Everything was in accordance with the description. Large house which corresponded to the expectations of our two families. Kitchen level, bathroom, bedding, blankets, everything is there. The house is pleasantly heated, we were not cold and slept very well there. The rooms on the second floor delight children. Small garden also very practical for children. Very well located for going for a walk in Luchon. Close to the Peyragudes ski resort if there is a lack of snow in Superbagnères. Which was the case that week. I would definitely re-rent. Quality / price level is the top. Thanks again for the welcome. Always nice to find a surprise.
Tout était conforme au descriptif. Grande maison qui a correspondu aux attentes de nos deux familles. Niveau cuisine, sdb, literies, couvertures, tout y est. La maison est agréablement chauffée, nous n'avons pas eu froid et y avons très bien dormi. Les chambres du deuxième étage font le bonheur des enfants. Petit jardin aussi très pratique pour les enfants.
Très bien située pour aller se balader dans Luchon. Proche de la station de ski de Peyragudes si manque de neige à Superbagnères. Ce qui était le cas cette semaine-là.
Je relouerais sans hésiter. Niveau qualité/prix, c'est le top.

We spent a family weekend in this lovely house. We were 10 adults and a baby! It was for us .. Perfect! Enough room to guarantee everyone's privacy :) Two floors and a water point and WC on each floor! Very practical at night :) We slept well and appreciated that the shower room was renovated as well as a water point upstairs. It was very clean and we enjoyed our shower, which, sometimes unfortunately in some rentals is not the case ... I did not need to do the cleaning when I arrived! :) In the kitchen living room there is everything you need :) we were able to eat at 11 around the table! This charming bcp house and it is very well located. The fact that it is at an impasse, we do not hear cars circulating and it is therefore very quiet. We have chosen this address, which is very friendly in groups. In terms of heating it was also very good, good surprise for this old building, we were not cold !! And when we arrived it was already heated :) We would have extended our stay. We were very well received and even received a little attention:) Thank you for your seriousness and kindness towards your tenants.

Assez de chambre pour garantir l'intimité de chacun :) Deux étages et un point d'eau et WC à chaque étage ! Très pratique la nuit :)
Nous avons bien dormis et avons apprécié que la salle de douche soit rénovée ainsi qu'un point d'eau à l'étage. C'était très propre et avons apprécié notre douche, ce qui, parfois malheureusement dans certaine location n'est pas le cas... Je n'ai pas eu besoin de faire le ménage en arrivant ! :)
Au niveau cuisine séjour il y a tout ce quil faut :) on a pu manger à 11 autour de la table !
Cette maison à bcp de charme et elle est très bien située.
Le fait qu'elle soit dans une impasse, on entend pas les voitures circuler et c'est donc très calme.
Nous retenons cette adresse, très conviviale en groupe.
Au niveau du chauffage c'était aussi très bien, bonne surprise pour cette bâtisse ancienne, on a pas eu froid !! Et quand nous sommes arrivés c'était déjà chauffé :)
On aurait bien prolonger notre séjour.
Un très bon accueil nous a été réservé et même une petite attention :)

We rented this chalet to 10 friends for a long weekend in January. Very good rental: shuttle at the bottom of the chalet for the slopes, large room for dining together, very friendly and well maintained. In a great corner. Good welcome too, owner available and pleasant.
Nous avons loué ce chalet à 10 amis pendant un grand week-end en janvier. Très bonne location : navette en bas du chalet pour les pistes, grande salle pour manger tous ensemble, très convivial et bien entretenu. Dans un super coin. Bon accueil également, propriétaire disponible et agréable.
We had a very good stay, the house is large ... Ideal to come with friends. We were 10 and had plenty of room to not walk on it. The owner is very accommodating on arrival times and his little welcome was greatly appreciated! The Superbagneres resort is ideal for both beginner and experienced skiers. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la maison est grande... Idéale pour venir entre amis. Nous étions 10 et avions largement la place pour ne pas nous marcher dessus. Le propriétaire est très arrangeant sur les horaires d'arrivée et sa petite attention de bienvenue à été largement appréciée! La station de Superbagneres est idéale pour les skieurs débutants comme confirmés. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation.

Spacious chalet, clean, well maintained, functional. We had a great holiday, 2 couples and 6 children. Everyone had his place and could isolate himself if necessary. We feared a bit for walking access, but even the smallest (3years), made it several times a day without difficulty, tracks accessible on foot, we never used the shuttle, which however stops in front of. Friendly owner and available.
Chalet spacieux, propre, bien entretenu, fonctionnel.
Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances, à 2 couples et 6 enfants.
Chacun avait sa place et pouvait s'isoler si besoin.
Nous craignions un peu pour la marche d'accès, mais même les plus petits (3ans), l'ont faite plusieurs fois par jour sans difficulté, pistes accessibles à pied, nous n'avons jamais utilisé la navette, qui pourtant s'arrête devant.

This house is very good value for money. It is very well located in the city center, well equipped and suitable for a family reunion of a dozen people, great calm, small enclosed garden where children can play safely.
Cette maison présente un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Elle est très bien située en centre ville, bien équipée et adaptée à un regroupement familial d'une dizaine de personnes, grand calme, petit jardin clôt où les enfants peuvent jouer en sécurité.
Clean apartment, very well equipped. Roomy enough, at 12 we were well settled. At the foot of the slopes. No need to pick up the car, shops in the residence.
Appartement propre, très bien équipé. Assez spacieux, à 12 nous étions bien installés. Au pied des pistes. Pas besoin de reprendre la voiture, commerces dans la résidence.
Functional and pleasant apartment, with spacious rooms. At 3 families, we did not walk on our feet. The washer-dryer and the dishwasher greatly simplify the stewardship, and the terraces occupy the children (snowman). The view is sublime. We will come back with pleasure.

La machine à laver séchante et le lave vaisselle simplifient beaucoup l'intendance, et les terrasses occupent les enfants (bonhomme de neige). La vue est sublime. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
Very nice house where we have 8 shared a super friendly time because this place is very warm, conducive to group stays, with mountain views.
And the aperitifs in front of the big fireplace were terrible!

Non seulement je recommande cette location mais je compte bien y retourner.
Apartment well equipped, spacious and pleasant to live. We were 9 people, 5 adults and 4 teenagers. No problem sleeping, large kitchen table to share meals with family. Only downside, the apartment is located near a cafe and a restaurant. These two establishments close late and noisy, especially in August because the windows of the rooms are open to let in fresh. So not ideal for those who want to go to bed early and calm. For others, we really recommend this rental. The reception by the head of the real estate agency that deals with the rental has gone very well, and its presence nearby facilitates any step during the stay.

Nous étions 9 personnes, 5 adultes et 4 adolescents. Aucun problème de couchage, grande table en cuisine pour partager des repas en famille.
Seul bémol, l'appartement est situé près d'un café et d'un restaurant. Ces deux établissements ferment tard et son bruyants, surtout au mois d'août car les fenêtres des chambres sont ouvertes pour laisser entrer de la fraîcheur.
Donc pas idéal pour ceux qui veulent se coucher tôt et au calme. Pour les autres, nous recommandons vraiment cette location.
L'accueil par la responsable de l'agence immobilière qui s'occupe de la location s'est très bien passée, et sa présence à proximité facilite toute démarche pendant le séjours.
House rented to 3 families for the winter holidays. Well equipped and very welcoming owners and our service if needed. Well located house although it is not in the city center, a shuttle passes nearby but access to the station by car is easy and there is ample parking.

Good value for money. Very friendly owners. Only weak point: the distance from the city center. But it is possible to organize with the shuttles of the station.
