Very nice accommodation with everything you need for a stay such as bed linen, towels, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, nice pool, etc. We didn't miss anything during the 2 week vacation. The landlords are really very nice and attentive. We received a gift from the region as a welcome. There was water and wine in the fridge for us. The landlords also responded quickly to our questions and concerns and helped us. Especially when one of us got burned by a jellyfish. The landlords brought us special ointments and medicines in case of an allergic reaction. Then we asked how we were doing. Really great! Mme Guillemard is also a nice and attentive person. She gave us the key and was there when we left. She also responded promptly and courteously to our concerns.
All in all, we spent a wonderful holiday with 3 families including children. There was something for everyone. The area is very beautiful and you can easily explore the French Riviera by car. The house is in a great location. The beaches can be seen inreach on foot in a few minutes. Grocery store with fresh baguettes and croissants is also within walking distance. Restaurants on the beach are also recommended.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt wie z.B. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Strandtücher, voll ausgestattete Küche, schöner Pool usw. Uns hat während den 2 Wochen Urlaub nicht gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir haben zu Begrüßung eine Aufmerksamkeit aus der Region bekommen. Im Kühlschrank war Wasser und Wein für uns. Die Vermieter haben auch schnell ausunsere Fragen und Anliegen reagiert und uns geholfen. Insbesondere als einer von uns von einer Qualle verbrannt wurde. Die Vermieter haben uns spezielle Salbe und auch Medikamente im Falle einer allergischen Reaktion vorbeigebracht. Danach auch nachgefragt wie es uns geht. Wirklich toll!
Mme Guillemard ist ebenfalls eine nette und aufmerksame Person. Sie hat uns den Schlüssel übergeben und auch bei der Abreise war sie dabei. Auch sie hat ümgehend und zuvorkommend auf unsere Anliegen reagiert.
Insgesamt haben wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit 3 Familien inkl. Kinder verbracht. Es war für jeden etwas dabei. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und man kann bequem mit dem Auto die französische Riviera erkunden. Das Haus hat such eine super Lage. Die Strände kann man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Lebensmittelgeschäft mit frischem Baguette und Croissants ist auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Restaurants am Strand sind auch zu empfehlen.

We spent two really nice weeks in Marie's house. The heated pool and the view are amazing. We especially liked the upper floor. The apartment on the lower floor is a bit darker than the upper floor, but this is certainly an advantage in summer, as it is always a bit cooler here than upstairs. Otherwise, there are also air conditioners upstairs that we didn't need for cooling in April. Communication with Marie and Claire, who look after the house on site, was always nice and courteous. We would have liked to come back in the fall, but unfortunately the house is already occupied. Maybe in summer!
Wir haben im Haus von Marie zwei wirklich schöne Wochen verbracht. Der beheizte Pool und die Aussicht sind fantastisch. Besonders das obere Stockwerk hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung in der unteren Etage ist etwas dunkler als die obere, was aber sicherlich ein Vorteil im Sommer ist, da es hier immer etwas kühler ist als oben. Ansonsten gibt es oben aber auch Klimageräte, die wir im April noch nicht zum Kühlen benötigten. Die Kommunikation mit Marie und Claire, die das Haus vor Ort betreut, war immer nett und zuvorkommend. Wir wären gerne direkt auch im Herbst wiedergekommen, aber leider ist das Haus schon belegt. Vielleicht im Sommer!
We have had a great time in the holiday home. Everything was clean and lovingly furnished. The keys were handed over on time. We received a friendly welcome and were surprised by welcome presents. Chilled wine and scents from Provence. Thanks so much.
If we had any questions, we could always contact the landlord or Sandrine and always received a quick answer. Our small dog was allowed to travel with us and the property is completely fenced. The terrace is also protected by a grid. So families with small children can also feel comfortable. The pool was clean and the pool man always visited us on Fridays. The sun shines on the pool until 7.30 p.m. due to the good location. We saw unforgettable sunrises and enjoyed the fantastic view. Already at breakfast at the long family table it was relaxing to have the view of the sea. A plancha was available to us and we could grill specialties from the Cote d'Azur. Electric shutters provide sun protection and each room has air conditioning. Thanks to our landlord. Ilona
Traumurlaub
Wir haben eine schöne Zeit im Ferienhaus erleben dürfen. Alles war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Pünktlich fand die Schlüsselübergabe statt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und Begrüßungspräsente überraschten uns. Gekühlter Wein und Düfte aus der Provence.

