The sofa in the living room is not convertible to avoid unwanted occupancy.

For your comfort, new mattress covers and pillow covers provided with each change of tenant.
For hygiene reasons with respect to the children who come next, only stuffed animals and goldfish are accepted. For smokers, there is a large balcony.
