The only downside is the bar which is located just below and generates, depending on the day, a lot of noise until 2am (people scream and clap / jump and then shout in the street when the bar closes) which is especially a shame when you come sit with young children who are awake at night.
Another downside: very well mean the people who are right in the upstairs apartment, especially when the children run or scream. One can even hear conversations if one is in the closed room, without window.
Otherwise, everything is perfect, close to shops and very nice area a few steps from the lake, children's playground and the pool. Would recommend for its comfort and quality.