Bei Fragen konnten wir stets den Vermieter oder Sandrine kontaktieren und haben immer eine schnelle Antwort erhalten. Unsere kleiner Hund durfte mitreisen und das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Auch die Terrasse ist durch ein Gitter geschützt. So können auch Familien mit Kleinkindern sich wohlfühlen.
Der Pool war sauber und der Poolmann besuchte uns immer Freitags. Die Sonne bescheint noch bis 19.30 Uhr den Pool, durch die gute Lage.
Wir haben unvergessliche Sonnenaufgänge gesehen und die traumhafte Aussicht genossen. Schon beim Frühstück am langen Familientisch war es entspannt die Aussicht auf das Meer zu haben.
Ein Plancha stand uns zur Verfügung und wir konnten Spezialitäten von der Cote d´Azur grillen.
Elektrische Fensterläden sorgten für den Sonnenschutz und in jedem Zimmer ist eine Klimaanlage.

We really had a great vacation in this house. Unique is the great sea view that you can enjoy from the upper terrace as well as from the lower terrace and the pool. The rooms are lovingly and tastefully decorated - we felt very comfortable! The small village "les Issambres" is also very nice and you can find everything you need there. The contact with the owners was always very nice and helpful. Also Claire, who welcomes you on site is very sympathetic and you can contact her (or the owners) at any time with questions. We are very happy to come back!

A beautiful house with a wonderful view and a large heated swimming pool. The equipment is clean and the beds are comfortable. There is everything you need to enjoy a carefree holiday! The environment is calm and very beautiful, the beach is accessible in 20 minutes on foot. The village of Les Issambres is very friendly. Saint-Tropez is easily accessible by boat. Une belle maison avec une vue magnifique et une grande piscine chauffée. L'équipement est propre et les lits sont confortables. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour profiter de vacances sans soucis ! L'environnement est calme et très beau, la plage est accessible en 20 minutes à pieds. Le village des Issambres est très sympathique. Saint-Tropez est facilement accessible en bateau. We had a wonderful family holiday in this very beautiful villa, in a quiet area, near the Gaillarde beach; family beach. It is a very spacious villa and we were able to live there with 4 families in a relatively independent way. The services presumed on the advertisement are well below what this beautiful villa actually offers to its guests: a very beautiful swimming pool but above all a very spacious terrace offering a view as pleasant both day and night. Finally, the people who greeted us on our arrival and to whom we handed over the keys to our departure are very friendly, as are the owners, very attentive when we needed them. To recommend to those who want to spend an unforgettable vacation.
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très belle villa, au calme, près de la plage de la Gaillarde; plage familiale. C'est une villa très spacieuse et nous avons pu y vivre avec 4 familles d'une manière relativement indépendante. Les prestations présumées sur l'annonce sont bien en dessous de ce que cette belle villa offre en réalité à ses hôtes : très belle piscine mais surtout une terrasse très spacieuse offrant une vue aussi agréable le jour que la nuit. Enfin, les personnes qui nous ont accueillis à notre arrivée et à qui nous avons remis les clés à notre départ sont très sympathiques, tout comme les propriétaires, très à l'écoute lorsque nous en avons eu besoin. A recommander à ceux qui veulent passer des vacances inoubliables.

