The apartment is on 2 floors: the 15 square meter private entrance at the back (equipped with table, chairs, gazebo, surrounded by jasmine and sepia to ensure your privacy) leads to the 1st floor which has an entrance, closet, bathroom with toilet, separate shower and tub.
On the 2nd floor, there is a built-in kitchen complete with all utensils, fridge/freezer with large double door, small oven, table, 6 chairs, TV and DVD decoder, hallway, 2 double bedrooms with wrought iron beds and walk-in closets with mirrored sliding door and parquet flooring.
The entrance opens onto a large, free parking area. The flat is in a quiet area, ideal to relax.
The apartment is also in a very favorable position for all public transport, as it is not far from the train station.
The apartment was recently fully renovated and is very comfortable for a really relaxing vacation.
In my apartment you will find professionalism, friendliness and transparency as well as the opportunity to visit a wonderful area full of medieval towns, cities of art and breathtaking landscapes embroidered with vineyards and olive groves.
