Spacious and comfortable house, gorgeous garden with beautiful private outdoor showers even with floodlights! Pino, the owner is reliable and very helpful. We were on holiday in this structure at the beginning of July, my husband and my 3 children, as soon as we arrived, the very kind owners Marina and Giuseppe welcomed us, they explained everything that was in the house, arrived the day of the holiday all in order clean and suitable for small children, the pool clean and everything well cared for, we really found a lot of relaxation the children had a lot of fun and what about my husband and I super satisfied, we recommend this structure with closed eyes and above all the people who take care of it a lot kindly available for every request and above all loving with children ... Siamo stati in vacanza in questa struttura a inizio Luglio io mio marito e i miei 3 bimbi , appena arrivati ci hanno accolto i proprietari Marina e Giuseppe molto gentili ,ci hanno spiegato tutto ciò che era presente in casa ,arrivati il gg della vacanza tutto in ordine pulito e adeguato a bambini piccoli ,la piscina pulita e tutto ben curato ,abbiamo trovato veramente tanto relax i bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo e che dire io e mio marito super soddisfatti ,consigliamo ad occhi chiusi questa struttura e soprattutto le persone che la curano molto disponibili ad ogni richiesta gentilì e soprattutto amorevoli con i bambini...Ci ritorneremo sicuramente, il Top

The owner Mr. Paolo gave us the opportunity to stay a week on the 1st floor where you could access a beautiful terrace equipped with every comfort, deck chairs, outdoor shower etc., the following week on the ground floor. The apartments were equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning, sheets and towels, without any extra charge, about 200 meters there is a beautiful beach, clean sea, you can go to the Gelsomineto reserve, the Cavagrande del Cassibile lakes, and many other beautiful places. on the other hand, I recommend a fantastic Girlando granita and brioche bar. l proprietario il sig. Paolo ci ha dato la possibilità di soggiornare una settimana al 1° piano dove si poteva accedere ad una bellissima terrazza dotata di ogni confort, sdraio, doccia esterna ecc., la settimana successiva al piano terra.
Gli appartamenti erano dotati di zanzariere, climatizzatori, lenzuola e asciugamani, senza nessun sovrapprezzo, circa 200 metri si trova una bella spiaggia, mare pulito, si può andare nella riserva del Gelsomineto, i Laghetti di Cavagrande del Cassibile, e tanti altri posti uno bello dell'altro, vi consiglio una fantastica granita e brioche bar Girlando.
Ci siamo trovati molto bene, ritorneremo.

Incredible villa nothing to say breathtaking view with perfect pool and always clean that in the evening gives an even more intimate touch with the lights inside while during the day you can enjoy a bathroom with a sea view, all the context kept in a perfect way. Villa incredibile niente da dire vista mozzafiato con piscina perfetta e sempre pulita che la sera da un tocco ancora più intimo con le luci che ha all’interno mentre di giorno puoi goderti un bagno con vista mare, tutto il contesto tenuto in maniera perfetta.

We were made to feel very welcome on our arrival by Giuseppe and Marina, who are very kind, smiling, and warm. We got lots of good advice on places to visit, restaurants to go to and it was great. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet area, a few minutes from the village by car. The swimming pool with sea view is top notch and very well maintained. The apartment is clean, comfortable, it feels very good. The beach is a short drive away and is beautiful! This is our favorite beach among Palermo, Trapani, San Vito Lo Capo .. Nous avons été super bien accueillis à notre arrivée par Giuseppe et Marina, qui sont très gentils, souriants, et chaleureux. On a eu le droit à plein de bons conseils d’endroits à visiter, de restaurants où aller et c’était top. L’appartement est idéalement situé au calme, à quelques minutes du village en voiture. La piscine avec vue sur la mer est top et très bien entretenue. L’appartement est propre, confortable, on s’y sent très bien. La plage se situe à quelques minutes en voiture et elle est magnifique ! C’est la plage que nous avons préféré parmis Palerme, Trapani, San Vito Lo Capo..
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

