Rented in summer, as a family with two children, we really liked this little mountain chalet: first of all its location far from the road and car traffic, quiet, close to the start of hikes, 15 min walk from the center town (path always pleasant to walk, option through the forest) . But we also appreciated the possibility of eating outside with the view of the mountains, the interior decoration, the wooden furniture, the well-equipped kitchen with a bar-style opening to the living room, the spacious living room, everything was functional for a holiday without worry. In addition our host was very kind, a very pleasant person. Easy parking at the top of the house at 10m.
Loué en été, en famille avec deux enfants, nous avons beaucoup aimé ce petit chalet de montagne: d'abord son emplacement loin de la route et la circulation des voitures, calme, proche de départ des randonnées, à 15 min à pied du centre ville (chemin toujours agréable à parcourir, option par la foret) . Mais nous avons aussi apprécié la possibilité de manger dehors avec la vue sur les montagnes, la déco intérieure, les meubles en bois, la cuisine bien équipée avec une ouverture style bar vers le séjour, le séjour spacieux, tout était fonctionnel pour des vacances sans soucis. De plus notre hôte a été très aimable, une personne très agréable. Parking facile en haut de la maison à 10m.
Hello, We spent two weeks of pure happiness in this little cottage cozy and cozy comfort where nothing is missing. It is ideal for a family with 1 or 2 children. The location very quiet and sunny offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains where you can pick at leisure blueberries, strawberries and raspberries in summer. The cottage owner who works at the "house of the Vanoise National Park" is very knowledgable and very welcoming to guests, which is not negligible ... Numerous hiking trails start directly from the chalet or the city center just a little lower. The village of Pralognan Vanoise is beautiful, well animated and you can find everything you need to spend a good stay in the mountains ... like winter !!! So if you like mountains, please, the cottage the Emmontagnée is the place !!! Happy holidays !!!

Nous avons passé deux semaines de pur bonheur dans ce petit chalet au confort douillet et cosy où rien ne manque. Il est idéal pour une famille avec 1 ou 2 enfants. L'emplacement très au calme et ensoleillé offre une belle vue sur les montagnes environnantes où l'on peut cueillir à loisir myrtilles, fraises des bois et framboises à la belle saison.
La propriétaire du chalet qui travaille à la "maison du Parc National de la Vanoise" est de très bon conseil et très accueillante envers ses hôtes, ce qui n'est pas négligeable...
De très nombreux chemins de randonnée partent directement du chalet ou bien du centre ville juste un peu plus bas. Le bourg de Pralognan la Vanoise est magnifique, bien animé et l'on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer un très bon séjour à la montagne...été comme hiver !!!
Alors, si vous aimez la montagne, n'hésitez pas, le chalet l'Emmontagnée est la bonne adresse !!!

For the 2nd time we are coming as a family to this chalet where we feel at home. It is very well equipped, well located, shops are close and departure and return are ski-in/ski-out. The decoration in the "modern mountain" style provides a very cozy atmosphere. The "independent studio" side of the ground floor is very popular with young people. The owners are attentive and take care to check on us during our stay to find out if everything is going well. Unheard of for us and we really appreciate this attention. Pour la 2ème fois nous venons en famille dans ce chalet où nous nous sentons comme chez nous. Il est très bien équipé, bien placé, les commerces sont proches et départ et retour se font skis aux pieds. La décoration dans le style "montagnard moderne" procure une ambiance très cosy.
Le côté "studio indépendant" du rez-de-chaussée de chaussée est très apprécié par les jeunes.
Les propriétaire sont à l'écoute et prennent soin de prendre de nos nouvelles en cours de séjour pour savoir si tout va bien. Du jamais vu pour nous et nous apprécions beaucoup cette attention.
Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir.

Rental conforms to the description. Access to the slopes and lifts is quick thanks to a door at the rear of the building located just in front of the rental on the snow front. Laurence welcomes us with kindness (thank you again, the jam was delicious). We had a very nice week.

Laurence nous accueille avec gentillesse ( encore merci, la confiture était délicieuse). Nous avons passé une très belle semaine.
Chalet as advertised, well located near the ski lifts and close to shops. We were 8 adults and everyone was able to find their space thanks to the 4 bedrooms each with a bathroom. Too bad there is no direct access to the ski room, you have to enter through the main room, with skis and boots you quickly get snow everywhere.
Chalet conforme à l'annonce, bien situé près des remontées mécaniques pour le ski et près des commerces. Nous étions 8 adultes et chacun a pu trouver son espace grâce aux 4 chambres avec chacune une salle d'eau. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'accès direct au local à skis, il faut renter par la pièce principale, avec les skis et les chaussures on a vite fait de mettre de la neige partout.
Courchevel Village was a nice solution to spend the beginning of the new year with friends. The place is magical and everything is very comfortable. We parked the car and only picked it up at the end of the holiday. The Chalet Grand Cherf is a welcoming and well-organised structure but I would like to point out two/three critical points: Upon arrival, a heavy snowfall delayed us by about an hour and with the sun setting, identifying the Chalet was really complicated: it can be reached via a short path on foot but we didn't have optimal directions and furthermore, at our entrance everything it was dark and the Chalet very cold. Furthermore, a single bathroom in the whole house for 9 people: it takes super close-knit and synchronized families like ours!
Courchevel Village è stata una bella soluzione per trascorrere l’inizio del nuovo anno con gli amici. Il posto è magico e tutto molto comodo. Abbiamo parcheggiato l’auto e l’abbiamo ripresa solo a fine vacanza.
Lo Chalet Grand Cherf è una struttura accogliente e ben organizzata ma segnalo due/tre criticità:
all’arrivo una nevicata cospicua ci ha fatto tardare di circa un’ora e con il sole tramontato l’identificazione dello Chalet è stata davvero complicata: si raggiunge con un breve sentiero a piedi ma non avevamo indicazioni ottimali ed in più al nostro ingresso tutto era buio e lo Chalet molto freddo.
Inoltre un unico bagno in tutta la casa per 9 persone: ci vogliono famiglie super affiatate e sincronizzate come le nostre!
The chalet is very pleasant with very pretty decor. The location is perfect for access to the ski lifts and the city center. We had a very good stay.

The chalet fully met our expectations, it is spacious and pleasant to live in. Everything is there, we didn't miss anything. In addition, its location is perfect, it is 3min walk from amenities and the ski lifts. The balcony is a real plus, with a view of the mountains and the valley. Finally, it has a small parking lot visible from the chalet, which is a real plus. I recommend!
Le chalet répondait entièrement à nos attentes, il est spacieux et agréable à vivre. Tout y est, nous n'avons manqué de rien. De plus, son emplacement est parfait, il est à 3min à pied dès commodités et des remontées mécaniques. Le balcon est un réel +, avec une vue sur la montagne et la vallée. Enfin, il dispose d'un petit parking visible depuis le chalet, ce qui est un réel plus. Je recommande!
Our stay was appreciated by our large family (we were 12: parents, children, grandchildren) because the chalet, in its small forest, was not only consistent with the description, but in addition .... beautiful, bright, comfortable, spacious with 1 hallucinating view of the surrounding mountains. We even plan to come back!
Notre séjour fût apprécié par notre nombreuse famille ( nous étions 12 : parents, enfants, petits enfants) car le chalet ,dans sa petite forêt, était non seulement conforme au descriptif, mais en plus ....beau , lumineux , confortable, spacieux avec 1 vue hallucinante sur les montagnes alentour. Nous prévoyons même d'y revenir !
