My husband, my daughter and I spent 2 weeks in Avola in the house of Mrs. Venera. The house is excellent, recently renovated, complete with all accessories and very clean. The bed linen, bath and kitchen of excellent quality. The location is also very good because it is in the center but at the same time in a noisy area. The owner is a very kind and helpful person. I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Avola.
Mio marito, mia figlia ed io abbiamo trascorso ad Avola 2 settimane nella casa della Sig,ra Venera. La casa è ottima, ristrutturata da poco, completa di tutti gli accessori e molto pulita. La biancheria da letto, bagno e cucina di ottima qualità. Anche la posizione è molto buona perché si trova in centro ma
allo stesso tempo in zona non rumorosa. La proprietaria è una persona molto gentile e disponibile.

The newly built apartment is equipped with every comfort. A large outdoor space makes the house extremely comfortable, moreover the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils. In an excellent position both to reach the beautiful beaches of Avola, and the pretty center. All services are within walking distance. The host Pino was very helpful and attentive to our needs, we found a welcoming and familiar environment.
L'appartamento di recente costruzione è dotato di ogni comfort. Un ampio spazio esterno rende la casa estremamente comoda, inoltre la cucina è fornita di tutti gli utensili necessari. In ottima posizione sia per raggiungere le bellissime spiagge di Avola, sia il grazioso centro. A pochi passi sono presenti tutti i servizi. L'host Pino è stato molto disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze, abbiamo trovato un ambiente accogliente e familiare.
Perfect holidays! The property is both very large, beautiful and extremely well maintained. The house is large, practical, well decorated and lacks nothing. And what about the pool, huge and spotlessly clean. The nearest beach is less than 100 meters away, perfect for swimming or seeing fish. And not to spoil anything, the owners are very friendly and attentive. Awesome !
Des vacances parfaites! La propriété est à la fois très grande, magnifique et extrêmement bien entretenue. La maison est grande, pratique, bien décorée et ne manque de rien. Et que dire de la piscine, gigantesque et impeccablement propre. La plage la plus proche est à moins de 100 mètres, parfait pour aller nager ou voir des poissons. Et pour ne rien gâcher, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et attentionnés. Génial !
We stayed in the mercury apartment the first week of September. The apartment is cute, equipped with every comfort and tastefully furnished. The private entrance, the veranda and the garden and the outdoor hot shower are fantastic! The owner is a friendly, helpful, non-intrusive guy. Thanks to his advice we could visit beautiful places that alone we would never have found. Apartment highly recommended for everything! 10 and praise!
Abbiamo soggiornato nell appartamento mercurio la prima settimana di settembre. L'appartamento è carinissimo, dotato di ogni confort e arredato con gusto. L'ingresso indipendente, la veranda eil giardino e la doccia calda esterna sono fantastici! Il proprietario è un ragazzo cordiale, disponibile, non invadente. Grazie ai suoi consigli abbiamo potuto visitare posti splendidi che da soli non avremmo mai trovato. Appartamento consigliatissimo per tutto! 10 e lode!
Avola is a perfect logistical base for visiting the provinces of Syracuse and Ragusa. This house is even more: located in a strategic point of the city, zero parking problems, very quiet area, a few meters of the sea if you want to stay in Avola, well served as a store, very safe. Pino is an excellent manager and a good person, always available for any need. The house is comfortable and quiet, with a very enjoyable garden.
Avola è una base perfetta logisticamente per visitare le province di Siracusa e Ragusa. Questa casa lo è ancora di più: situata in un punto strategico della città, zero problemi di parcheggio, zona molto silenziosa, a pochi metri del mare se si vuole restare ad Avola, ben servita quanto a negozi, molto sicura. Pino è un ottimo gestore e una brava persona, sempre disponibile per qualunque necessità. La casa è comoda e silenziosa, con un bel giardino molto godibile.
The apartment corresponded to the description of the ad, air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets in every room (even if we have never found mosquitoes in Sicily): a particular note deserves the terrace upstairs that is very large and allows both to dine with the cool sea breeze and to relax on the special deck chairs. It is convenient both to the beach and to move to visit various places in eastern Sicily. Very helpful and friendly the owner, Mr. Paolo, to whom you can ask for suggestions on excursions and places that deserve to be visited.
L'appartamento corrispondeva alla descrizione dell'annuncio, climatizzato e dotato di zanzariere in ogni stanza (anche se noi di zanzare non ne abbiamo mai trovate in Sicilia): una nota particolare la merita il terrazzo al piano superiore che è davvero molto grande e permette sia di cenare con il fresco della brezza marina sia di rilassarsi sugli appositi sdrai.
E' comodo sia alla spiaggia sia per spostarsi a visitare varie località della Sicilia orientale.
Molto disponibile e cordiale il titolare, sig. Paolo, al quale potete chiedere suggerimenti sulle escursioni e i luoghi che meritano di essere visitati.
