Beautiful house, clean and comfortable, with two spacious terraces overlooking the sea and a well-kept garden. The house is very close to the sandy beach, where we went directly in our bathing suit. A holiday spent in serenity !! Thanks to Mr. Vincenzo and his mother for the welcome and hospitality. Villa Lecce in Torre Rinalda will remain in our memory for a long time.

Location with fairly difficult access for low vehicles, stones and difficult terrain. The maintenance of the toilets should be reviewed (showers clogged with limestone, leak in a room after a storm). But the rental is still very nice with a magnificent view and a great swimming pool. Have a good stay.
Location avec accès assez difficile pour véhicules bas, cailloux et relief difficile. Il faudrait revoir l'entretien des sanitaires ( douches bouchées par le calcaire, fuite dans une chambre après orage). Mais la location reste pour autant très sympa avec vue magnifique et super piscine. Bon séjour.

The house fully corresponds to what is described on the site. Both the internal and external spaces are kept very well (clean and tidy) and can be exploited to the fullest. The location is truly strategic: a few steps from the beach and a few kilometers from many very significant and famous destinations in Salento. The terrace on the upper floor is very beautiful and offers a splendid sea view. The owners are very good and always available, ready to intervene promptly for any eventuality.
La casa corrisponde pienamente a quanto descritto sul sito. Sia gli spazi interni, sia quelli esterni sono tenuti molto bene (puliti e ordinati) e possono essere sfruttati al meglio. La posizione è davvero strategica: a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e a pochi km da tante mete molto significative e famose del Salento. Molto bella la terrazza al piano superiore di cui si gode un spendida vista mare. I porporietari sono molto getili e sempre disponibili, pronti a intervenire tempestivamente per qualsiasi evenienza.
The house located in our layout was perfectly suited to the description: large, neat, clean and really comfortable. The property is located a few steps from a beautiful free beach which was (congratulations to the Authorities!) Clean, safe and tidy. A very suitable place for families who want a clean sea and tranquility. A thought to the owner, Mr. Vincenzo and his mother, Mrs. Maria. Very kind, caring, hospitable and never intrusive people, always attentive to the needs and requirements of their guests. L'abitazione posta a ns. disposizione è risultata perfettamente rispondente alla descrizione: ampia, curata, pulita e veramente comodissima. L'immobile è ubicato a pochi passi da una bella spiaggia libera che è risultata ( complimenti alle Autorita'!) pulita, sicura ed ordinata. Un luogo adattissimo a famiglie che desiderano un mare pulito e tranquillità. Un pensiero al proprietario, signor Vincenzo e alla madre, signora Maria. Persone gentilissime, premurose, ospitali e mai invadenti, sempre attente alle esigenze ed ai bisogni dei propri ospiti. We spent some wonderful holidays in Salento staying on the top floor of Vincenzo's villa, a stone's throw from the sea. Vincenzo with his hospitality and availability really made us feel at home, allowing us to enjoy the holidays in total serenity. He made his home, the spaces, the countless services and small precautions that are not for everyone available to us. The house is very tidy, spacious, well maintained and very clean. An outdoor shower, covered parking space within the surrounding walls and a beautiful terrace with a swing with sea view were very popular elements. The location is ideal as a starting point for visiting the countless wonders of Salento.

La casa e' molto ordinata, spaziosa, ben tenuta e pulitissima.
A disposizione doccia esterna, posto auto coperto all'interno delle mura di cinta ed un bel terrazzo con dondolo con vista mare sono stati elementi molto apprezzati.
L'ubicazione è ideale come punto di partenza per visitare le innumerevoli meraviglie del Salento.

House corresponding to description, neat and clean, well equipped kitchen. Beautiful pool and outdoor spaces. Access obviously with a beautiful piece of dirt road also steep but passable without problems. WiFi very fluctuating.

