalla biancheria all'attrezzatura da spiaggia e perfino il carbone x il barbeque ,non mancava proprio nulla.Grazie ancora ci rivedremo sicuramente.

We stayed as a family with children, 15 days in July, and we had a great time right away. The house as described, 4 comfortable bedrooms, with everything you need for anything, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dishwasher, drinking water, coffee maker, fans, ceiling fans, iron, games, books, movies ... A 5 minute walk from a wonderful beach (third beach Golfo Aranci), it is just a few kilometers by car from many other spectacular beaches. Easy parking in the front door. Restaurants, pastry shops, playgrounds and shops very close on foot. Very kind and helpful owner. I highly recommend it for families looking for relaxation, a very quiet area, but with all the amenities within walking distance.
Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia con bambini, 15 giorni in luglio, e ci siamo trovato benissimo da subito. La casa come da descrizione, 4 camere da letto confortevoli, con tutto l'occorrente per qualsiasi cosa, aspirapolvere, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, acqua potabile, macchinetta per il caffè, ventilatori, ventilatori nel soffitto, ferro da stiro, giochi, libri, film...
A 5 minuti a piedi da una spiaggia meravigliosa ( terza spiaggia golfo Aranci), è a pochissimi kilometri in macchina di altre tante spiagge spettacolari. Parcheggio facile nella porta di casa. Ristoranti, pasticcerie, parco giocchi e negozi vicinissimi a piedi. Propietario molto gentile e disponibile.
La consiglio vivamente per famiglie che cercano relax, zona molto tranquilla, ma con tutte le comodità a tre passi.
Discreet structure for a stay of 7 nights, comfortable home as it has all the comforts to better enjoy the holiday. Excellent location, close to the beach and the center of Santa teresa di Gallura. I highly recommend this establishment. No defects to report apart from the very low fence if you have animals with you.

Nessun difetto da segnalare a parte la recinzione molto bassa se si hanno degli animali con sé.
We traveled for 3 weeks in July/August 2022, 2 adults, 3 children and 2 small dogs...The house is beautifully decorated with lots of little touches. The garden is very cozy and invites you to eat and linger. Even if the house has no fly screens, we never had any problems with mosquitoes thanks to the air conditioning and mosquito plugs. The beautiful, crystal-clear sea with a fine white sandy beach is just a few minutes' walk from the house and is perfect for small children. (Dogs allowed). Although we traveled in July/August the beach wasn't crowded at all. Only 5 minutes drive away is the beautiful town of La Caletta, with great restaurants, a market and a Luna Park for the little ones. And the price-performance ratio is great. It's really rare to be able to go on vacation in such a paradise so cheaply. We were definitely not the last time in the beautiful country of Sardinia in Davide's wonderful house. Thank you David.. Wir reisten im Juli/August 2022 für drei Wochen, zwei Erwachsene, drei Kinder und zwei kleinen Hunden...Das Haus ist wundervoll eingerichtet mit jede Menge kleinen Details. Der Garten ist urgemütlich und ladet zum essen und verweilen ein. Auch wenn das Haus über keine Fliegengitter verfügt, hatten wir ,dank Klima und Mückenstecker, nie Probleme mit Mücken. Das wunderschöne, glasklare Meer mit feinem weissen Sandstrand liegt nur ein paar Fussminuten vom Haus entfernt und ist perfekt für kleine Kinder.(Hunde erlaubt). Obwohl wir im Juli/August reisten, war der Strand überhaupt nicht überfüllt. Nur 5 min. Autofahrt entfernt, liegt das schöne Städtchen La Caletta, mit tollen Restaurants, Markt und für die kleinen hat es einen Luna Park. Und das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss ist top. So günstig in so einen Paradies Ferien machen zu dürfen ist wirklich selten. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal in dem wunderschönen Land Sardinien im wunderbaren Haus von Davide. Very clean, and functional house. in a strategic position from the beach and the town. Furnished with everything you need. It has a veranda and patio where to dine and, above all, a nice large fridge freezer, the DISHWASHER and the washing machine that make the difference from other houses. What is missing are mosquito nets but to be honest there aren't many mosquitoes. We solved with the zampironi. Thanks to Mrs. Agnese (the owner) for the correct and truthful information and to Mrs. Nella who gave us the keys on the spot and who made us find the house and the clean and fragrant linen.
Casa molto pulita, e funzionale. in posizione strategica dalla spiaggia e dal paese . Arredata con tutto il necessario. Ha la veranda e il patio dove cenare e, soprattutto, un bel frigo congelatore grande, la LAVASTOVIGLIE e la lavatrice che fanno la differenza da altre case.
Quello che manca sono le zanzariere ma ad onor del vero non ci sono molte zanzare. Abbiamo risolto con gli zampironi.
Grazie alla signora Agnese (la proprietaria ) per le informazioni corrette e veritiere e alla signora Nella che ci ha consegnato le chiavi in loco e che ci ha fatto trovare la casa e la biancheria pulita e profumata.
House located in a quiet area, complete with everything, clean, parking space in the garage. Very kind and helpful owner. To the center it is possible to walk in 10 minutes, restaurants also in the area. Recommended!
Casa situata in zona tranquilla, completa di tutto, pulita, posto auto nel box. Propietario molto gentile e disponibile. Per il centro è possibile andare a piedi in 10 minuti, ristoranti anche in zona. Consigliata!
Villa that fully meets the expectations and description given. Kitchen equipped with everything, beautiful bathroom, bedroom in the standard. outdoor barbecue; in the evening eating outside under the patio was very relaxing.

