The house and the neighborhood are calm and friendly with a large playground for children and teenagers nearby, an impeccable swimming pool and a pleasant garden. The house is well equipped. Only negative point: no air conditioning, in periods of strong heat it is a big lack.
La maison et le quartier sont calmes et sympa avec une grande aire de jeux pour enfant et ado à proximité , piscine impeccable et jardin agréable. La maison est bien équipée. Seul point négatif : pas de climatisation, en période de forte chaleur c’est un gros manque.

Wonderful accommodation corresponded to the description. Very nice pool which we used very often. The administration was very friendly and accessible at all times. The mattresses in the nursery would be time to change (suitable for children but not for adults). Otherwise we were very satisfied.
Wunderbare Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung. Sehr schöner Pool den wir sehr oft benützt haben. Die Verwaltung war sehr freundlich und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Die Matratzen im Kinderzimmer wäre mal zeit auszuwechseln ( für Kinder geeignet aber für Erwachsene nicht mehr). Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden.
To report a lack of precision on the configuration of rooms. To access the room with the 140 bed must pass through the room with 2 single beds and it lacks a shutter or curtain blackout for this room.

A signaler un manque de précision sur la configuration des chambres. Pour accéder à la chambre avec le lit en 140 il faut passer par la chambre avec les 2 lits simples et il manque un volet rouant ou un rideau occultant pour cette chambre .
Autrement maison très agréable, bon emplacement, jardin arboré bien entretenu au calme
The services are of quality and in conformity with the announcement, the owners are serious. The villa is beautiful and comfortable. We stayed 15 days early August 2017 and everything went smoothly. The town of Miami playa is not busy at night, you have to go to Cambrils or Salou. I recommend this rental
Les prestations sont de qualité et conformes à l'annonce , les propriétaires sont sérieux . La villa est magnifique et confortable . On a séjourné 15 jours début août 2017 et tout s'est correctement passé .
La ville de Miami playa n'est pas animée le soir , il faut aller sur Cambrils ou Salou .

We stayed at the villa of 12 to 9 to 23 July 2016. A treat, consistent with the description and more, nickel bedding, great pool, there is even a second refrigerator in the garage. We had a great holiday. Thank you very much.

Very good holiday in a quiet villa. Conveniences not very far. As against the beautiful beaches is not there. A few kilometers in order to find fine sand (salbri). Conforms to the announcement.

Commodités pas très loin. Par contre les belles plages ne se trouve pas sur place. Faire quelques kilomètres pour pouvoir trouver du sable fin (salbri).
