We had a great time, for five people the house is very spacious, fresh and with all the comforts. Complies with the description, a stone's throw from the beach and the icing is the beautiful terrace with sea view, moreover the owner has always been available and understanding. Siamo stati benissimo, per cinque persone la casa è molto spaziosa, fresca e con tutti i comfort. Conforme alla descrizione, a due passi dalla spiaggia e la ciliegina è il bellissimo terrazzo con vista mare, inoltre la proprietaria è stata sempre disponibile e comprensiva.

Very bright and fresh house in the central area of Torre dell'Orso. The strong point is the large terrace overlooking the sea where you can have lunch (even in the hot hours it is shaded) and dinner. The description of the announcement is faithful to what is found on site. I really enjoyed finding the bathroom linens and all the cleaning products for the house. The accommodation is right in front of the sea and in the area there is everything in terms of services, you can not use the car. In the evening, the pedestrian area turns into a concentration of restaurants and shops. I thank the hospitality of the owner I had a great time, I highly recommend it !!!!!!
Casa molto luminosa e fresca in zona centrale di Torre dell'Orso. Punto di forza è l'ampio terrazzo affacciato sul mare dove si può pranzare (anche nelle ore calde è ombreggiato) e cenare. La descrizione dell'annuncio è fedele a quanto si trova in loco. Ho apprezzato molto trovare la biancheria da bagno e tutti i prodotti di pulizia per la casa. L'alloggio è proprio fronte mare e in zona c'è di tutto a livello di servizi, si può non usare l'auto. Di sera la zona pedonale si trasforma in un concentrato di ristorantini e negozietti. Ringrazio l'ospitalità della proprietaria mi sono trovata benissimo, lo consiglio vivamente!!!!!!
We had a perfect stay in this big and beautiful house. We were three families of 4 and the house is full of spaces to isolate ourselves or go about our activities at any time of the day. The beach (crowded in August but it's not very serious) is 1 minute away. Only downside: the bar at the top of the neighboring hill which makes the whole seaside enjoy its music until two-thirty in the morning...
Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans cette grande et belle maison. Nous étions trois familles de 4 personnes et la maison regorge d’espaces pour s’isoler ou vaquer à ses activités à toute heure de la journée. La plage ( bondée au mois d’août mais ce n’est pas très grave ) est à 1mn.
Seul bémol : le bar en haut de la colline voisine qui fait profiter tout le bord de mer de sa musique jusqu’à deux heures trente du matin …

Appartamento molto luminoso e spazioso e cosa importantissima ha un bel tiraggio d'aria. Abbiamo sofferto pochissimo il caldo grazie alla disposizione della casa ove il sole batte solo di mattina presto, rendendo la casa freschissima.

The owner was courteous and punctual (and inclusive for the small damages caused us unintentionally).
Appartamento ampio, luminoso e confortevole situato nel centro del centro cittadino, praticamente a un passo da tutto. Vale il prezzo richiesto. L'ampia terrazza con vista mare regala serate allegre e offre la possibilità di godersi pranzo e cena all'aperto. La proprietaria è stata cortese e puntuale (e comprensiva per i piccoli danni da noi causati involontariamente).
Three fantastic weeks! Central house in Torre dell'Orso with a priceless view from the balcony and from the hall! Under the house there are all the necessary services with rosticcerie pastry shops and pharmacy, 50 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches of Salento! Tre settimane fantastiche! Casa centralissima in torre dell’Orso con una vista impagabile dal balcone e dalla sala! Sotto casa ci sono tutti i servizi necessari con negozi rosticcerie pasticcerie e farmacia, a 50 metri da una delle spiagge più belle del Salento!

My family and I stayed in the last week of August. Structure well maintained and corresponding to that indicated in the announcement. Good spaces both internal and external, even for the number of people present and enjoyable even for those with a disability. With a small walk you reach the beach larger than the front of the house. The owners were hospitable and truly exquisite people.
Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato nell'ultima settimana di agosto. Struttura ben tenuta e corrispondente a quanto indicato nell'annuncio. Buoni spazi sia interni che esterni anche per il numero di persone presenti e godibile anche per chi è portatore di handicap.
Con una piccola passeggiata si raggiunge la spiaggia di dimensioni maggiori di quella frontale all'abitazione.
I proprietari sono stati persone ospitali e veramente squisite.

Dal 4 all'8 settembre ho avuto il piacere di alloggiare presso l'appartamento della Signora Maria Luisa per iniziare il tanto atteso tour del Salento. Appartamento ampio, luminoso, con ampia terrazza vista mare, in pieno centro e a due passi dal mare. Ideale punto di base per visitare la costa adriatica e le principali città, Lecce, Otranto, ecc. davvero da consigliare!

We were in 7 and we were there with no problems. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, you eat comfortably outside. The only flaw is the lack of parking space in August that it would be essential given the high number of people attending Bear Tower. For the rest nothing to say, the description on the website is perfectly consistent with reality. The owner is a very kind person and always available. A great find.
Appartamento consigliatissimo. Si trova a due passi da tutti i servizi necessari, alimentari, bancomat, fruttivendolo, spiaggia etc.
L'alloggio è luminosissimo, spazioso e confortevole. Noi eravamo in 7 e ci siamo stati senza problemi. La vista dal terrazzo è mozzafiato, si mangia comodamente fuori. L'unica pecca è la mancanza del posto auto che ad Agosto sarebbe indispensabile visto il numero elevato di persone che frequentano Torre dell'Orso. Per il resto niente da dire, la descrizione sul sito è assolutamente conforme alla realtà. La proprietaria è una persona gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Davvero un'ottima soluzione.

La casa ha un'ottima posizione, come descritto nell'annuncio infatti è vicinissima al mare, basta attraversare la strada e si è già in spiaggia. La terrazza sulla quale noi abbiamo sempre mangiato ha una vista mozzafiato su tutta la baia di Torre dell'Orso. E' molto spaziosa, con sala pranzo e cucina separata e bagno molto ampio. E' dotata di ogni confort a cominciare dalla lavatrice. La proprietaria è molto disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare come chiesto anche l'ombrellone per il mare. Unica pecca è la mancanza di un parcheggio riservato per l'auto e il rumore della gente che la sera fino a tardi si ferma nei locali vicini alla casa. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi: farmacie, rosticcerie, ristoranti, bar, pasticcerie (la famosissima Dentoni) e parco giochi per bimbi.
