Without hesitation when we pass Antibes which is a charming little town (old Antibes), we will come back to this superb location?. So don't hesitate? you won't be disappointed !!

Magnificent modern apartment and very well located less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and close to shops. All the comfort and equipment of an apartment "like at home". Impeccable cleanliness and attentive and attentive owner. The very spacious terrace on the top floor is a treat to enjoy the days and evenings. The garden furniture and more particularly the garden sofas are very comfortable and give this apartment (if still needed) a little extra compared to the competition. The parking space in the basement of the building is also very appreciable. Apartment to recommend without hesitation.
Magnifique appartement moderne et très bien situé à moins de 5 minutes à pieds de la plage et proche des commerces. Tout le confort et l’équipement d’un appartement « comme à la maison ». Propreté impeccable et propriétaire à l’écoute et attentionnée. La terrasse très spacieuse et au dernier étage est un régale pour profiter des journées et soirées. Le mobilier de jardin et plus particulièrement les canapés de jardin sont très confortables et donnent à cet appartement (s’il le fallait encore) un petit plus par rapport à la concurrence. L’emplacement de parking en sous-sol de l’immeuble est aussi très appréciable. Appartement à recommander sans hésiter.
Hello, the rental is very pleasant in a very quiet place, and very clean, both inside and outside the buildings. Swimming pool nothing to say, with several water levels and sunny all day with shaded area. The apartment is located in a residence where several buildings are of the same style: super well maintained and very pleasant to see. Apartment very well equipped to live in four, the downside lacks a little utensils to eat (bowls, salad bowls). Otherwise everything is perfect, a large terrace, table and small relaxation area with living room above and view of the lake and trees ... what more? Another great highlight: the underground garage: car or motorbike can be sheltered from everything. Very good stay and honest owner. If we don't see other places next year we would definitely come back.
Bonjour la location est très agréable dans un endroit très calme, et très propre, aussi bien intérieur et extérieur des bâtiments. Piscine rien à dire, avec plusieurs niveaux d'eau et ensoleillé toute la journée avec coin ombragé. L'appartement se situe dans une résidence où plusieurs bâtiments sont du même style : super bien entretenu et très agréables à voir.
Appartement très bien équipé pour vivre à quatre, le bémol manque un peu d'ustensile pour se restaurer (bols, saladiers).
Sinon tout est parfait, une grande terrasse, table et petit coin détente avec salon dessus et vue sur lac et arbres ... quoi de plus?
Un super autre point fort : le garage en sous sol : voiture ou moto peuvent être à l'abris de tout.
Très bon séjour et propriétaire honnête.
Si nous ne voyons pas d'autres endroits l'année prochaine, nous reviendrions sans problème.

Great stay. The apartment was clean, consistent with the photos, well equipped. The swimming pool of the very pleasant residence. You can go there with your eyes closed.

Warm and welcoming owner who makes themselves available for any questions or possible problems, which was not our case. The rental is clean and well maintained. The 2 terraces are appreciable for taking meals in the morning, midday and evening as well as for basking in the sun. The parking space inside the residence is a plus, especially in summer. The rental is well located, halfway between the shops and the beach. Thank you to Mr. and Mrs. L. for their kindness.

Very pleasant villa, on the heights in peace. The view is splendid. Access to the beach and shops is quick (5 minutes by car - 15 minutes on foot for the descent). The villa is also well equipped and the ideal layout for 2 families (each with its own bedroom and bathroom space). Mr L, the owner is finally very accessible and facilitating. We will gladly re-rent it for the next vacation!

Very well appointed studio with balcony overlooking the sea. Friendly welcome and clear rental information. Car parking appreciated even if access is just for an SUV. I recommend this location.

Great rental, the owners are lovely and very helpful. The accommodation is very well equipped and great for a family with children (travel cot, high chair, games, dinette, children's plate / glass). We didn't want for anything. The accommodation is also very clean and carefully prepared for our arrival. I recommend without hesitation.

very warm welcome from the owner, he allowed us to put our motorcycle trailer away, advised us on places to visit and they even invited us to their home to have a great afternoon. What better ? We will be back next year.
très bon accueil du propriétaire ,il nous a permis de mettre notre remorque moto à l'abri, nous a conseillé pour les endroits à visiter et ils nous ont même invités chez eux pour passer une excellente après midi. Quoi de mieux ?