Excellent and convenient for those who like to have a quiet holiday by the sea. A few meters from the house there is a nice clean beach, the sea is beautiful with the shallow water. The garden is large and well-kept. The owner is very kind and helpful. However, containers for separate waste collection would be useful as they are missing.
Ottima e comoda per chi ama fare una vacanza tranquilla di solo mare. A pochi metri dalla casa c'è una bella spiaggia pulita, il mare è bello con il fondale basso. Il giardino è ampio e curato. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile.
Sarebbero però utili i contenitori per la raccolta differenziata in quanto mancanti.
Very dear landlady, who lives right next to the house on the same property, is with hints helpful, but otherwise very discreet and hard to see or even disturb. Although she does not speak German / English, communication was possible with the help of Googe Translater. The property, house and pool were well maintained, clean and beautiful. The beach was in about 2-3 minutes to reach. We only had to go over about 100 meters of stones before the sandy beach began. The traffic connection was very good (about 1km to the highway) and enough shops (about 3 km) were available. 100 EUR final cleaning was added to the basic price. We would love to come back!
Sehr liebe Vermieterin, die direkt neben dem Ferienhaus auf dem gleichen Grundstück wohnt, stehts mit Tips weiterhilft, aber sonst sehr diskret und kaum zu sehen ist oder gar stört. Sie spricht zwar nicht deutsch / englisch, aber mit Hilfe von Googe Translater war die Kommunikation möglich.
Das Grundstück, Haus und Pool waren sehr gepflegt, sauber und wunderschön. Der Strand war in ca. 2-3 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Wir mussten lediglich über ca. 100 Meter Steine gehen, bevor der Sandstrand begann.
Die Verkehrsanbindung war sehr gut (ca. 1km zur Autobahn) und ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (ca. 3 km) waren vorhanden.
100 EUR Endreinigung kamen noch auf den Grundpreis dazu.
Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen!
We stayed in the Venera apartment from 19/8 to 26/8/2017 and we had a great time. New apartment tastefully furnished, modern, functional and comfortable for some romantic directions with spiral spiral staircase separating the living area, consisting of a bathroom with large shower and sitting area, sleeping room and bedroom with access to the living room Equipped terrace. The apartment is located in the center just a stone's throw from the main square full bar with evening service and 2 minutes by car from the sea and at most half an hour to visit all the places and beaches from Portopalo di Capopassero to Syracuse. Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento Venera house dal 19/8 al 26/8/ 2017 e siamo stati benissimo. Appartamento nuovo arredato con gusto, moderno, funzionale e confortevole per alcuni versi romantico con scala a chiocciola chiocciola che separa la zona giorno, composta da cucina abitabile bagno con grande doccia e salottino, dalla zona notte composta da camera da letto e cameretta con accesso al terrazzino attrezzato. L'appartamento è ubicato in centro a due passi dalla grande piazza principale piena do bar con servizio serale e a 2 minuti do macchina dal mare e al massimo mezz'ora per visitare tutti I luoghi e spiagge da Portopalo di Capopassero a Siracusa. La Signora Venera eccellente proprietaria, cordiale, gentile presente in loco e disponibile a fornire indicazioni su luoghi da visitare. Luoghi bellissimi, bella vacanza.
We spent our holidays in this super apartment in downtown Avola. The photographs fully reflect the reality, new apartment and located in a very quiet area but close to the wonderful Avola square. Mrs. Venera really friendly person helped us to know all the possible routes both by sea and for trips to the nearby cities like Noto, Ragusa, Syracuse. Wonderful cities. It was a pity to have only 10 days to see these great places. See you in Sicily.
Abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze in questo super appartamento in centro ad Avola. Le fotografie rispecchiano pienamente la realtà, appartamento nuovo e situato in zona molto tranquilla ma a due passi dalla stupenda piazza di Avola. La signora Venera persona veramente gentile ci ha aiutato a conoscere tutti i possibili percorsi sia di mare che per le gite alle città vicine come Noto, Ragusa , Siracusa. Città meravigliose. Peccato aver avuto solo 10 giorni per vedere questi fantastici posti.

We spent a very nice holiday at the beautiful villa in Avola. Its well equipped with many shady places to sit outside and - not to forget - a huge, spotless clean pool which the kids enjoyed very much. The house is located just 200 ms from a sandy beach with a beach bar. Our caring host Patrizia made our stay perfect. Thank you very much!

We have stayed for fifteen days in this beautiful villa surrounded by greenery, two steps from the most beautiful beaches of Sicily, fifteen days that will accompany us for a long time due to the beauty of the rent and the discretion of the owners, present but never invading! Abbiamo soggiornato quindici giorni in questa splendida villa immersa nel verde a due passi dalle spiagge più belle della Sicilia, quindici giorni che ci accompagneranno per molto tempo grazie alla bellezza della locazione e alla discrezione dei proprietari, presenti, ma assolutamente mai invadenti!
Piscina grande e piacevole per un tuffo appena tornati dalle spiagge che in questa zona davvero non mancano.
Sensazione di sicurezza assoluta data dalla presenza delle telecamere , parcheggio interno con telecomando personale.