Extra week in this fully equipped house. We liked the sea view, the access to the beach on foot 5 minutes walk, everything was perfect. The house is very well decorated, the new swimming pool is well equipped with deckchairs for all, the garden is very beautiful and we were able to take full advantage of the ping-pong table and the bowling alley in addition to the swimming pool. The region is very beautiful. We keep in mind this rental which allowed us to spend unforgettable holidays!
Semaine extra dans cette maison toute équipée. Nous avons aimé la vue sur la mer, l'accès à la plage à pied à 5 minutes de marche, tout était parfait. La maison est très bien décorée, la piscine neuve est bien équipée avec transats pour tous, le jardin est très beau et nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la table de Ping poing et du boulodrome en plus de la piscine. La région est très belle. Nous gardons en tête cette location qui nous a permis de passer des vacances inoubliables!

Excellent villa!! We had an incredibly good time there. The villa is very comfortable and sparkling clean. It has all the needed amenities. It has a nice swimming pool and a beautiful terrace with an amazing sea view where you can sunbathe, take a cup of coffee, or take your meals. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. We had a wonderful stay in this very pleasant villa which has been tastefully renovated both inside and out. What is extraordinary is the magnificent view of the sea from all the rooms (including beds, which are also very comfortable), it takes us in and we can no longer detach ourselves from it! The pool is superb and we had a great time. The area is quiet, close to shops and the beaches of Les Issambres. It is the perfect place for a successful holiday, with owners concerned about the well-being of their customers and we look forward to returning! In short, we recommend without moderation!
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette villa très agréable et qui a été rénovée avec beaucoup de goût aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur.
Ce qui est extraordinaire, c’est la vue magnifique sur la mer de toutes les pièces (y compris des lits, par ailleurs très confortables), elle nous prend et on ne peut plus s’en détacher ! La piscine est superbe et nous y avons passé d’excellents moments.
Le quartier est calme, à proximité des commerces et des plages des Issambres. C’est l’endroit parfait pour des vacances réussies, avec des propriétaires soucieux du bien-être de leurs clients et nous attendons avec impatience d’y retourner !

A very beautiful villa, well located, with a magnificent view of the gulf. There were 11 of us and we had a great stay. The owners are very responsive if you need information, or if you have a concern during your stay. The housekeeping was spotless. I highly recommend this rental.

We were in this beautiful house last September. The location and the view are incomparable. The pool is really big, so you can really swim. It is completely fenced, which is definitely important for families with small children. The layout of the rooms is also perfect. The kitchen was a bit dated last year, but has been renovated after our vacation. Just like the shower to the master bedroom on the ground floor. But even before that we would have come back anytime, because otherwise it is the ideal house for a group or family of up to 8 people. It is a 10-minute walk to the sea and a few meters up the road to the nature reserve. You can hike as long as you want. Perfect for dog owners too. We have been to Les Issambres several times, but this house was really the most perfect for us. Many thanks also for the nice contact to the landlord. We want to come back in any case and can recommend everything without reservation. See you soon hopefully!
Wir waren letzten September in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Die Lage und der Blick sind unvergleichlich. Der Pool ist wirklich groß, so dass man schon richtig schwimmen kann. Er ist komplett eingezäunt, was für Familien mit kleinen Kindern bestimmt wichtig ist.
Die Aufteilung der Räume ist auch perfekt. Die Küche war letztes Jahr etwas veraltet, ist aber nach unserem Urlaub renoviert worden. Ebenso wie die Dusche zum Hauptschlafzimmer im EG. Aber auch vorher war es so, dass wir jederzeit wieder gekommen wären, weil es ansonsten für uns das ideale Haus für eine Gruppe oder Familie bis 8 Personen ist.
Zum Meer sind es zu Fuß 10 Minuten und ins Naturschutzgebiet nur eine paar Meter die Straße hoch. Da kann man wandern so lange man will. Perfekt auch für Hundebesitzer.
Wir waren schon mehrmals in Les Issambres, aber dieses Haus war für uns wirklich das perfekteste.

There is a pub and a small shop within a five minute to walk.
The villa owner is very helpful, which makes living in his property very pleasant.
