Wonderful villa, equipped with everything (washing machine, dishwasher, piped music, air conditioning, 4 TVs, grill). Exactly as shown in the photo: wonderful. Unique location with a 180 degree view of the sea. Very convenient to reach Corsano or Tricase (10 minutes by car). If we really want to point out a flaw is the access to the sea: a very steep path of stones (accessible only in tennis shoes) leads from the villa to the sea but access to the water is not easy given the sharp rocks and the always rough sea. .
Villa meravigliosa, dotata di tutto (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, filodiffusione, aria condizionata, 4 tv, griglia). Esattamente come da foto: stupenda. Posizione unica con un panorama a 180 gradi sul mare. Molto comoda per raggiungere Corsano o Tricase (10 minuti d'auto). Se proprio vogliamo segnalare una pecca è l'accesso al mare: un viottolo di sassi molto scosceso (percorribile solo in scarpe da tennis) porta dalla villa al mare ma l'accesso in acqua non è semplice dato gli scogli appuntiti e il mare sempre mosso.
We rented this house in late September. The house and the place are beautiful, the owners pay a lot of attention to their guests: we arrived in the late afternoon and we found what we need to prepare a pasta, drinks and the necessary for breakfast the next day. Mid-week the owner came to clean the pool and brought us a tray of pastries. Everything is as in the photos, the view is beautiful and the area very quiet. We really enjoyed it. This house will remain in our hearts.
Abbiamo affittato questa casa a fine settembre. La casa e il posto sono bellissimi, i proprietari hanno un sacco di attenzioni verso i loro ospiti: siamo arrivati nel tardo pomeriggio e abbiamo trovato l’occorrente per prepararci una pasta, bevande e il necessario per fare colazione il giorno dopo. A metà settimana il proprietario è venuto a pulire la piscina e ci ha portato una vassoio di dolci di pasticceria. Tutto è come nelle foto, il panorama è bellissimo e la zona molto tranquilla. Siamo stati davvero bene. Questa casa ci rimarrà nel cuore.
Villa Demetra goes beyond expectations. The photos do not do well the magic of this place
LOCATION: the villa is perfectly located 1 minute from the marina of pescoluse and the famous beach of the maldives of salento. a few minutes there are all the necessary services (market, wine shop, pizzeria, etc ..) Fundamental the Martinucci pastry shop in Torre I go for the hot pasticciotti for breakfast!
INTERIORS: The interiors are basic but functional (you will only be sleeping at home, and the beds are in good condition). The kitchen is equipped with a brand new giant fridge of the latest generation. There are also wine glasses, essential for sipping a frozen rosé by the pool! There are 3 bathrooms, one in the bedroom, 2 washing machines. Some improvements could be made to the showers (shower heads and taps). Anyway all extremely clean. I recommend you stay behind the separate collection otherwise you will fill up with garbage (You will make a mess of it !!)
Present A / C, which however we have never used if at night you open the windows a pleasant breeze enters.
note: there is onevery autonomous annexe very very nice, we put a couple of friends with a small girl.
EXTERNAL: here I don't know where to start! porch where to have breakfast with AN INCREDIBLE SEA VIEW! the BBQ area and wood-burning oven with gazebo for dinners (ps fully lit and with power outlets everywhere) The well-kept swimming pool with sun beds and Bar / DJ corner in case you want to have a party
also there is also the garden in case you want to consume some tomatoes or watermelon at km 0 !! There aren't many mosquitoes, but bring some repellent products. Small improvement: you could change the cushions of the sofas on the porch, little expense maximum yield.
The hosts proved to be extremely helpful, just to make you understand one day because of work planned by enel we did not have light for a few hours in the morning as a result they were without coffee !! Well, Demetrio has passed on the fly bringing us still hot coffees from the Bar !! Roberta gave us tips on restaurants and pizzerias without missing a beat! (
Only advice, if you can do 2 weeks notyou will regret it!