Cucina fornita di tutto,bagno bello, camera da letto nella norma.Giardino antistante tenuto bene con posto macchina adatto a macchine non grandi.Proprietario della villetta Sebastiano ,gentilissimo e disponibile,vacanza tutto OK.Molto utile la doccia esterna e la possibilita' di barbecue esterno;la sera mangiare fuori sotto il patio e'stato molto rilassante.
Truly relaxing holiday, the house is very welcoming, comfortable and spacious, the beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot via an easy path, if I really have to find a fault it is that there are no deck chairs or sun loungers on the terrace. The owner very nice and helpful. Thanks for a nice vacation. Ps my dog was super good.
Vacanza veramente rilassante, la casa molto accogliente confortevole e spaziosa, l spiaggia si raggiunge in qualche minuto a piedi attraverso un agevole sentiero, se proprio devo trovare un difetto è che non ci sono sdraio o lettini prendisole sulla terrazza. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Grazie per la bella vacanza trascorsa. P.s. la mia cagnolina è stata super bene.

Quiet and characteristic place where you can find peace and beauty and tranquility. We have been going in September for years and every year the holiday regenerates us. In case of need advice or other Massimiliana and her husband go out of their way to make you feel pampered and protected. I recommend it for those who love peace and simple and genuine things.

On ne pouvait pas rêver mieux comme endroit! Accueil sympathique et Giovanna toujours aux petits soins si besoin! Pieds dans l’eau, jolie plage, appartement grand et très propre, petit resto de plage délicieux. Vraiment un endroit où il fait bon être ;)) On y reviendra ;))))
I have been spending my holidays in this house for 5 years and I am satisfied because in addition to being welcoming and beautiful, you can relax in the silence that surrounds it. The beaches of Lu BAGNU can be reached in about 5 minutes by car or go to the beautiful beaches of Marina di Sorso ...

We rented the house in five with two dogs, very spacious and with almost all the necessary supplies for a stay, the strong point is the location, very central and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Mrs N, very kind, made us find the house clean and tidy and assisted us when we needed it. Definitely a stay to be repeated!
Abbiamo affittato la casa in cinque con due cani, molto spaziosa e con quasi tutte le forniture necessarie per un soggiorno, il punto di forza è la posizione, centralissima e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. La signora N, gentilissima, ci ha fatto trovare la casa pulita e ordinata e ci ha assistito quando ne abbiamo avuto bisogno. Sicuramente un soggiorno da ripetere!
Really nice property and in a very convenient position to reach the beautiful and numerous beaches, in the area there are beautiful ones. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary comforts to feel at home. The owner, Ms Maria G., is really kind and helpful. If we decide to return to the area next year we will certainly return here.
Immobile veramente carino e in posizione molto comoda per raggiungere le bellissime e numerose spiagge, in zona ce ne sono di bellissime. L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi come a casa propria. La proprietaria, il sig.ra Maria G., è veramente gentile è disponibile. Se decideremo l’anno prossimo di ritornare nella zona sicuramente ritorneremo qui.
