La casa è immersa in un'oasi, molto bella e curata, di ulivi e alberi da frutto, un luogo magico dove potersi rilassare e passare delle serate in famiglia.
Struttura molto accogliente, dotata di tutti i comfort, monolocale comodo e spazioso, a due passi dal centro di Avola e a pochi km dal mare.
Un ringraziamento va al sig. P. per l’accoglienza e per la disponibilità nel dare sempre consigli utili su come passare il nostro tempo ad Avola e dintorni.

We stayed for 10 days in July, we had a great time very nice and comfortable house, well equipped and clean a stone's throw from the sea. House surrounded by a beautiful garden with swimming pool make this property truly unique, our children had a great time. The owners live upstairs very discreet and reserved people, but very kind and available to satisfy every request. I recommend itoooooooooooo ......... THANKS PAOLO
Abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni a luglio , ci siamo trovati benissimo casa molto bella e comoda, ben attrezzata e pulita a due passi dal mare. Casa circondata da un bellissimo giardino con piscina rendono questa struttura veramente unica, i nostri figli si sono divertiti tantissimo. I proprietari abitano al piano superiore persone molto discrete e riservate, ma gentilissime e disponibili a soddisfare ogni richiesta. La consigliooooooooooooo.........

The owner Mr. Paolo gave us the opportunity to stay a week on the 1st floor where you could access a beautiful terrace equipped with every comfort, deck chairs, outdoor shower etc., the following week on the ground floor. The apartments were equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning, sheets and towels, without any extra charge, about 200 meters there is a beautiful beach, clean sea, you can go to the Gelsomineto reserve, the Cavagrande del Cassibile lakes, and many other beautiful places. on the other hand, I recommend a fantastic Girlando granita and brioche bar. We enjoyed it very much, we will return.
l proprietario il sig. Paolo ci ha dato la possibilità di soggiornare una settimana al 1° piano dove si poteva accedere ad una bellissima terrazza dotata di ogni confort, sdraio, doccia esterna ecc., la settimana successiva al piano terra.
Gli appartamenti erano dotati di zanzariere, climatizzatori, lenzuola e asciugamani, senza nessun sovrapprezzo, circa 200 metri si trova una bella spiaggia, mare pulito, si può andare nella riserva del Gelsomineto, i Laghetti di Cavagrande del Cassibile, e tanti altri posti uno bello dell'altro, vi consiglio una fantastica granita e brioche bar Girlando.
Ci siamo trovati molto bene, ritorneremo.
What to say? All perfect. Super-equipped house, very clean and ideal for four people. Friendly owners, very nice and always available. They explained, told and recommended a lot of things and places. I recommend the Paternò family holiday home to everyone.
Cosa dire? Tutto perfetto. Casa super accessoriata, pulitissima ed ideale per quattro persone. Proprietari gentili,simpaticissimi e sempre a disposizione. Ci hanno spiegato, raccontato e consigliato un sacco di cose e posti. Consiglio a tutti la casa vacanza dei signori Paternò.
Attic apartment equipped with every comfort: never found a solution so well equipped with everything! The images perfectly reflect the house, including the splendid terrace from which you can see the sea. The beach is about 10 'walk with sand and clear water. Parking is under the house. The only advice for those wishing to stay: the heights are from the attic, especially noticeable for the shower. The owners are exquisite people and available for every need. Avola is also an excellent solution for visiting the south-east area of Sicily. Recommended!!!
Appartamento mansardato dotato di ogni comfort: mai trovata una soluzione così ben fornita di tutto! Le immagini rispecchiano perfettamente l’abitazione, compresa la splendida terrazza da cui si vede il mare. La spiaggia dista 10’ a piedi circa con sabbia ed acqua limpida. Il parcheggio è sotto casa. Unico consiglio chi per chi volesse soggiornare: le altezze sono da mansarda, si notano soprattutto per la doccia. I proprietari sono persone squisite e disponibili per ogni tipo di esigenza. Avola inoltre è un’ottima soluzione per visitare la zona sud-est della Sicilia.

The hospitality of the hostess, Mrs. Rosella, her husband Ettore, the location of the Villa which is located in a quiet and sunny area with a splendid view, 5 minutes walk from the beach of CalabernardoVilla where we stayed, spacious, functional , fully equipped and with large internal space, with all comforts, a balcony on the upper floor, which faces south; we will be back as soon as possible. You feel at home ..