The house is totally corresponding to the photos of the announcement from where it is not possible to deduce, however, the hospitality, the kindness and courtesy of the owner, the house is equipped with all the comforts we stayed in two families with two children in tow and we did not needed to ask for anything. I recommend it to all those who want to spend a holiday of peace and tranquility away from the chaos of the city absolute relaxation to go to the beach just cross the road. We will definitely be back.
La casa è totalmente corrispondente alle foto dell’annuncio da dove non si può evincere però l’ospitalità la gentilezza e la cortesia del proprietario,,la casa è dotata di tutti i confort abbiamo soggiornato in due famiglie con due bambini al seguito e non abbiamo avuto bisogno di chiedere nulla. La consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono passare una vacanza all insegna della pace e tranquillità lontano dal caos cittadino assoluto relax per andare al mare basta solo attraversare la strada.Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Perfect home for unforgettable holidays. The owners were very kind and helpful even if they don't live near the house. Located very close to all the tourist attractions, in a "Sicilian-style" baglio. Casa perfetta per delle vacanze idimenticabili. I prprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili anche se non abitano nei pressi della casa. Posto vicinissimo a tutte le attrazioni turistiche, in un baglio "alla siciliana". Se dovessimo tornare da quelle parti della Sicilia, affictteremmo di nuovo questa casa, senza problemi.

Characteristic bungalow in a small-scale neighborhood with comparable bungalows. Beautiful view with panoramic view of the sea and sunset. Life mainly takes place outside, inside is only used for sleeping and cooking. Also no air conditioning, only ventilation. Plenty of outdoor space, plenty of shade, parking is fine. The outdoor shower is ideal! The kitchen has recently been renewed. The bed in the bedroom is not large (max 180 cm long). Part of the neighborhood is dilapidated and abandoned, which is a pity. The bungalow itself also has some cracks that have been neatly removed ;-) The quality of the stuff of the bungalow has also had its longest time (unfortunately the owner still thinks that everything is brand new ;-(
The beach is about a 3-minute walk away, but lying there is almost impossible. There is a better option if you walk a few minutes further. Or just get in the car and drive to one of the many beautiful beaches! Every day at the end of the morning, bread can be bought from a bakery that visits the grounds. The bungalow is secluded. That's a quality, but keep in mind that everything (restaurant,supermarket, provincial road, etc.) is at least about 10-15 minutes away. Central location to visit towns and sights.
Karakteristieke bungalow in een kleinschalig buurtje met vergelijkbare bungalows. Prachtig uitzicht met panoramisch zicht op de zee en zonsondergang. Het leven speelt zich vooral buiten af, binnen wordt enkel gebruikt om te slapen en te koken. Ook geen airco aanwezig, enkel ventilatie.
Voldoende buitenruimte, voldoende schaduw, parkeergelegenheid is prima. De buitendouche is ideaal! De keuken is onlangs vernieuwd. Het bed in de slaapkamer is niet groot (max 180 cm lang).
Een deel van het buurtje is vervallen en verlaten, dat is jammer. De bungalow zelf heeft ook enkele scheuren die keurig zijn weggewerkt ;-) Ook de kwaliteit van de spullen van de bungalow hebben hun langste tijd gehad (helaas denkt de eigenaar nog dat alles spiksplinternieuw is ;-(
Het strand is zo'n 3 minuten lopen, daar liggen is echter bijna niet mogelijk. Een paar minuten verder lopen is er een betere mogelijkheid. Of even de auto in stappen en naar een van de vele mooie stranden rijden! Iedere dag aan het eind van de ochtend kan er brood worden gekocht bij een bakkertje dat terrein bezoekt.
De bungalow is afgelegen. Dat is een kwaliteit, maar houd er rekening mee dat alles (restaurant, supermarkt, provinciale weg, etc.) minstens zo'n 10-15 minuten rijden is. Centrale ligging om stadjes en bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken.
We took a vacation after a year of work. The choice of this splendid Villa was spot on. Lots of greenery, magnificent views, in a silent and unreal context. Relaxing lying on the lawn and sipping some good wine that the very kind owners made us find in the fridge on our arrival. The villa equipped with everything, as described. We are 4 couples and thanks to the composition of the Villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower, we were able to enjoy maximum privacy in the house. Wonderful to wake up in the morning and have breakfast on the patio overlooking the sea. In addition, the sincere and authentic welcoming spirit of the owners of the house really impressed us. Stupendo svegliarsi la mattina e fare colazione nel Patio con vista sul mare.
