Edge of town so easy to hike to woods and secluded areas along coast. 5 minute walk to tourist center of town but in a very quiet residential area. Washing machine was a nice bonus. Alex very helpful, gave me a ride from the bus, helped me make travel arrangements for when I left. I also left some things when I moved on, which he graciously sent to my home. Good recommendations for restaurants. L'Escala is pretty full of tourists, but walking towards the Greek/Roman Ruins is very nice and not crowded at all, and ruins are quite interesting. Lots of water things to do as well.
The plus are great view, great beach nearby. Minuses, there is a lot of extras like towels, linen, you have to supply toilet paper, soap, garbage bags.
Very nice apartment! Spacious and lovely decorated rooms. Very friendly owner. Two steps to Guidalocca beach. Sea view. 10 minutes drive to Castellamare harbor and to Zingaro natural park. Ideal for a couple or family with 1 or 2 children.

The villa was exactly as described on the rental site. It was great to have breakfast or an evening drink sitting on the baloney which was about 50 meters from the sea. Nice location for day trips in south central sicily.
Owner was very helpful arranging for a taxi when we arrived. Apartment was in good condition and the view from the terrace was amazing. The walk up to the apartment from the town can be a bit hard if you have lots to carry, although once you find the steps it's not so bad. Even my two-year-old son managed to walk all the way one evening. Levanto is very nice, a little larger and less busy than the Cinque Terre villages, and gelato is cheaper!
A Beautiful home with an incredible view, within walking distance of the Rio nell'Alba town's main square. The accommodations were very clean, comfortable and well equipped - all the necessities of home have been thought of.
Very quiet and relaxing with great walking trails nearby, as well as a decent bakery and little shops in town. The owners were superb and their rustic artistic touches made this place truly special.

The apartment is exactly as described in the announcement. It is spacious, bright, spotlessly clean, and has everything you need for vacation. We stayed there for a week and immensely enjoyed it. It is located in the center of town and close to all the amenities and beaches by foot. All the necessary appliances, water, gas, electricity, plus free internet are at your disposal. Ample parking nearby. A separate thanks to the owner and manager of the apartment, Antonio. He is very welcoming, accommodating, professional, and attentive to any request you have. Upon arrival he helped us with our luggage, gave us recommendations and directions to beautiful beaches and fantastic excursions, was available at any moment of the day and answered and accommodated us in any possible way. Thank you, Antonio, for such an enjoyable stay in beautiful Sardinia! I highly recommend this property to all vacation seekers.

It is very good position for family with kids, good size of the apartment ,we likes option with garage and washing machine, ok- furnishers cloud be better but it not too bad, only one thing is missing- wi-fi!
I know its old building but today it big things because we need the information’s about tourist information and also because jobs ,today you must be available for your jobs even when you on vacations. Everything else is very good

Good morning, We had a great time. We are very happy with our rental. The apartment is large and very well laid out and well equipped as well. It is located a stone's throw from the beach and shops and located in the middle of very well maintained and flowery green spaces. We didn't lack anything. Everything was impeccable when we arrived (garbage bag in the bin, dishwashing liquid on the sink and so on...) Our landlady welcomed us very warmly and with kindness and on time. We are thinking of returning this summer.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous sommes très contents de notre location. L'appartement est grand et très bien disposé et bien équipé également. Il est situé à deux pas de la plage et des commerces et situé au milieu d'espaces verts très bien entretenus et fleuris. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Tout était impeccable à notre arrivée ( sac poubelle dans la poubelle, liquide vaisselle sur l'évier et ainsi de suite...) Notre logeuse nous a très bien accueillis avec amabilité et gentillesse et à l'heure. Nous pensons revenir cet été.
Apartment superbly well placed for the beach, the center, everyday shops. Well equipped with even beach games, boards etc. Quiet building with nice parking space. Terrace with sun in the morning and evening ?? Plus, Joëlle, the concierge is super nice ?

Nice place for holidays. We had a wonderful holiday topped off with an excellent stay in a small private garden, the location is ideal for walking to both the seaside and the walking area, the place is very peaceful and quiet, the owner is courteous and helpful.

We stayed a week in this house, very kind and helpful owners, the house is practically new, very quiet location and still close to Rio Marina, I definitely recommend it for those who want to experience a relaxing holiday.
