Quelques petites choses à préciser tout de même concernant la climatisation, l'accès à la plage et à la piscine.
Mais sinon la location est conforme aux photos et les cadeaux de bienvenus nous ont fait très plaisir car cela est très agréable d'arriver avec une belle corbeille de fruits préparée et autres petits cadeaux.

Siamo tornati da Richard per la seconda volta.
Abbiamo trovato la casa con un nuovo condizionatore, silenzioso e molto efficiente.
Cucina completa di forno, piastra per cucinare, frigorifero con congelatore, tutto perfettamente funzionante, compresa la lavatrice, gli elettrodomestici sono posizionati nella veranda, cosi da non cucinare in casa.
Belle piscine di cui una con idromassaggio, anche se ci siamo stati solo una volta, il mare è decisamente più attraente, ma le piscine per chi vuole utilizzarle ci sono
Richard come sempre si è dimostrato molto disponibile, ci ha anche accompagnati all'aeroporto per la nostra partenza, oltre a farci trovare al nostro arrivo un delizioso vassoio di frutta freschissima.
Siamo tornati per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, per la sua posizione, perfetta per tutte le escursioni che si vogliono fare, con agenzie proprio nelle immediate vicinanze della casa, partenze per Petit Terre consigliamo AWAK, il più economico divertimento assicurato , escursioni a Ilet Caret, Les Santes, queste ultime con motoscafi veloci, splendide escursioni con grigliate sulle isole o a bordo dello stesso motoscafo, ottimo diving, consiglio Plongee Caribeenne, tutto questo e molto altro ancora, nelle immediate vicinanze, una piacevole passeggiate per la Marina e troverete tutto, anche il super mercato.
A pochi minuti di auto la splendida spiaggia di Point de Chateaux, le Caravelle, Gossier, Saint Ann ecc.....,
Non ultimo il mercato del Pesce, dove si può acquistare il miglior pesce fresco a prezzi davvero ottimi.
La sera oltre alla vasta scelta di ristoranti e bar, non mancano soluzioni più "economiche" grazie ad i numerosi furgoni nella zona del mercato del pesce, sandwich, bokito e birra a prezzi più che convenienti.
Da non perdere il martedì sera il mercato alla rotonda.
Consigliamo tuttavia di noleggiare un auto per muoversi meglio, noi quest'anno abbiamo voluto provare ad usare l'autobus, essendo la stazione e la fermata molto vicina alla casa, ma sono poco affidabili, attese lunghe e spesso corse non effettuate in orario. sabato corse ridotte e la domenica nessuna corsa.
Cosa altro dire? per noi ormai Richard è un punto di riferimento, quando torneremo sarà un piacere tornare da LUI.

Excellent stay of 3 weeks in this rental very well located on the seafront and near the center of Ste Anne. The very friendly owner gave us some tips for tours and restaurants that proved helpful when you do not know the area. Much to see and do in Guadeloupe we hope to return.

A very welcoming owner who gave us a lot of advice, regarding the rental, restaurants to eat, excursions to do, car rentals and all local shops. The accommodation was very clean, and well equipped (TV, tassimo, internet, air conditioning). The owner was always there for our comfort during our stay. The accommodation is located close to all shops, and geographically well located in the middle of the island to discover all of Guadeloupe. We will come back to this beautiful place again. Le logement était très propres, et bien équipé (TV, tassimo, internet, climatisation).
Le propriétaire était toujours présent pour notre confort durant notre séjour.
Le logement est situé à proximité de tous les commerces de proximité, et géographiquement bien situé au milieu de l’île pour pouvoir découvrir l’ensemble de la Guadeloupe. Nous reviendrons encore à cet endroit magnifique.

L'appartement, dans lequel nous avons séjourné 3 mois, est propre et très bien agencé et il n'y manque rien grâce à Karol, toujours aux petits soins avec nous.
Nous avons apprécié le fait de ne pas avoir à laver les draps : Karol venait les chercher et nous en ramenait des propres, bien repassés.
Karol est une personne bienveillante qui n'hésite pas à se déplacer au moindre problème et qui fait tout pour nous rendre le séjour agréable.
Nous conseillons donc la location de cet appartement en tout point de vue.

