The house is very beautiful and spacious, equipped with every comfort. The swimming pool is very clean and the outdoor area very well kept. Mrs. Patrizia was very kind and gave us a lot of information about the area. The house is a few steps from the free beach. I recommend this location for its proximity to Noto and Syracuse and to explore the entire coast and the various beaches. Great experience.
La casa e' davvero molto bella e spaziosa, fornita di ogni confort. La piscina e' molto pulita e lo spazio esterno molto curato.
La Signora Patrizia e' stata gentilissima e ci ha fornito molte informazioni sulla zona.
La casa dista pochi passi dalla spiaggia libera.
Consiglio questa location per la vicinanza a Noto e Siracusa e per esplorare tutta la costa e le varie spiagge.

We stayed for 10 days in July, we had a great time very nice and comfortable house, well equipped and clean a stone's throw from the sea. House surrounded by a beautiful garden with swimming pool make this property truly unique, our children had a great time. The owners live upstairs very discreet and reserved people, but very kind and available to satisfy every request. I recommend itoooooooooooo ......... THANKS PAOLO
Abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni a luglio , ci siamo trovati benissimo casa molto bella e comoda, ben attrezzata e pulita a due passi dal mare. Casa circondata da un bellissimo giardino con piscina rendono questa struttura veramente unica, i nostri figli si sono divertiti tantissimo. I proprietari abitano al piano superiore persone molto discrete e riservate, ma gentilissime e disponibili a soddisfare ogni richiesta. La consigliooooooooooooo.........

The owner Mr. Paolo gave us the opportunity to stay a week on the 1st floor where you could access a beautiful terrace equipped with every comfort, deck chairs, outdoor shower etc., the following week on the ground floor. The apartments were equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning, sheets and towels, without any extra charge, about 200 meters there is a beautiful beach, clean sea, you can go to the Gelsomineto reserve, the Cavagrande del Cassibile lakes, and many other beautiful places. on the other hand, I recommend a fantastic Girlando granita and brioche bar. We enjoyed it very much, we will return.
l proprietario il sig. Paolo ci ha dato la possibilità di soggiornare una settimana al 1° piano dove si poteva accedere ad una bellissima terrazza dotata di ogni confort, sdraio, doccia esterna ecc., la settimana successiva al piano terra.
Gli appartamenti erano dotati di zanzariere, climatizzatori, lenzuola e asciugamani, senza nessun sovrapprezzo, circa 200 metri si trova una bella spiaggia, mare pulito, si può andare nella riserva del Gelsomineto, i Laghetti di Cavagrande del Cassibile, e tanti altri posti uno bello dell'altro, vi consiglio una fantastica granita e brioche bar Girlando.
Ci siamo trovati molto bene, ritorneremo.

Perfect holidays! The property is both very large, beautiful and extremely well maintained. The house is large, practical, well decorated and lacks nothing. And what about the pool, huge and spotlessly clean. The nearest beach is less than 100 meters away, perfect for swimming or seeing fish. Des vacances parfaites! La propriété est à la fois très grande, magnifique et extrêmement bien entretenue. La maison est grande, pratique, bien décorée et ne manque de rien. Et que dire de la piscine, gigantesque et impeccablement propre. La plage la plus proche est à moins de 100 mètres, parfait pour aller nager ou voir des poissons. Et pour ne rien gâcher, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et attentionnés. Génial !
We stayed here for a week. Perfect home for families with children. perfect outdoor spaces to spend evenings in true relaxation. Area a little isolated but from where you can reach wonderful beaches in a few minutes. When you do not want to go out a beautiful and served beach.

