The house turned out to be above our expectations. Practice both in furnishing and in the arrangement of the various areas. The outdoor area is equipped with a comfortable shower in the garden to cool off and clean off the sand when returning from the beach which is just a 3-minute walk away. The shower in the external service bathroom is also ideal because it avoids bringing sand into the house and is very practical. The garden is well-kept and the side patio, always ventilated even on the hottest days, is nice to live in for outdoor lunches and dinners. The house is equipped with every utensil or tool that could be used. Sheets and towels of impeccable cleanliness available in large quantities in the closets of the house. Riccardo then proved to be a discreet host but prompt in answering questions or requests. The foresight of letting us find water and coffee upon our arrival was also appreciated. As well as cleaning products, chairs and umbrella for the sea etc etc ... Excellent wifi connection which also allowed us to work in smart working. Supermarket next door, stocked even if not exactly cheap. After 3 weeks therefelt like home! Super recommended if you are looking for accommodation in this area. Thanks.
La casa si è rilevata al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. Pratica sia nell'arredamento che nella disposizione delle varie zone. Lo spazio esterno è fornito di una comoda doccia in giardino per rinfrescarsi e pulirsi dalla sabbia al rientro dalla spiaggia che si trova a soli 3 minuti a piedi. La doccia nel bagno di servizio esterno poi è ideale perché evita di portare sabbia all'interno della casa è davvero molto pratica. Il giardino è curato e il patio laterale, sempre ventilato anche nelle giornate più calde, bello da vivere per pranzi e cene all'aperto. La casa é fornita di ogni utensileria o attrezzo che possa servire. Lenzuola e asciugamani di una pulizia impeccabile a disposizione in gran quantità negli armadi della casa.
Riccardo poi si è dimostrato padrone di casa discreto ma sollecito nel rispondere a quesiti o richieste. Anche l'accortezza di averci fatto trovare acqua e caffè al nostro arrivo è stata apprezzata. Nonche prodotti per la pulizia, seggiole e ombrellone per il mare etc etc...
Ottima la connessione wifi che ci ha permesso anche di lavorare in smart working.

Apartment equipped with every comfort (household cleaning products, rubbish bags, various detergents), the owner Samuele has also made available the deckchairs and umbrellas for the stay.On arrival we also found fresh water in the fridge. the house with the outdoor garden remains in an absolutely quiet and private area. The outdoor space for eating is a show, the children enjoyed it very much! In the area there are supermarkets, ice cream parlors, pizzerias. The beach can be reached on foot with a 10-minute walk. Strategic area for visiting the many beaches of Costa Rei and Villasimius (very close). I would definitely recommend it again! Samuele super helpful and very kind!
Appartamento fornito di ogni comfort ( prodotti per la pulizia della casa,sacchetti spazzatura,detersivi vari), il proprietario Samuele ha messo a disposizione anche le sdraio e degli ombrelloni per il soggiorno.All'arrivo abbiamo trovato anche delle acque fresche in frigo.La casa con il giardino esterno rimane in una zona assolutamente tranquilla e riservata. Lo spazio esterno per mangiare è uno spettacolo,i bambini hanno apprezzato tantissimo!In zona ci sono supermercati,gelaterie,pizzerie. La spiaggia si raggiunge a piedi con una camminata di 10 minuti.Zona strategica anche per visitare le tantissime spiagge di Costa Rei e Villasimius (vicinissime).Lo consiglio ci tornerei assolutamente!Samuele super disponibile e gentilissimo!
Beautiful house with large garden in the back. Useful appliances (washing machine and dishwasher) and good supply of crockery etc. Owners available. Convenient for its proximity to the sea, a little less for the town center even if nearby there are supermarkets, pizzerias and markets.

