The interior is distinguished and you can swim 2 min at the numerous fabulous beaches of the Giens peninsula, or simply in the protected swimming pool of the residence.

You can park right in front of the house or in your free private parking space, with private registration.

Offering a view over the 25m2 garden, you will enjoy the terrace for outdoor dining, plus a bedroom, a living room, free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, a shower room, and a beautiful fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a classic coffee maker and an ESPRESSO machine, toaster, kettle, elegant dishes, etc.
