This villa provides a very modern and contemporary feel, with the comfort of a family home, taking advantage of the use of natural light throughout.
The villa has fully integrated air conditioning in all rooms, as well as a decalcifier and a Reverse Osmosis purifier, WIFI.
The villa is set on 2 floors. On the first floor, you will find a double bedroom, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and the living room. In these last two areas, you have access to the terrace and a pool. On the second floor, you will find 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. There is also a full bathroom.
Outdoors, you can enjoy the pool, shower, sun lounger and barbecue.
