Apartment renovated with great taste where nothing is missing. It is ideally located in the 3 valleys area as well as in the Mottaret resort. The owners are attentive and very responsive. Thanks again ! We will not hesitate to return.

Perfect rental for 2 people or a couple with a small child. At the foot of the slopes, calm and sunny terrace. Well equipped and functional, you will have an excellent holiday in the heart of the 3 valleys area.

Very nice apartment ideally located on the same floor as the ski lockers for a ski-in ski-out departure. Very functional and spacious apartment for our group of 8 people (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) The balconies allow you to enjoy the sun. The kitchen is very well equipped.

The location of the studio is ideal for starting on skis. The description of the announcement is faithful to reality. And nothing to complain about the equipment, everything you need is there. In the building, the studio is served by a small corridor, so it remains quiet. The studio is small but well organized, at least with 2 or 3 occupants; with 4 occupants, I think it can be dense. There is one small flaw. It's at the end of the resort, and the shops are limited to the essentials (supermarket, restaurant, ski rental) and access to the center of Mottaret is not very practical. Finally, it is rented by a private individual who is very well organized and with whom it is easy to communicate.
La localisation du studio est idéale pour le départ skis aux pieds. La description de l'annonce est fidèle à la réalité. Et rien à redire sur l'équipement, tout le nécessaire y est. Dans l'immeuble, le studio est desservi par un petit couloir, du coup ça reste calme.
Le studio est petit mais bien organisé, du moins à 2 ou 3 occupants ; à 4 occupants, je pense que ça peut être dense.
Il y a bien un petit défaut. C'est au bout de la station, et les commerces se limitent au nécessaire (supérette, resto, location de skis) et l'accès au centre de Mottaret n'est pas très pratique.
Pour finir, c'est loué par un particulier qui est très bien organisé et avec qui il est facile de communiquer.
Perfect stay even if as indicated in the announcement, the apartment is more comfortable for 4 people, in fact the living room is a bit tight for 6 but for a week it is fine. This apartment is ideally located for skiers and walkers alike. Everything is nearby, you can't get any closer: equipment rental, Sherpa open until 8 p.m., restaurants and the possibility of going to the shopping center, packages, tourist office, in 3 minutes with the ski lifts (at the foot of the apartment) or on foot quickly. Really the best!! The owner is very available. The condition of the apartment is correct.
Séjour parfait même si comme l'indique l'annonce, l'appartement est plus confortable pour 4 personnes, en effet le salon est un peu juste pour 6 mais pour une semaine ça va. Cet appartement est idéalement bien situé pour les skieurs comme pour les marcheurs. Tout est à coté, on ne peut pas faire plus près: location du matériel, Sherpa ouvert jusqu'à 20h, restaurants et possibilité de se rendre au centre commercial, forfaits, office du tourisme, en 3mn avec les remontées mécaniques( au pied de l'appartement) ou à pied rapidement .Vraiment le top!! Le propriétaire est très disponible . L'état de l'appartement est correcte.
2nd stay in this very well appointed apartment at the foot of the slopes very pleasant to live near the shops free shuttles to the top of the resort, very good contact with the owner I recommend this accommodation

Studio very well located on the Hammeau de Meribel-Mottaret. We stayed there for a week. Easy contact with Pierre, the owner. The accommodation is clean and properly equipped (fridge, hob, microwave oven, and cookware) "Ski to the foot", return accessible by the TS "Combes 1" in the resort of Méribel (in the heart of the 3 Valleys), perfect for skiing. NB: Small improvement to be made on the small fridge which makes a little noise at night. Otherwise it was perfect. Thank you so much.
Studio très bien situé sur le le Hammeau de Meribel-Mottaret. Nous y avons séjourner une semaine. Contact facile avec Pierre, le propriétaire. Le logement est propre et correctement équipé (Frigo, plaque, four-micro-onde, et batterie de cuisine)
"Ski au pied", retour accessible par le TS "Combes 1" dans la station de Méribel (au coeur des 3 Vallées), parfait pour le ski.
N.B : Petite amélioration à faire sur le petit frigo qui fait un peu de bruit la nuit.

I recommend this very nice apartment just next to the slopes. Everything is available there. Very pleasant owner. 1 point for improvement: The upstairs bedrooms are carpeted but this is only a concern for allergy sufferers like my wife and daughter.
Je conseille ce très bel appartement juste à côté des pistes. Tout y est disponible. Propriétaire très agréable.
1 point d'amélioration: Les chambres à l'étage sont recouvertes de moquette mais cela n'est qu'un souci qui s'applique aux personnes allergiques comme ma femme et ma fille.
Very nice location, apartment very well located at the foot of a chairlift and shuttle stops for the resort and for La Chambre. The apartment is very well equipped, the beds are very comfortable. Linen is provided. Everything was perfect (except the lack of snow this year at 1450 m).

Very nice apartment but the bedding in the living room is of very poor quality and moreover we had to clean before settling in (M&M's type sweets scattered on the floor in the living room) very questionable bathrooms. This is not the fact of the owner, who is moreover very friendly, but of the cleaning service, which was faulty there.
Appartement très agréable mais le couchage du salon est de très mauvaise qualité et par ailleurs nous avons dû faire le ménage avant de nous installer (bonbons type M&M's éparpillés au sol dans la pièce de vie ) salles de bains très douteuses.
Ceci n’est pas le fait du propriétaire au demeurant fort sympathique mais au service de ménage qui là a été défaillant.
Very warm welcome from the owners, Mr. and Mrs. L. are anxious to meet the expectations and requests of their tenants. They are also very good advice for exploring the 3 Valleys ski area as well as the surroundings of the village of St Martin de Belleville. They also know how to be very discreet. We found a very comfortable rental from every point of view. We will definitely be back!
