Apartment for 2 to 5 people in a house with garden with direct access to the SEA of Ortona, Blue Flag beach 2024, available for summer holidays. In the beautiful vintage garden there is the granita club, and the shallow water for several meters makes this place ideal for children as well.
The house is just outside the center of Francavilla, which is just 1 km away. Those who value the freedom the beach offers are very happy here with the possibility to enjoy the sea 24 hours a day. Swimming in the moonlight or an aperitif on the beach at sunset are all perfectly possible here more than anywhere else.
In the surrounding area, it's possible to visit the Cathedral of St. Thomas the Apostle with its Holy Relics, the Abbey of San Giovanni in Venere, the Aragonese Castle of Ortona, and the Ducal Castle of Crecchio. you can also enjoy fthe cycle and pedestrian path of the Costa dei Trabocchi, the padel courts and the zoo Safari d'Abruzzo as well as many feasts and festivals.

Getting there
Pescara airport is 20 minutes away from us. To get to the house take a taxi or rent a car.
The motorway exit is Francavilla Al Mare, then proceed for about 3 km in the direction of Ortona-Foggia and at a traffic light, 50 meters later, park the car on the left in the public spaces along the road.
Follow the road on the railway side and walk through a small under-railway tunnel in front of a tobacconist's bar. At the mouth of the tunnel, turn left and enter the second gate you come across