Looking for a serene place to spend holidays even if short is not always easy and easy, we have been guests of the structure mentioned in the announcement and with spontaneity and sincerity we mean: Good condition with good maintenance, well-structured, simply furnished but perfectly functional, safe and quiet, serene, with more than adequate and spacious open air spaces. The simplicity and the courtesy and fairness of the landlord has put in place a pleasant stay that has faded away the time. the location was then most welcomed either by the nearby (less than 100 mt) from a beach or by the free and strategic beach, for being able to reach in a very short time other Salento resorts ... what could you have more? ...
Cercare un posto sereno per trascorrere le vacanze anche se brevi non è sempre semplice e facile, siamo stati ospiti della struttura di cui all'annuncio e con spontaneità e sincerità vogliamo dire:
Buon immobile con una buona manutenzione, ben strutturato, arredato in maniera semplice ma completo e perfettamente funzionale, ambiente sicuro e tranquillo, sereno, con più che adeguati ed ampi spazi all'aria aperta.
La semplicità e la grande cortesia e correttezza del locatore ha posto in essere un soggiorno gradevolissimo che ha fatto volar via il tempo.
la posizione poi è stata tra la più gradita sia per la vicinanza (meno di 100 mt) da un lido o anche dalla spiaggia libera e, strategica, per aver potuto raggiungere in pochissimo tempo diverse altre località turistiche del Salento ... cosa si poteva avere di più? ...
House with two apartments (ground floor and first floor) both well-kept clean and beautiful complete with everything, great car parking (covered inside the house). I summarize it all by rating 10 considering also the fact that the house is 1 min from the beach.
Casa con due appartamenti (piano terra e primo piano) entrambi ben curati puliti e belli completi di tutto, ottimo parcheggio auto (coperto all'interno dell'abitazione).
Riassumo il tutto con voto 10 valutando anche il fatto che la casa si trova a 1 min dalla spiaggia.
Again this year we returned with great pleasure at Villa Maria of Torre Rinalda. This year we stayed in the apartment on the first floor and we stayed as usual with all the comfort that Mr. Vincenzo and Mrs. Maria always reserve for their guests. The house is absolutely clean with everything you need from the kitchen to the bathroom to spend a pleasant vacation !!! The apartment is large with two fabulous terraces, especially the one that has access to the apartment with a stone table where you can spend relaxing lunches and dinners and a rocking lounger to admire the sea. The villa is also equipped with a large outside shower (as well as inside the apartment of course) where to refresh after a beautiful day of the sea. I will be glad that the owners are exquisite people and the place is very very suitable for those who want to enjoy a vacation in absolute relaxation in the utmost comfort. The villa is located just a few meters from the beautiful beach of Torre Rinalfa and enjoys a fabulous view of both the sea and the countryside. Finally, Mr. Vincenzo puts itWe often have a fantastic tree of figs for the joy and the palate of us holidaymakers !!! It was just a nice vacation !!!
Anche quest'anno siamo tornati con tanto piacere presso Villa Maria di Torre Rinalda. Quest'anno abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento al primo piano e siamo stati come al solito benissimo con tutti confort che il Signor Vincenzo e la Signora Maria riservano sempre ai loro ospiti.
La casa è assolutamente pulita con tutto il necessario dalla cucina al bagno per trascorrere una piacevolissima vacanza!!!
L'appartamento è grande con due terrazzi favolosi soprattutto quello che da l'accesso all'appartamento provvisto di un tavolo in pietra comodissimo dove trascorrere pranzi e cene in completo relax ed un dondolo sul quale soffermarsi ad ammirare il mare.
La villa è provvista anche di un'ampia doccia esterna ( oltre che interna all'appartamento ovviamente) dove rinfrescarsi dopo una bella giornata di mare.
Ritornerò volentieri perché i proprietari sono persone squisite ed il posto è molto molto appropriato per chi vuole vivere una vacanza in assoluto relax nel massimo dei confort.
La villa infatti è situata a pochi metri dalla bella spiaggia libera di Torre Rinalfa e gode di un favoloso panorama sia sul mare che sulla campagna .
Infine il signor Vincenzo mette spesso a disposizione un fantastico albero di fichi per la gioia ed il palato di noi vacanzieri !!!
È stata proprio una bella vacanza!!!
I stayed with friends at this holiday home, I would say everything is absolutely perfect, the exterior was very well maintained and the interior of the house was congruent with the photos and the documentation indicated. The owner was very helpful and courteous in recommending us beaches and events around. And finally, a dream beach across the street, what more will you want!
