There were two weeks of complete relaxation but at the same time so many opportunities to experience the beautiful old town of Monopoli, that year after year is growing in all directions. The apartment of James proved to be truly strategic and equipped with all the amenities described in the offer, including the Wi-Fi was added recently. We found it clean and tidy and our check out James was rightly concerned to check the status. It 'been friendly and helpful with a lot of gift finals! Access to the apartment is via two nice and thick flights of stairs, however, that James highlighted. They are all so old houses in historic cities, but apart from those who really have difficulty walking, it is not so difficult ... Perhaps children as young (1-3 years) may encounter difficulties due to the height of the steps ... And from the balcony of the apartment and enjoys a beautiful view which includes a portion of the castle of Charles V and the entrance of the harbor. We had some concerns about the parking, but we always found a place in the large parking lot at the port, always a little 'chaotic and "Italian ", however, has nevernothing happened to the car. Convenient mini market within walking distance from the apartment to the basic necessities and the small "Tweety cheese ", with many local specialties. The coffee is wonderful and what to ? 0.80 at the bar of the harbor, only a short walk, while for a pizza or a puccia you do not make more than 10 steps! Great King practically next door, but we recommend you wander through the old town! The locals are so many and the prices really the norm ... Near the waterfront bar very good and kind to the boys "Apulia " organizing outings! In the adjacent square of the Castle then on alternate evenings we have ever seen live concerts of all kinds, which ended on time at midnight, in the nearby Piazza Palmieri then, still other shows and festivals of all kinds! On foot you can reach the 3 beaches of monopolies, along the fortified walls of the sea, but taking the car in the direction of the chapter, in a little less than 10 km you will find the most coves and beaches than you can use them in 15 days at sea also "intense " (morning and afternoon)! There are lidos and portions of the beach, with beautiful backdrops and clean water.Really recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the ancient history of this wonderful city.
Sono state due settimane di completo relax ma allo stesso tempo di tante opportunità per vivere il bellissimo centro storico di Monopoli, che anno dopo anno sta crescendo in tutti i sensi. L'appartamento di Giacomo si è rivelato veramente strategico e dotato di tutti i comfort descritti nell'offerta, compreso il Wi-fi inserito di recente. Lo abbiamo trovato pulito e ordinato e al nostro check out Giacomo si è giustamente preoccupato di controllarne lo stato. E' stato gentile e disponibile con tanto di regalino finale! L'accesso all'appartamento avviene attraverso due belle e toste rampe di scale che peraltro Giacomo ha evidenziato. Sono tutte così le vecchie abitazioni nei centri storici, ma a parte chi veramente ha problemi di deambulazione, non è così difficoltoso... Forse i bambini tanto piccoli (1-3 anni) potrebbero incontrare difficoltà data l'altezza dei gradini... E dal balcone dell'appartamento di gode poi di una bella vista che comprende una porzione del castello di Carlo V e dell'ingresso del porto. Avevamo qualche preoccupazione per il parcheggio ma abbiamo sempre trovato posto nel grande parcheggio del porto, sempre un po' caotico e "all'italiana", però non è mai successo nulla all'auto. Comodo il mini market a pochi passi dall'appartamento per i generi di prima necessità e il piccolo "Titti formaggi", con molte specialità locali. Il caffè è meraviglioso e cosa 0,80€ al bar del porto, sempre a pochi passi, mentre per una pizza o una puccia non bisogna fare più di 10 passi! Ottimo il King praticamente sotto casa, ma consigliamo di girovagare per il centro storico! I locali sono tanti e i prezzi davvero nella norma... Vicino al bar del porto molto bravi e gentili i ragazzi di "Apulia" nell'organizzare gite fuori porta! Nell'adiacente piazzetta del Castello poi, a sere alterne abbiamo sempre assistito a concerti dal vivo di ogni genere, che terminavano puntuali a mezzanotte, nella vicina Piazza Palmieri poi, altri spettacoli ancora e sagre di ogni tipo! A piedi si possono raggiungere le 3 spiaggette di monopoli, percorrendo le mura fortificate sul mare, ma prendendo l'auto, in direzione capitolo, in poco meno di 10 km incontrerete più calette e spiagge di quanto possiate usufruirne in 15 giorni di mare anche "intenso" (mattino e pomeriggio)! Ci sono lidi attrezzati e porzioni di spiaggia libera, con fondali stupendi e acqua pulitissima. Consigliamo davvero questo appartamento a chi voglia immergersi nell'antica storia di questa meravigliosa città.

Beau petit appartement, bien équipé et soigné bénéficie d'une belle vue sur mer. Situé dans le magnifique centre historique de Monopoli, à 2 pas du Castello Carlo Quinto et à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage, des restaurants et petits commerces.

I came onto this website by accident, and basically chose this appartment, Because Of The terrace and Its stunning view across the harbor and the sea. It is a beautiful, warm place That is equipped with everything you need, in a quiet area, but yet right in the center of everyhing. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars are nice Within Walking Distance. I felt at home right away, Also Because of the great hospitality of the owners ...

The whole region Has a lot to offer. Apart from all the small beaches you will find a lot of nice places to discover in the area, whatever your wishes may be.
