In Tuscany, San Vincenzo, large two-room apartment, located in the higher part of ​​the village called "La Piana".
Surrounded by greenery, in a quiet area with ample parking space, the apartment is 50 meters above sea level. The beach is reachable on foot in 15 minutes (about 500m), going down 60 steps.
The apartment is 65 square meters including two terraces of 15 square meters, on the first floor in a condominium of two, consisting of:
entrance, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed,
bedroom with double bed and very solid bunk bed,
bathroom with shower box,
shaded west terrace with table and chairs that can be used for lunch and dinner,
