The house is located in the northern area of Civitanova Marche (Fontespina district) just 350 meters from the fine sandy beach among the most beautiful in the Marche, awarded the title of Blue Flag for several years. The promenade is full of restaurants where you can taste the good fish of the Adriatic. The city centre is about 1.5 km away. also connected by public transport. In July and August there is a shuttle bus to the seafront, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

From the A14 motorway exit, turn right towards Centro / Strada Statale 16 - Once you reach Statale 16, continue towards Ancona for about 3 km., then turn left into via Pigafetta, then at the traffic lights turn left into Via Saragat and then right into via James Cook. Routes 100 mt. after the bowling alley, turn right at number 70. This is the second villa of the terrace.