Villa Demetra va oltre le aspettative. Le foto non rendono bene la magia di questo posto
LOCATION : la villa è perfettamente collocata a 1 minuto da marina di pescoluse e dalla famosa spiaggia delle maldive del salento.
a pochi minuti ci sono tutti i servizi necessari (market, enoteca, pizzeria, etc..)
Fondamentale la pasticceria Martinucci a Torre vado per i pasticciotti caldi per la colazione!
INTERNI:
Gli interni siano basic ma funzionali.(tanto in casa ci starai solo per dormire, e i letti sono in buone condizioni). Cucina attrezza con un frigorifero gigante di ultima generazione nuovissimo.ci sono anche i Calici per il vino, fondamentali per sorseggiare un Rosato ghiacciato a bordo piscina!
Presenti ben 3 bagni di cui uno in camera da letto, 2 lavatrici. Qualche miglioria si potrebbe apportare alle docce ( soffioni e rubinetti). Cmq tutto estremamente pulito.
Mi raccomando state dietro alla raccolta differenziata altrimenti vi riempirete di spazzatura
(Ne produrrete un casino!!)
Presente A/C, che però noi non abbiamo mai usato se di notte apri le finestre entra una brezza piacevolissima.
nota: è presenta una dependance completamente autonoma molto molto carina, noi ci abbiamo messo una coppia di amici con una bimba piccola.
ESTERNO:
qui non saprei da dove iniziare! porticato dove consumare la colazione con UNA INCREDIBILE VISTA Mare!
l'AREA bbq e forno a legna con gazebo per le cene ( ps tutto illuminato e con prese di corrente ovunque)
La piscina molto curata con lettini e angolo Bar /DJ nel caso si volesse fare una festa
inoltre è presente anche l'orto nel caso voleste consumare qualche pomodorino o anguria a km 0!!
Non ci sono molte zanzare, ma portatevi cmq qualche prodotto repellente.
Piccola miglioria: si potrebbero cambiare i cuscini dei divanetti sotto il portico, poca spesa massima resa.
I padroni di casa si sono dimostrati estremamente disponibili, solo per farvi capire un giorno a causa di lavori pianificati dall'enel non abbiamo avuto luce per qualche ora al mattino di conseguenza eravano senza caffe!! Bene, Demetrio è passato al volo portandoci i caffe ancora caldi dal Bar!!
Roberta ci ha dispensato consigli su ristoranti e pizzerie senza sbagliare un colpo ! (
Unico consiglio, se potete fate 2 settimane non ve ne pentirete!

First of all I wanted to thank Roberta and Demetrio for her availability and courtesy. As for the Fani cottage we can only say that it is worth trying. Its location in the middle of the countryside surrounded by vineyards is wonderful, the house offers lots of things from the beautiful swimming pool, a place to make pizzas and grilled meat a large gazebo to spend evenings in the moonlight, a nice big terrace to sit the cool evening and enjoy the view. The house is a marvel very well studied for the town, the sea and the state road if you have to move. What more can I say I hope to return next year ..

Per quanto riguarda la villetta dei Fani possiamo solo dire che è da provare. La sua posizione in mezzo alla campagna contornata da vigneto è meravigliosa, la casa offre tantissime cose dalla bellissima piscina, una postazione per fare pizze e carne alla brace un gazebo grande per passare delle serate al chiaro di luna, una terrazza bella grande per sedersi la sera al fresco e godersi il panorama. La casa è una meraviglia studiata molto bene comoda al paese, il mare e la statale se dovete spostarvi. Che dire di più spero l’anno prossimo di ritornare..
The houses are quietly located, quite apart from each other and in a beautifully landscaped garden. The pool area is very nice for relaxing and the pool is big enough. The barbecue area is ideal for group dining. The houses are air conditioned and well equipped. Roberto was a very welcoming host, listening to us and available. We highly recommend this rental, ideal starting point to visit the region.
Les maisons sont situées au calme, assez éloignées les unes des autres et dans un jardin joliment paysagé. Le coin piscine est très agréable pour se détendre et la piscine assez grande. L'espace barbecue est idéal pour y manger en groupe. Les maisons sont climatisées et bien équipées. Roberto fût un hôte très accueillant, à notre écoute et disponible. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location, point de départ idéal pour visiter la région.

