The apartment is central but quiet. Francis is super nice and kindly picked us up from the bus stop. He was always available and communication was totally uncomplicated. We would definitely recommend the apartment and would love to come back!

Super modern apartment very quiet, located in the center of Barcelona with access to the metro and bus, market, supermarket and bakery 2min away, 12min from the port, 15/20 min from Montjuic... perfectly equipped, good bedding. Francis gave us a great welcome and is very accommodating, and also gave us a good description of the activities to do and see. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back!!
Super appartement moderne très calme, placé au centre de Barcelone avec accès au métro et bus, marché, supermarché et boulangerie à 2min, 12min du port, 15/20 min de Montjuic... parfaitement équipé, bonne literie.
Francis nous a fait un super accueil et est très arrangeant, et nous a également fait un bon descriptif des activités à faire et voir.

Apartment very well located in Barcelona. Traveling by public transport is easy. Communication with the owner is smooth. The bedding is very good and the apartment is very well equipped. Only problem encountered: we had electric shocks while taking our shower, probably due to a faulty connection to the ground. The owner is aware of the issue. A great vacation with great memories!

La literie est très bonne et l’appartement est très bien équipé.
Seul problème rencontré : nous avions des décharges électriques en prenant notre douche du sûrement à un défaut de raccord au sol. Le propriétaire est au courant du souci.

We had a great stay in this rental! Ideally located in Barcelona, close to transport, many activities can be done on foot! The proximity to the greenery of Montjuic is appreciable. The accommodation is well equipped (washing machine etc.), appreciable when you stay for several days.

Very pleasant and bright secure apartment, well laid out with a large living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms with very practical dressing room, bathroom with walk-in shower. Washing machine, dishwasher. Clean accommodation. About 20 minutes from Las Ramblas. Reception of the friendly owner, speaks French. No garage with the accommodation, the owner offered us paid parking right next door. I recommend it!

Pas de garage avec le logement, le propriétaire nous a proposé un parking juste à coté payant.

The house is as advertised, tastefully decorated with a very pleasant little garden, in a residential area away from the crowds but still close to everything. Pour votre hébergement, je vous recommande cet appartement de 2 chambres, très confortable et situé au centre ville de Barcelone. Équipé de tout, du grille pain à la machine à laver en passant par le lave linge, micro ondes...etc.
Pour vos déplacements, pas de soucis à vous faire, les lignes de bus sont à proximité et le métro est à quelques dizaine de mètres.
Pour vous renseigner sur la ville, transport, lieux à visiter, vous pouvez compter sur l'accueil chaleureux, la disponibilité et la gentillesse Mr M. francophone et hispanophone, propriétaire, pour vous renseigner et vous donner les meilleurs conseils.
Les espagnoles prennent leurs repas un peu en décaler, entre 14h et 22h.