Zona un po' isolata ma da dove raggiungere in pochi minuti spiagge meravigliose. Quando non si ha voglia di uscire a due passi una spiaggia bellissima e servita.
The apartment corresponded to the description of the ad, air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets in every room (even if we have never found mosquitoes in Sicily): a particular note deserves the terrace upstairs that is very large and allows both to dine with the cool sea breeze and to relax on the special deck chairs. It is convenient both to the beach and to move to visit various places in eastern Sicily. Very helpful and friendly the owner, Mr. Paolo, to whom you can ask for suggestions on excursions and places that deserve to be visited.
L'appartamento corrispondeva alla descrizione dell'annuncio, climatizzato e dotato di zanzariere in ogni stanza (anche se noi di zanzare non ne abbiamo mai trovate in Sicilia): una nota particolare la merita il terrazzo al piano superiore che è davvero molto grande e permette sia di cenare con il fresco della brezza marina sia di rilassarsi sugli appositi sdrai.
E' comodo sia alla spiaggia sia per spostarsi a visitare varie località della Sicilia orientale.
Molto disponibile e cordiale il titolare, sig. Paolo, al quale potete chiedere suggerimenti sulle escursioni e i luoghi che meritano di essere visitati.
Very dear landlady, who lives right next to the house on the same property, is with hints helpful, but otherwise very discreet and hard to see or even disturb. Although she does not speak German / English, communication was possible with the help of Googe Translater. The property, house and pool were well maintained, clean and beautiful. The beach was in about 2-3 minutes to reach. We only had to go over about 100 meters of stones before the sandy beach began. The traffic connection was very good (about 1km to the highway) and enough shops (about 3 km) were available. 100 EUR final cleaning was added to the basic price. We would love to come back!
Sehr liebe Vermieterin, die direkt neben dem Ferienhaus auf dem gleichen Grundstück wohnt, stehts mit Tips weiterhilft, aber sonst sehr diskret und kaum zu sehen ist oder gar stört. Sie spricht zwar nicht deutsch / englisch, aber mit Hilfe von Googe Translater war die Kommunikation möglich.
Das Grundstück, Haus und Pool waren sehr gepflegt, sauber und wunderschön. Der Strand war in ca. 2-3 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Wir mussten lediglich über ca. 100 Meter Steine gehen, bevor der Sandstrand begann.
Die Verkehrsanbindung war sehr gut (ca. 1km zur Autobahn) und ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (ca. 3 km) waren vorhanden.
100 EUR Endreinigung kamen noch auf den Grundpreis dazu.
Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen!
We spent a very nice holiday at the beautiful villa in Avola. Its well equipped with many shady places to sit outside and - not to forget - a huge, spotless clean pool which the kids enjoyed very much. The house is located just 200 ms from a sandy beach with a beach bar. Our caring host Patrizia made our stay perfect. Thank you very much!
We have stayed for fifteen days in this beautiful villa surrounded by greenery, two steps from the most beautiful beaches of Sicily, fifteen days that will accompany us for a long time due to the beauty of the rent and the discretion of the owners, present but never invading! Great and pleasant pool for a dive just back from the beaches that in this area really are not lacking. Abbiamo soggiornato quindici giorni in questa splendida villa immersa nel verde a due passi dalle spiagge più belle della Sicilia, quindici giorni che ci accompagneranno per molto tempo grazie alla bellezza della locazione e alla discrezione dei proprietari, presenti, ma assolutamente mai invadenti!
Piscina grande e piacevole per un tuffo appena tornati dalle spiagge che in questa zona davvero non mancano.
Sensazione di sicurezza assoluta data dalla presenza delle telecamere , parcheggio interno con telecomando personale.

I thank the owners for the willingness and kindness shown, everything was as described but also more. Fabulous salt-water pool, facing the beach. The area is not too beaten, not served or cured, but the home and garden are exceptional. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, covered parking, living room with kitchen, dining table for outdoor. At five minutes you are at Marzamemi, two for Portopalo. Ideal for a full immersion vacation with sun and sea. Towels and everything you need is also available. Do not forget that the house is divided into two ground floor apartments, comfortable, rented, and two above the owners, so you will almost always be at home and without too much noise. To think that for a week we were practically alone and with the exclusive use of the pool
Ringrazio i proprietari per la disponibilità e la gentilezza dimostrata, tutto era come da descrizione ma anche di più. Piscina a soluzione salina favolosa, di fronte alla spiaggia.
La zona non è troppo battuta, nemmeno servita o curata, ma l'abitazione e il giardino sono eccezionali.
Due camere, due bagni, posti auto coperti, salone con cucina, tavolo per pranzare all'aperto.
A cinque minuti comunque siete a Marzamemi, due invece per Portopalo.
Ideale per una vacanza full immersion con sole e mare.
Disponibili anche asciugamani e tutto l'occorrente.
Da non dimenticare poi che la casa è suddivisa in due appartamenti al piano terra, comodissimi, affittati, e due sopra dei proprietari, quindi sarete quasi sempre come a casa vostra e senza troppo chiasso.
Pensare che per una settimana siamo stati praticamente soli e con uso esclusivo della piscina

We stayed for two weeks every 5 in that house which is very pleasant, very well located, near to the sea. With two bedrooms, a living area with a sofa bed, a large terrace area, dining area, the pool ... a large garden with palm trees ... great holiday Patrizia is more charming and gave us valuable information for our getaways. I recommend this property. We count also come back later
Nous sommes restés deux semaines tous les 5 dans cette maison qui est très agréable à vivre, très bien située, toute proche de la mer. Avec deux chambres climatisées, un espace séjour avec un canapé lit double , un grand coin terrasse, espace repas , la piscine ... un grand jardin avec des palmiers... super vacances
Patrizia est en plus charmante et nous a donné de précieux renseignements pour nos escapades.

The very discreet and very kind owners. We had a lovely break. We recommend it highly enough and hope to return soon.

I found the villa on the internet and I was immediately impressed by the value for money and for the nice contact person. The villa is clean, large, air conditioned and fully equipped, from cutlery to the iron. The whole area is clean and well maintained and most importantly, everything works :-) TOP really recommendable!

Très bon accueil. Les propriétaires étaient très serviables et disponibles. La maison est bien avec agencée a coin a coin nuit et jour. Et une climatisation indispensable. A jardin magnifique et très bien entretenu également une piscine très propre.
