The apartment was great, right on the beach, nicely decorated, bakery downstairs in the house in front of the house a tuktuk with fruit and vegetables, bus stop to Palermo 1 min entfernt.Alles perfect .Vermieter very nice and courteous.

We stayed at Balestrate in Casa Mimosa 4 weeks in August. We had a great time, beautiful vacation, beautiful Sicily! The house is in a great location, close to the town center and convenient to all shops. The house was complete with everything we needed, very comfortable, there was nothing missing for our needs !!! The owners are very kind and always available. Thanks to all of Joseph and Claudia! We hope to see you soon.
Abbiamo soggiornato a Balestrate in Casa Mimosa 4 settimane ad agosto. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, bellissima vacanza, bellissima la Sicilia! La casa si trova in un'ottima posizione, vicino al centro paese e comodo a tutti i negozi. La casa era completa di tutto il necessario , molto confortevole, non mancava nulla per le nostre esigenze!!! I proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Grazie di tutto Giuseppe e Claudia! Speriamo di rivedervi presto.
Great experience with the very clean "Ciclamino" apartment, provided with all the essentials for a family, wonderful terrace where you can have some beautiful evening BBQs and dulcis, in the end the wonderful welcome offered by the owners Giuseppe, his wife and my dear mother, Mrs Concetta ... just new, a bit far from the beach ... for the rest I would highly recommend the residence, Balestrate and the lovely Sicily!
Ottima esperienza con l'appartamento "Ciclamino" molto pulito, fornito di tutto l'indispensabile per una famiglia, stupenda la terrazza dove fare dei bellissimi barbecue serali e dulcis in fundo la meravigliosa accoglienza che ti offrono i proprietari Giuseppe, sua moglie e la cara mamma, la signora Concetta... unico neo, un po' distante dalla spiaggia attrezzata... per il resto consiglio vivamente il residence, Balestrate e la incantevole Sicilia!
Comfortable and pretty home. Gorgeous and super gentle owners. The place a fairy tale I was very relaxed with my family with sea and evening walks. Not to mention gorgeous views that can be seen at dawn at dusk. Vela I highly recommend. ?
Casa confortevole e graziosa. Proprietari stupendi e super gentili. Il posto una favola mi sono molto rilassata con la mia famiglia con mare e passeggiate serali. Per non dire dei panorami stupendi che si possono osservare all'alba al tramonto. Vela consiglio vivamente. ☺
Very nice house and equipped with everything you needed, Mr. Giuseppe very helpful, the house is in town, amazing the sea we reached with 3 minutes drive (on foot there are 15 minutes abundant and having 2 kids it was impossible to do the walk back to their exhaustion) ... I hope we can come back and I highly recommend it!
Casa molto carina e fornita di tutto il necessario, il signor Giuseppe molto disponibile, la casa è in paese, stupendo il mare che noi raggiungevano con 3 minuti di macchina (a piedi sono 15 minuti abbondanti e avendo 2 bambini era impossibile fare la "passeggiata" di ritorno per la loro stanchezza)... Spero di poterci ritornare e la consiglio molto volentieri!

Posta in una posizione strategica che permette di raggiungere in poco tempo le diverse e bellissime spiagge dei dintorni.
I proprietari sono stati sempre molto gentili e disponibili ad ogni richiesta.

Vista da urlo sul golfo di Castellammare, paese vicino a mete di interesse culturale, turistico e facilmente raggiungibili.
L'appartamento è molto fresco, luminoso e molto curato, terrazza comune attrezzata per piacevoli serate e vista mozzafiato .

Hello my name is Francesca, I is my family have just returned from our mini vacation of five days spent balestrate ... We rented the apartment of Mr. Joseph and family ... that is really helpful and kind people from the first day I contacted them to the last we left. Their welcome and 'was really appreciated. They have shown the area to perfection ... Until you get at home: a very nice apartment, clean, equipped with all the comforts needed to spend their holiday with a breathtaking sea view. We were surprised even the balestrate village that apparently seems not so well known but that hides the fantastic places like the wonderful beach and the people who inhabit it ... Salve a tutti mi chiamo Francesca, io è la mia famiglia siamo appena tornati dalla nostra mini vacanza di 5 giorni trascorsa a balestrate... Abbiamo affittato l'appartamento del sig Giuseppe e famiglia... che dire persone veramente disponibili e gentili dal primo giorno che li ho contattati fino all'ultimo che siamo andati via. La loro accoglienza e' stata veramente gradita. Ci hanno illustrato la zona alla perfezione... Fino ad arrivare a casa: un appartamento molto carino, pulito, dotato di tutti i confort necessari per vivere la propria vacanza e con una vista sul mare mozzafiato. Siamo rimasti sorpresi anche del paesino di balestrate che all'apparenza non sembra tanto conosciuto ma che nasconde dei luoghi fantastici come la meravigliosa spiaggia e le persone che lo abitano... Che dire di più, spero di ritornare il prossimo anno e lo consiglio a tutti come meta turistica... Ringrazio ancora il sig. Giuseppe e la sua famiglia... A presto
Ms Maria Luisa who handed us the house, was very kind and helpful in giving us all the necessary information to stay, both for the home and for the indications for external services. The house was in accordance to what is shown in the ad. The sea was actually 250 meters away, but the reach of free beach as it was a bit 'shabby. Going away for a kilometer we found a very nice facility, where moreover they ate well.
La sig.ra Maria Luisa che ci ha consegnato la casa, è stata gentilissima e disponibile nel darci tutte le indicazioni necessarie al soggiorno, sia per quanto riguarda la casa che per le indicazioni relative ai servizi esterni. La casa era conforme a quanto indicato nell'annuncio. Il mare era effettivamente a 250 metri di distanza, ma il tratto di spiaggia libera raggiungibile era per così dire un po' squallido.
Allontanandoci per un chilometro abbiamo trovato uno stabilimento molto carino dove oltretutto si mangiava anche bene.
I stayed with my family for two weeks at the Girasol apartment. We met a clean apartment, well equipped, ventilation, refrigerator, light, gas, cutlery, casserole etc. Parking was also available. The apartment was well secured we were accompanied by two children from a young age. The night-time noise was a bit disturbed with the sound of footsteps sometimes until 2 am. The friendliness and helpfulness of the owner were great, we soon will rent the apartment on the upper floors. All is well in Balestrate and Girasol
J'ai séjourné avec ma famille pendant 2 semaine à l'appartement Girasol.
Nous avons rencontré un appartement propre, bien équipé, ventilation, frigo, lumière, gaz, couverts, casserole etc. Le parking a aussi été à disposition. L'appartement était bien sécurisé nous étions accompagné de deux enfants de jeune âge. Le bruit nocturne nous a un peu dérangés avec le bruit des pas parfois jusqu'à 2 h matin. La convivialité et la serviabilité du propriétaire étaient formidables, Nous louerons prochainement l'appartement dans les étages supérieures.
Tout est bien à Balestrate et Girasol