What a joy to leave this cold winter for the heat of the tropics! My husband and I had an unforgettable time on this beautiful island. The villa was BEAUTIFUL with everything we needed. The infinity pool overlooking the sea, A HAPPINESS. We drink as they say here our Ti punch (local drink) in the evening with the beautiful lights of the terrace watching the sea and hearing the swell, I have tears in my eyes. What a beautiful stay! Mr B. is very welcoming and caring. The villa is luxurious, well located and well equipped. What more can you say, go for it! you will not regret it.
Small note: there were a lot of water cuts in Guadeloupe during our stay because of bad weather. However we did not suffer because Mr B. thought of you and had a cistern that allowed us to have access to running water at all times.

Quel bonheur de quitter ce froid hivernal pour la chaleur des tropiques! Nous avons mon mari et moi passé un moment inoubliable sur cette belle île. La villa était MAGNIFIQUE avec tout ce que nous avions besoin. La piscine à débordement vue sur mer, UN BONHEUR. Nous sirotions comme ils disent ici notre Ti punch (boisson locale) le soir avec les belles lumières de la terrasse en regardant la mer et en entendant la houle, j'en ai les larmes aux yeux. Quel beau séjour! Mr B. est très accueillant et aux petits soins. La villa est luxueuse, bien située et bien équipée. Que dire de plus, allez-y! vous ne le regretterez pas.
Petite remarque: il y avait beaucoup de coupures d'eau en Guadeloupe durant notre séjour à cause des intempéries. Cependant nous n'en avons pas souffert car Mr B. a pensé à toi et avait une citerne qui nous permettait d'avoir accès à de l'eau courante en permanence.

We had a very nice stay in Guadeloupe! The villa was perfect for the family ... We had everything we needed for a great holiday ... dishwasher, washing machine, beach chairs, parasol, toys for children, bunk, small extra bed, towels, cooler, high chair, books on Guadeloupe, Wifi .... When we arrived late, Ms. Patricia R. made us very welcome. She explained the operation of all amenities. She is, moreover, very discreet, warm and generous. To begin our stay, she prepared us a nice basket of fruits and offered us several small surprises like local biscuits, soaps, rum, coloring book with pencils ... She took care to offer us bread, milk, juice, jam, pasta, tomato sauce to help us out on the first day. Also, one evening, she prepared us a typical meal there. The beach is not far from the villa and pretty. The pool is located upstairs with a beautiful view of the sea. It is secured by a fence so ideal with young children. Two small cars enter the parking lot. The places wereown. Thank you for everything !

La villa était parfaite pour la famille... Nous avions tout le nécessaire pour passer de belles vacances...
lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, chaises de plage, parasol, jouets pour enfants, couchette, petit lit d’appoint, serviettes, glacière, chaise haute, livres sur la Guadeloupe, Wifi.... Lors de notre arrivée tardive, Mme Patricia R. nous a très bien accueillis. Elle nous a expliqué le fonctionnement de toutes les commodités. Elle est, d’ailleurs, très discrète, chaleureuse et généreuse. Pour débuter notre séjour, elle nous a préparé un joli panier de fruits et nous a offert plusieurs petites surprises comme des biscuits locaux, savons, rhum, livre à colorier avec crayons... Elle a pris soin de nous offrir du pain, lait, jus, confiture, pâtes, sauce tomate pour nous dépanner le premier jour. Aussi, un soir, elle nous a préparé un repas typique de là-bas. La plage n’est pas très loin de la villa et jolie. La piscine est située à l’étage avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Elle est sécurisée par une clôture donc idéale avec les jeunes enfants. Deux petites voitures entrent dans le stationnement. Les lieux étaient propres.

Une petite épicerie qui propose du pain chaque jour (le pain est très bon)... Il faut prendre la voiture pour faire les courses à 1k500 environ .... Excelente acogida, previamente contacto por mail y telefono para concertar horarios. El duplex está en primera línea de una pequeña playa pero a cinco minutos a pie del centro. Sitio agradable, tranquilo y seguro. Parking dentro de la urbanización, apartamento limpio, cómodo y con todos los utensilios necesarios para una estancia como en casa.