L'ospitalità della padrona di casa, sig.ra Rosella, suo marito Ettore, la posizione della Villa che si trova in zona tranquilla e soleggiata con uno splendido panorama,5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di CalabernardoVilla in cui abbiamo soggiornato, spaziosa, funzionale, completamente accessoriato e con grande spazio interno, con tutti i confort, un balcone al piano superiore,che esposto dalla parte sud; ci torneremo quanto prima.

We spent 15 wonderful days together. What about Ms Carmela and Santo are 2 exquisite people, we immediately felt at home. We lacked nothing in the house. Then we visited Sicily with our 8 year old and 4 year old girls and we loved it. I would really like to say thank you Santo and Carmela we will carry you in our hearts. Greetings also from the girls?
Abbiamo trascorso 15 giorni bellissimi insieme. Che dire la sig.ra Carmela e Santo sono 2 persone squisite ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Nella casa non ci è mancato nulla. Poi la Sicilia noi con le nostre bimbe 8 anni e 4 anni l'abbiamo visitata molto e ci è piaciuto molto. Vorrei dire veramente grazie Santo e Carmela noi vi porteremo nei nostri cuori . The region is full of curiosities (Modica, Ragusa, Scicli, Syracusa, Taormina, Noto, Palazzolo Acreide ...), enough to take care of for ten days, without forgetting sea baths in crystal clear water. Location impeccable, moderne et avec jardin superbement aménagé, un vrai petit oasis où il fait bon se détendre après des excursions inoubliables. La région regorge de curiosités (Modica, Ragusa, Scicli, Syracusa, Taormina, Noto, Palazzolo Acreide...), de quoi s'occuper pendant une dizaine de jours, sans oublier des bains de mer dans une eau cristalline.
Le propriétaire est charmant et toujours à l'écoute: un grand merci à Pino pour sa disponibilité.
Nous espérons pouvoir revenir dans cette merveilleuse région et profiter du confort que met à disposition Pino à proximité de toutes les commodités nécessaires (commerces, cafés, restaurants et centre ville) permettant de baigner dans l'atmosphère typique sicilienne.

As soon as you cross the threshold, you will be struck by the scent of jasmine and the luxuriance of the green - it seems to enter a world apart, a secret garden in the middle of the town! The house is delightful, small but with all the comforts, cool despite the heat of August. The garden is wonderful, all fruit trees, with unimaginable privacy, given the centrality of the building. The owner is very kind, always ready to solve any problems, even, as soon as we arrived, he accompanied us throughout Avola to show us the best points of interest and shops and put bikes at our disposal to move us in the country! The cottage is in the historic center, nearby there is everything you need, from supermarkets to shops, bars and restaurants to the beach. The area, then, is very beautiful, just a few steps away is the beautiful Noto, the Vendicari Reserve, the Cassibile river with its beautiful lakes, the beautiful Marzamemi, the splendid Syracuse and much more. We left reluctantly, we really found ourselves at home!
Appena si varca la soglia, si resta colpiti dal profumo di gelsomini e dalla rigogliosità del verde - sembra di entrare in un mondo a parte, un giardino segreto in pieno centro abitato! La casa è deliziosa, piccola ma con tutti i comfort, fresca nonostante la calura di agosto. Il giardino è meraviglioso, tutto alberi da frutta, con una privacy inimmaginabile, data la centralità dell'immobile. Il proprietario è gentilissimo, sempre pronto a risolvere eventuali problemi, addirittura, appena arrivati, ci ha accompagnati per tutta Avola per indicarci i punti di interesse e gli esercizi commerciali migliori e ci ha messo a disposizione delle bici per spostarci in paese! La casetta è in pieno centro storico, nelle vicinanze c'è tutto ciò che serve, dai supermercati ai negozi, dai bar e ristoranti alla spiaggia. La zona, poi, è molto bella, a pochi passi c'è la bellissima Noto, la Riserva di Vendicari, il fiume Cassibile con i suoi splendidi laghetti, la bella Marzamemi, la splendida Siracusa e molto altro. Siamo andati via a malincuore, ci siamo trovati davvero a casa nostra!

La casa corrispondeva esattamente come descritta molto pulita e accessoriata di tutto, a due passi dal mare e dal centro tanto che ci si arriva volentieri a piedi, che dire dei proprietari persone più che squisite ospitali e disponibili, spero di ritornare. Santo Carmela rimarrete sempre nei nostri cuori.
Going on vacation means looking for enchanting places, splendid sea without discarding good food, then you have to go to Sicily.