Very comfortable house (we are a family of 4 with 2 grown-ups) and super-equipped (difficult to find kitchens so equipped with cookware, dishes, etc). The hosts were very kind and satisfied our every request (including the use of umbrellas, chairs for the sea and bathroom / kitchen linen). The house is spacious, on 2 floors, convenient access to the courtyard with 2 external showers and convenient internal car parking for loading / unloading), comfortable 2 bathrooms with shower. The fantastic sea can be reached within walking distance. We had a great time and hope to return
Casa molto confortevole ( siamo una famiglia di 4 persone con 2 ragazzi grandi) e superaccessoriata (difficile trovare cucine così attrezzate con pentolame, stoviglie, etc) . I padroni di casa sono stati gentilissimi e hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta (incluso l'uso di ombrelloni, sedie per il mare e la biancheria bagno/cucina). La casa è spaziosa, su 2 piani, comodo l'accesso al cortile con 2 docce esterne e comodo il parcheggio interno dell'auto per carico/scarico), comodi i 2 bagni con doccia . Il mare fantastico è raggiungibile a pochi passi . Siamo stati benissimo e speriamo di tornare
We stayed in this vacation home for 11 days and I have to say that we couldn't find better !! Perfect for a family of 3 like us; spacious and functional rooms and bathroom as well as the entrance with sofa and TV cabinet and the kitchen. Windows all with mosquito nets, not huge outdoor space but with everything you need including shower, washing machine and barbecue. And then Carmen and her family ... it seems to be at home both for the freedom and privacy they give you but also for the kindness and hospitality! Ideal location to reach all the beaches in the area (beautiful !!) in a short time. If you plan on going to this area you can't miss Carmen!
Siamo stati in questa casa vacanze per ben 11 giorni e devo dire che non potevamo trovare di meglio!! Per una famiglia di 3 persone come eravamo noi è perfetta; camere e bagno spaziose e funzionali così come l'ingresso con divano e mobile TV e la cucina. Finestre tutte con zanzariere, spazio esterno non grandissimo ma con tutto ciò che serve compreso doccia, lavatrice e barbecue. E poi Carmen e la sua famiglia...sembra di essere a casa sia per la libertà e riservatezza che ti danno ma anche per la gentilezza e l'ospitalità! Posizione ideale per raggiungere tutte le spiagge della zona (bellissime!!) in poco tempo. Se pensate di andare in questa zona non potete non andare da Carmen!!

House clean, nice and close to the sea, 5 minutes walk. Many thanks to Delia and Angelo for their welcome, services and availability. Arrived at 1 pm, we enjoyed being welcomed with pasta, drinks and a basket of fruit followed by a local digestive myrtle.

The landlord was very helpful and has minor defects fixed immediately. On arrival there were 2 bottles of the best Sardinian red wine ready. Regarding the lawn carpet in the garden instead of a real lawn we were a bit baffled, because around in the gardens, the neighbors had a real lawn. Nonetheless, we watered our holiday retreat neatly with the provided hose, so that even the hibiscus flowered ... We found the terrace very appealing and were very satisfied. In the summer we have something here the mosquitoes plagued, maybe you should think of a mosquito net for the terrace.
Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und hat kleinere Mängel sofort behoben. Bei der Ankunft standen 2 Flaschen des besten sardischen Rotweins bereit. Bezüglich des Rasenteppichs im Garten statt eines echten Rasens waren wir etwas verblüfft, denn ringsherum in den Gärten hatten die Nachbarn einen echten Rasen. Nichtsdestotrotz haben wir mit dem bereitliegenden Schlauch unser Ferienrefugium ordentlich gewässert, so dass sogar der Hibiskus blühte... Wir fanden vor allem die Terrasse sehr ansprechend und waren sehr zufrieden. Im Sommer haben uns hier etwas die Stechmücken geplagt, evtl. sollte man ein Mückennetz für die Terrasse denken.
Same is the most convenient and functional you may want. Ideal for 4 couples or two couples with children. We were in 4 and having 3 bathrooms available is a real luxury. Very clean and equipped with everything. Get out of the gate and you're on the beach. In the evening you fall asleep with the noise of the sea. All perfect. Fantastic owners. VIlla Sama è quanto di più comodo e funzionale si possa desiderare. Ideale per 4 coppie o due coppie con figli. Noi eravamo in 4 e avere a disposizione 3 bagni è un vero lusso. Molto pulita e dotata di tutto. Esci dal cancelletto e sei in spiaggia. La sera ti addormenti con il rumore del mare. Tutto perfetto. Proprietarie fantastiche. Doccia esterna con acqua calda. Quiet location, walking distance to the beach coastline rei about 10 minutes. Close to Piscina Rei market (Thursday morning and Saturday morning). Utmost friendliness, cleanliness, efficiency. All beautifully. Great for families. By car Villasimius less than 20 minutes (about an hour to Cagliari).

I stayed for a week in the company of six other people and we all had a great time in this house. We had no problem of space, the house is comfortable and above all is very airy. The value for money is great.
