We found ourselves WELL. The apartment is all in the description published, the rooms are very spacious and well furnished. The bathroom is not very large but has a large shower and therefore very comfortable. The refrigerator, which is very much appreciated, is of a maxi and no minimum size as it often happens ... The apartment is airconditioned and mosquito nets and there is absolutely nothing missing! Very convenient also the washbasin and washing machine on the balcony.
The plus of this apartment is definitely the location: the chance to cross the residence courtyard and be right on the beach is unmanageable! My kids (7 and 9 years old) went alone without any thoughts, and on holiday, I had half the washing machines to do because I was always in costume without having to dress up to go to the beach!
The beach of the residence is VERY beautiful, unfortunately in the second week of August it was assaulted by the tourists as it is open to everyone but I am sure that in June, July and September it is a PARADISE.
Only new, if I can say, is the lack of a super-market near the residence so you always have to take the car to make the shopping.
I forgot, the owner is very friendly and ALWAYS very helpful for any kind of request.

Just crossed the gate of the residence, I was particularly impressed by the order and cleanliness that reigned, by the presence of a playground, the tennis court, freshwater shower, parking, private access to the beautiful beach and the crystal clear sea.
As for the apartment, we could not ask for better: externally c is a veranda with table and chairs and deck chairs, from here you can enjoy a spectacular sea view (is priceless to wake up and have breakfast with this view); Internally, spotlessly clean, plenty of space with all the amenities, washing machine, dishwasher, large refrigerator, spacious rooms, new bathroom with a comfortable shower, balcony with a chance to hang clothes.
Andrea the owner, is very helpful and polite, he tried to accommodate our requests.
I could not find flaws, perhaps the stairs to the apartment (second floor), but also are comfortable and then you are rewarded by the sea just arrived on.
We are very pleased !!!!