Spacious and comfortable apartment for eight people, how many were we. Beautiful and new inside but exceptionally the outside with a large pool, sunbeds and umbrellas. In the evening we dined by the pool thanks to the barbecue; Music background thanks to the external broadcasting and pool lighting system that made the atmosphere unique. Recommended
Spazioso e comodo appartamento per otto persone, quante eravamo noi. Bello e nuovo all'interno ma, eccezionale la parte esterna con una grande piscina, lettini e ombrelloni. La sera cenavamo a bordo piscina grazie anche al barbecue; sottofondo musicale grazie alla filodiffusione esterna e impianto d'illuminazione piscina che rendeva l'atmosfera unica. Consigliato
The little house - spotless - nothing is missing, but we're probably only sleep: the wonder is out, the two terraces, with the sea front, in silence and green, among the flowers and the bees; on its own grounds down to the sea and, although only the bravest will come to water venturing on the cliff, the sea will not miss. For us it was so, but you are on the coast road that runs from Leuca to Otranto and just a few minutes to reach the beautiful beaches. In the evening you can grill the fresh fish on the BBQ and sip good wine from Salento looking at the stars. The owner is helpful and informal. Great.
Nella casetta - immacolata - non manca niente, ma ci starete solo per dormire: la meraviglia è fuori, sulle due terrazze, con il mare davanti, nel silenzio e nel verde, tra i fiori e le api; il terreno di proprietà scende fino al mare e, anche se solo i più coraggiosi arriveranno all'acqua avventurandosi sulla scogliera, il mare non vi mancherà. Per noi è stato così, ma siete sulla litoranea che corre da Leuca ad Otranto e basteranno pochi minuti per raggiungere spiagge bellissime. La sera potrete arrostire il pesce fresco sul bbq e sorseggiare del buon vino salentino guardando le stelle. Il proprietario è disponibile e informale. Ottimo.
Two weeks dream. Ideal for those of us seeking tranquility and relaxation from daily stress. An enchanted place surrounded by nature with truly breathtaking views. The holiday house is up to expectations, well equipped and functional. The relationship with the owners has been familiar ... really excellent people who have put us at ease immediately. Available for any needs and always willing to give advice and tips .... very useful for us as we toured the Salento for the first time.
Due settimane da sogno. Ideale per chi come noi cerca tranquillità e relax dalla vita quotidiana stressante. Un posto incantevole immerso nella natura con panorami veramente mozzafiato. La casa vacanze è all'altezza delle aspettative, ben attrezzata e funzionale. Il rapporto con i proprietari è stato familiare...persone veramente squisite che ci hanno messo subito a nostro agio. Disponibili per qualsiasi necessità e sempre pronti a dare consigli e suggerimenti....utilissimo per noi che visitavamo il Salento per la prima volta.
The villa of Pescoluse is simply fantastic! Exceeding expectations. The interior is simple, but does not lack anything. We loved everything! The veranda for breakfast and al fresco dining, barbecue area / oven where we spent a wonderful evening, the surrounding park, not to mention the pool area (beautiful and perfectly entertained by Demetrius and Roberta) with patio for appetizers. We were two families with kids and had a great time, also thanks to the owners always available and courteous. Absolutely an address to recommend!
La villa di Pescoluse è semplicemente fantastica! Superiore alle aspettative. L'interno è semplice, ma non manca di nulla.
Abbiamo adorato tutto! La veranda per la colazione e le cene all'aperto, la zona barbecue/forno dove abbiamo passato bellissime serate, il parco circostante, per non parlare della zona piscina (bellissima e perfettamente intrattenuta da Demetrio e Roberta) con il patio per gli aperitivi.
Eravamo in due famiglie con bambini e siamo stati benissimo, anche grazie ai proprietari sempre disponibili e cortesi.
Un indirizzo assolutamente da consigliare!
The villa is very nice, well furnished, has all the amenities and is well equipped. The interior is comfortable. Those grounds are very beautiful, the various areas allow you to spend time comfortably, though more families, the pool is a real plus. Very useful and delicious barbeque area / oven with table. The breathtaking view of the sea view from the hill, being immersed in a green park, and still be close to the town for shopping and close to the sea. The owners are lovely people and available. I highly recommend staying in this house, we were 13 people and we all have a wonderful memory. Score EXCELLENT. Thank You.
La villa è molto bella, arredata bene, ha tutti i comfort ed è bene attrezzata. Gli spazi interni sono comodi. Quelli esterni sono molto belli, le varie aree consentono di trascorrere il tempo comodamente, pur essendo in più famiglie, la piscina è un vero plus. Utilissima e deliziosa la zona barbecue/forno con tavolo. Suggestiva la prospettiva di vedere il mare dalla collina, essendo immersi in un verde parco, e trovarsi comunque vicini al paese per gli acquisti e vicini al mare.
I proprietari sono persone squisite e disponibili. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno in questa villa, eravamo in 13 persone e tutti noi abbiamo un ricordo meraviglioso. Punteggio OTTIMO. Grazie.

Bella la villetta dall'arredamento semplice, ma comunque confortevole, e soprattutto la posizione ideale per famiglie con bambini. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili nel risolvere eventuali necessità. Siamo stati benissimo, consiglio di andare: molto bello.
