My daughters aged 9 and 13 years having taken advantage of the outdoor swimming pool and open spaces for their games are of the same opinion. Thank you. Pur non avendo avuto un contatto di persona con i proprietari, ma unicamente contatti telefonici, e mail e postali, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto, piena corrispondenza tra annuncio e realtà, panorama e ambiente circostante compreso, buon rapporto qualità prezzo, ho passato veramente una bella settimana in una casa ospitale e rilassante, quello che cercavo.
Le mie figlie di 9 e 13 anni avendo usufruito della piscina esterna e degli spazi all'aperto per i loro giochi sono dello stesso parere. Grazie.

Mr. MARTIN AND you respond very quickly, the lease is clear, everything is planned to return the keys at the end of our holiday. No surprise if this is the beautiful part of their villa. The property is very well maintained, clean, with a nice decoration, everything is there for a pleasant stay. I thank them for giving us such a safe haven, it's nice to relax in such a small corner of paradise. I hope to return, it is even better in real life than in pictures.
M. ET Mme MARTIN vous répondent très vite, le contrat de location est clair, tout est prévu jusqu'au renvoi des clés a la fin de nos vacances. Aucune surprise si ce n'est le cadre magnifique de leur villa. La propriété est très bien entretenue, propre, avec une jolie décoration, tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour. Je les remercie de nous offrir un tel havre de paix, cela fait du bien de se ressourcer dans un tel petit coin de paradis. J'espère bien y retourner, c'est encore mieux en vrai qu'en photos.

Do not be afraid of the path that leads you into a small corner of paradise! This area located in the almond is a marvel as the garden side for his elegant villa. Everything exudes elegance and sense of hospitality of its owners. Every corner is a gem. A very romantic patio is surrounded by very functional pieces of home stylishly furnished and decorated. The exterior is also very neat with its terraced gardens with multiple gates and railings wrought iron dark blue and silver ... This place has a lot of class and offers a dream setting for a holiday in Andalusia. But allow 15 days to enjoy both visits and the beauty and tranquility of "Almond "! N'ayez pas peur du chemin d'accès qui vous mènera dans un petit coin de Paradis ! Ce domaine implanté dans les amandiers est une pure merveille tant coté jardin que pour son élégante villa. Tout respire le raffinement et le sens de l'accueil de ses propriétaires. Chaque recoin est un petit bijou. Un très romantique patio est entouré de façon très fonctionnelle des pièces de la maison élégamment meublées et décorées. L'extérieur est aussi très soigné avec ses jardins en terrasse aux multiples portillons et grilles en fer forgé bleu foncé et argent... Cet endroit a beaucoup de classe et offre un cadre de rêve pour des vacances en Andalousie. Mais prévoir 15 jours pour profiter à la fois des visites et de la beauté et du calme des "Amandiers" !!!

Here one day we got back from vacation: great holiday thanks in large part to the exceptional quality of rental VILLA los Almendros in Nerja SPAIN belonging to Mr. and Mrs. Bernard MARTIN. This house, very functional, nothing is missing (perhaps a dishwasher, but with good organization and bearings ...), decorated with great taste, very family opening onto a wooded garden, full of flowers by many varieties that should benefit from the humidity of the pool ... This very well maintained, around which sun loungers and parasols allow rest and relaxation much appreciated.
Andalusian heat has absolutely not bother us, the nights are "cool " and fans enough, over the villa is situated on a hill overlooking the sea, the air there is not stuffy.
One can be surprised by the access as soon as we discovered, especially follow the indications of the owner and you arrive in this haven of peace, which we are sure will delight in more than one. HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO SUCCESSORS. JF, Michel, Domi and Cathy
Voici 1 jour que nous sommes rentrés de vacances : d'excellentes vacances grâce en grande partie à l'exceptionnelle qualité de la location de la VILLA los ALMENDROS à NERJA EN ESPAGNE appartenant à M. et Mme Bernard MARTIN. Cette maison, très fonctionnelle, rien ne manque (peut-être un lave-vaisselle, mais avec une bonne organisation et des roulements...), décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très familiale s'ouvrant sur un jardin très arboré, très fleuri par de nombreuses variétés qui doivent bénéficier de l'humidité de la piscine... Celle-ci très bien entretenue, autour de laquelle bains de soleil et parasols permettent un repos et farniente des plus appréciés.
La chaleur andalouse ne nous a absolument pas gênés, les nuits sont "fraîches" et les ventilateurs suffisent, de plus la villa étant située sur une colline dominant la mer, l'air n'y est pas étouffant.
On peut être surpris par l'accès dès qu'on le découvre, surtout bien suivre les indications du propriétaire et vous arriverez dans ce havre de paix, qui nous en sommes certains, va en ravir plus d'un. BONNES VACANCES AUX SUCCESSEURS.

Superb villa, quiet, consistent with the description, views of the mountains and white villages of Andalusia. Very tidy every comfort. We had a great time. Indeed the path is a bit difficult to access, but that's the price to pay for this amazing view and quiet!

Besides accessing quite a bit tricky (it's still a mountain area), everything was perfect. The owner is very friendly and absolutely complete documentation.
A part l'accès assez un peu délicat (c'est quand même une zone de montagne), tout a été parfait. Le propriétaire est très aimable et la documentation fournie absolument complète.
